Rocket or Clip + for my wife?

My wife surprised me when I asked if she would like a Walkman to listen to the music she loves, and she said yes.  She would use it in walking and in the car to aid a gizmo FM transmitter that I have for my mp3 player.

She has never used a computer in his life and doesn't want to learn.  It can exploit its DVD recorder with hard drive to record, and she knows how to navigate the menu of reading to read television programs it records.  She does not know how to set timer on the DVDR records so I have to do it for her.  She is seen by far and needs glasses for reading but usually don't wear them.

1. do you think that a rocket is quite simple so she can enjoy using play songs?  I do all the loading for it and be responsible to recharge the battery.

2. the text display on the "rocket" longer than conventional book or newpaper printing size so that she could read it without his glasses to select songs?  Or are there stamps she could see without his glasses?  She will be able to navigate to the thumbnails without his glasses?

3. do you think that a rocket is quite simple so she can navigate to display pictures on it?  Although this isn't a requirement, I think she would enjoy it since his mobile phone is really simple without photo display capability.

    artworkmovie.nextButton should work.  Make sure you have the name of button assigned to each keyframe in the movieclip.

  • OptiPlex 7040 Micro screws missing and clips for WiFi card

    We have just purchased four Optiplex 7040 Micro computers and open one open to see how they can get to everything in a small box.  By doing this, I noticed that the WiFi card has not been pressed by what it is.  It doesn't look good for me, so I opened the rest.

    One of them had a clear plastic retainer clip, with a screw now with card Wifi supported firmly in place.  The others had a screw, but not clips.

    Since then, I spoke with technical support and support enforcement.  They tell me that they cannot just send screws and Staples, only completely new computers.  Looks like a complete waste for me.

    Does anyone else have this problem?

    Toshiba doesn't support Linux for this model of laptop, and you have to try find the driver somewhere on the net.

  • Logon screen does not appear for public wifi

    I recently bought two Macs (Macbook Pro and Macbook Air).

    When I connect to wifi, which requires a logon, the Macbook Pro works fine. The Macbook Air does not work. It connects to the network, but when you open a browser, it says that you are not connected to internet (which is true, as did no logon).

    Forums offers various ways to approach this (try to force the login screen by entering the URL, look at the DNS settings, enter http://192.168.1.1 etc etc) but none of these work.

    I am lucky to have two Macs and I watched the network settings, Notification etc settings and they are (essentially) - things the same as the Mac address are obviously different.

    Two Macs are OS X El Captain (Version 10.11.4).

    Can anyone help as the Macbook Air is not very useful if I can't access public wifi?

    And if anyone has the definitive answer, I think it would help a lot of people.

    How are you connected to the router? What's an auto assigned DNS or that you must do it manually.  If it's self assigned, remove the wifi settings in the preferences system, network. Network / airport / advanced, under the airport click Network in the box, then the negative pole. Then close and open the airport icon in the top menu. Make sure that the airport is on. Click on join the network, and then follow the instructions.  you will be asked for the name of the network and security. then your network password.  Do of course, don't forget that this network is enabled. You are basically removing the network in system preferences and starting over.

    Hello, I have a Toshiba Satellite A100 - 499 PSAA9E.

    I formatted my laptop and installed XP with SP3. I downloaded and installed the drivers (in the right order) for this OS of the toshiba - Europe.com and everything is going well except Fn + F8. It is assumed that this combination has toggle Wifi & Bluetooth. When I switch side 'off' position and I press the keys, appears a message saying that I should switch to position 'on' but when I switch lateral position 'on' and I press Fn + F8 it does nothing.

    If I want to disable the wi - fi I have to do it with other methods: the function key does not work correctly.

    Any clue?
