  If you want a game to be able to be registered in order to open it later can resume playback, then you must store the data relating to the game somewhere so that it can be retrieved when requested.  If you create a game online, your options are either save game data to a server-side file usng script server to write the data file, or save it in a database-side server-side, or save it as a SharedObject (the Flash version of a cookie).

  If you make an AIR application, so you can have the data stored in the ApplicationStorageDirectory or some other designated locale ApplicationDirectory.

• Why can't I save my game on viva piñata?

When I tried to install the expansion pack, RollerCoaster Tycoon: corkscrew Follies the game would be to install but not allow me to play via:

  (1) when I try to start a new game it instantaniously brings back me to the main menu.

  (2) if I select to load a saved this game errors and left the program.

  I'm just curious as to why the base game would go without a hitch, but enlargement will not and if there is a way to solve this problem.

• Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 NOT compatible with Windows 7 as Microsoft claim! Help?

  Since the upgrade to Windows 7, I had nothing else that problems of compatibility with almost all games a have for my PC.
  None of the Sims 2 games work, and now I've discovered after spending nearly $30 on Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Platinum it is also incompatible with Windows 7.
  Before I bought it, I checked with Microsoft Compatibility and it claims that it would be compatible with my Windows 7 64 bit. Well this isn't.
  It installed fine but when I try to play it, it crashed before even loading to the main screen and I get a pop up saying;
  "Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 has stopped working" then told me that it is looking for a solution to the problem that I have never.

  I tried to run under each compatibility mode on my system, and it still does not work. Same thing happens even when I try and run as administrator. This is becoming very frustrating and I'm losing patience.

  I read other messages from people in this regard and it seems that the question is never resolved. Never.
  Spend more than $800 on a desktop that is not even 6 months old and is not what I expect it to do?

  Can someone here help me with this before you break this computer to death and go buy a Mac?

  I suggest you to install the game in compatibility mode XP SP3, to which it is compatible with and check if that helps you.

  a. Locate the executable file (.exe file) for the driver installation program.

  b. right click on the file and then click Properties.

  (c) in the name of the Package Properties dialog box, click the compatibility tab.

  d. Click to select the checkbox run this program in compatibility mode for , click on XP SP 3, with which it is compatible with in the run this program in compatibility mode for the list and then click OK.

  e. double-click the executable file to start the Setup program.

• Oblivion save games system restore problem

  So, a month ago, I deleted some files that I thought were unnecessary.   Please use the forum for Support of Vista,

  I can offer you some advice on a possible solution, but it is outside the scope to our support forum.  We can help you if you are having problems with the game play in Vista, but no recovery recorded the game files.

  Here's something you might want to try, keep in mind the system restore will be only restore system files.  All other files will be NO affect, so very probably that your saved game will not return either.  If you can locate the game recorded in his file, try right-clicking on the file and select the tab from the previous Version.  If there are dates, you can restore the retroactive to the date that you choose and I hope this will allow you to load your game.  Sorry, we can't help you much with the problem, but I hope that help.
