Role membership rule does not

Hi guys,.

When I create a role and assign 'rule of membership', the members appear in the preview screen.

But they may not see the place in the screen of the members of this role.

My environment is 11 GR 2 SP1.

It works fine in GR 11, 2 base. But some Pack bundle and then it doesn't.

1. is it normal?

2. If so, why is it changed?

3 and how shoul I assign members to the role?

(as a solution, I modified the memner arrtibute. = > does not)

and restart IOM, = > still does not

and restart the server. (> still does not...)

can anyone help with this?

Kind regards

dongsu

There is a bug similar to oracle support. There is a workaround solution given but the fix for OIM11gr2ps1 would be in BP4 and later versions

  • E-mail rule does not always work.

    I have attached a copy of this message and the State which must have managed to get rid of it. If I change the rule and apply it, it works, but tomorrow if I get a similar message, the rule does not work. What's wrong?

    Thank you, Fred

    Try to delete the order and leave just the command Delete.  Back up e-mail in the junk mail folder in the Inbox and use the menu option Message ➙ apply rules to see if that solves it.

  • Rule does not fire

    Hi, I wrote a custom rule for checking a failover from the primary to a database of pending. The agent runs very well - without problems. Any other rule based on this agent also works. Information based on:

    The agent collects among other database status - which is a StringObservation. Te PRIMARY, STANDBY PHYSICAL values. Now I will inform each other DBA that a database from the database role.

    Scoping:

    _Table

    Data-driven

    Rule multiSeverity:

    Cond WARNING:

    def statusListe is server. DataService.retrieveLastNValues(scope,"database_role",2).value

    If (statusListe.size == 2) {}

    return statusListe [0]! = statusListe [1]

    } else return false;

    MessageText: whatever it is, all tested (with or without severity-level variables)

    If a failover is taken I don't receive any of my rule. But the condition in the rule editor (Scoped th my database) is true. Actual values:

    return the server. DataService.retrieveLastNValues(scope,"database_role",5).value--> [PRIMARY, PRIMARY, STANDBY PHYSICS, PHYSICAL STANDBY, PRIMARY]

    To test, I changed the rule also hunted time (30 years), but the result is the same - in no case.

    FMS is 5.5.4.7. Tips are welcome.

    Hi all

    solution of the problem of the rule:

    If a rule condition works with the server. DataService and that you do not use the ' #metric / observation #' notation in your rule, the services of the State has no knowledge on the correct extended metric and does not trigger the rule. The solution is quite simple:

    make a false definition with the notation "#". In my case:

    def a = #database_role #;

    It works, the rule fires.

  • FVS336Gv3 multi-NAT inbound firewall rules does not

    I have about 30 Netgear FVS338 and a few FVS336Gv2 routers in use. I use for firewall and provide multi-NAT between industrial machines and WAN. The configuration was changed on Gv3 models and I can't get an answer behind the firewall or router in the diagnostics page when you use the WAN address.

    In the examples below the WAN is 10.62.

    Figure 1. Two different devices with two different configuration options.

    Figures 2 and 3. The first is bad - it would only connect from this address. Have I set up another correctly to the NAT WAN to LAN 10.3.110.215 address 10.62.31.55 address?

    Q1: Is Figure 3 configured correctly?

    Q2: Why is it forcing me to create a range of addresses? On the older routers, I had the opportunity to address.

    Q3: Is anyone aware of any problem with this router?

    For anyone having the same problem, the FVS336Gv3 requires the manual addition of each new address WAN-side. He is buried in the menu structure:

    Figure 1. Network configuration | WAN settings | WAN configuration. WAN1 - Edit.

    Figure 2. Select the secondary addresses.

    Figure 3. Add the required WAN addresses.

    Now configure the inbound firewall rules:

    Figure 4. Security | Firewall rules. Add or change. Note that the WAN secondary addresses are available in the drop-down list address WAN IP.

    Password

    There seems to be a problem with this router about the session timeout. I got them several times on the navigation menu and log on again and renavigate. Idle time-out is set to 90 minutes. I never saw this problem on routers earlier.

    Also, note that the password field now has a limited character set. for example, it does not accept ' $'.

  • ACS 'Password change rule' does not work with telnet

    Hello:

  • HFM Calc Manager of rules does not appear through excerpts-> elements of the application

    Dear team,

    We have management rules defined in application consolidation HFM EPMA but during extraction through the workspace using snippets-> Application parts, few of them make their appearance, but not all.

    That's why I wonder that all Manager cal rules are run in the context of Consolidation or not. Please provide steps to check whether or not all the rules of calc manager associated with the application.

    According to my understanding, Manager of calc rules should extract through the workspace using snippets-> elements of Application please confirm if my interpretation is correct or not.

    We are om EMP 11.1.2.3

    Your immediate response is much appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hello. Check in the Calc Manager that the desired rules are rule groups that are marked for deployment. If the rules are not in a set of rules, or rules in some rulesets not marked for deployment, then the rules will be not responsible for HFM.

  • Global rules, does not the kickoff when calling service Web CHECKIN_NEW

    Hi all

    We are trying to call web services CHECKIN_NEW/CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL with the required fields like the doctype, securitygroup, primary file title etc...

    It works fine, but the global rules were not the kickoff.

    Ex: Say, we have a rule that says that Field_A is mandatory when SecurityGroup = Public.

    But when we are invoking the webservice with SecurityGroup = Public, content is to check-in even if we do not value Field_A.

    We need global rules to kick sending and we give the error/warning that there is missing field...

    Can you please let us know if we are missing something here, there or another way to get this requirement?

    Thanks in advance,

    See you soon,.
    V

    Funny... I created a global profile rule that triggers a RIDC for CHECKIN_NEW call (my rule checks for the existence of a value in the comments field), and the call to RIDC fails (as I expected) when I only provided no commentary and works when I provided a comment. If the rule engine is indeed fired.

    I think you must post your profile rule. More precisely, exactly how do you define your rule? I think you use the check box "use default value" for the field, which is incorrect for your use case. Also post the rule conditions of activation. They are also probably wrong for the case of the intended use.

    Please do not ask for examples of code until you post your profile in the rule details.

    Type: Alert metric (selected option button: all events of type alert metric)

    Add Action: Condition: always perform the actions

    When I check in the ENTERPRISE > SURVEILLANCE > INCIDENT MANAGER

    I can see the target are down and event showing her stockings.

    If someone body worked on this case. Please help me solve this problem.

    Thanks and greetings

    Try to use the button simulate rules in the window Incident rules.  It will show you the actions for different types of measures/events.   One thing I see here could be that the target down, will not appear in the alert metric type, this is a category of its own called target availability

  • Error messages for cross validation rules does not properly

    We have implemented two rules of cross validation for our table GL accounts flexfield combinations.  We had implemented the first rule, and it was working properly and displays the error message associated with the rule.  When we added a second rule with a different error message, the application correctly applied the rule, however, now when a new combination of COA violates the first rule, the error message that is displayed is the second rule we created.  How can we get the error messages to be displayed for the correct error?

    Matt

    Yes, if you say that when the 3 segment is actually "OPEX", then it seems to me that the Include and Exclude are simply reversed for what you describe as the needs of the company. When you make a rule, the simplest way to define this term is usually with a universal Include statement (that is to say, we want that all combinations of account), then from there to make a statement that says Yes all except these (the exclude statement).

    Aware in Opex Department will exercise a universal declaration currently, which means that all of these accounts are not allowed (again, except if 7-9 segments have something else of zeros, while they may be permitted).

    If your site back how intervals are defined between the Include and Exclude in the Department and Opex, once registered, you can see if this gives now what you are looking for. If segment 3 is supposed to have a range rather than the value "OPEX", then the exclusion may need further tweaking and we can discuss that further if you wish. With the way in which it will be set to this change, it will not allow a segment 2 to 00000 if the Segment 3 is "OPEX" during a new combination.

  • Validation controls rule does not

    Hi guys,.

    I am trying to build my project and I get the following compile errors (popup)

    -Compatibility of the server rule
    -Public name Check

    Could someone please advise.

    Thank you

    Using the OPM, search for the topic "fix a build error. It is what explains that control in fact.

    It seems that you have not given your attributes of basic level and level superior public names. You can give them public names or disable version control.

  • CSS border-radius rule does not work in IE9

    Hi all.

    I wonder if anyone has a CSS border-radius rule to work with release of RoboHelp's WebHelp/WebHelp Pro in IE9?

    I have tried to create a new, empty project and have used some simple built-in CSS (no external CSS is called), namely:

    < style type = "text/css" >

    div {}

    border-radius: 15px;

    background-color: #f00;

    }

    < / style >

    and then, in the <>body, all this:

    < div >

    < p > Hello world. < /p >

    < / div >

    The result is exactly as expected when viewed as Safari, Chrome and Firefox, but IE9 stubbornly refuses to display curved corners on the div. The same code works perfectly in IE9 when I write it in Dreamweaver.

    I thought that I might have met around the problem when I found a site which proposes to add the following code to the head of <>:

    < meta http-equiv = "X-UA-Compatible" content = "IE = 9" / >

    It seemed to work when previewing the theme with the "Show selected item" button (it looks like a pair of glasses), but when the WebHelp output has been generated, the rounded corners were still left in IE9. The same is true when the output with WebHelp Pro.
    So, is the process of release of RoboHelp do something to remove the application of the rule of border-radius in IE9? By specifying values individual border-radius for each side of the div did not help either.
    I use RoboHelp 9.0.1.232.

    Hello

    Just did a quick test and it's certainly a bug in IE9. It seems that when you use frameset, the top frame rendering mode is used for all of the images below. Given that the appearance of WebHelp file still use the game of HTML 4 frames, the IE9 rendering mode is on quicks mode or something.

    Solution: Add the meta tag for IE not only your topics, but all of the htm files mode in your output. Try my rendered IE script tags: http://www.wvanweelden.eu/robohelp/scripts/ierendertags. This will add tags to all htm files in your output. Voila, the boundary curves are now visible in IE9.

    A note: I have no idea what standard mode of IE will be at the table of the contents/index/search/etc. of the WebHelp. I don't know if IE9 is already supported by Adobe so be sure to test your WebHelp.

  • Why this rule does not generate an alarm

    Hi all

    I created a rule to the alarm on a DB2 table that is reaching a limit on the number of pages.  If I run this code in the editor of "Condition run the query" for a limited scope object which is known to have a number of pages, it returns true.  However, I never get a generated alarm.  I wonder if I am missing something, or if there is some newspapers or other place that I can look to see if it runs into an error.  Thank you.

    Scope of the rule: DB2_Database_Table

    Condition:

    condition = false

    pages = server.get("DataService").retrieveLatestValue(scope,"data_object_pages")?.getValue().sum

    pct_full = (pages / 16776960 * 100).round(2)

    //Only lookup tablespace type if percent is high

    if (pct_full > 75){

       tbsp = scope.parents[0].table_spaces[scope.tbsp_id]

       if (tbsp.tablespace_content_type == "ANY"){

         condition = true

       }

    }

    return condition;

    Another obvious to check, but what is the behavior of rule value?

    Also, have you tested the rule?  Add the following at the beginning of your state of health:

    Returns true;

    You may also change your rule of tripping to make it work:

    If all goes well, this will trigger an alarm for each instance of limited scope - a bit messy if you have many objects whose scope, although
