  Which is easier said than done only because the network troubleshooting is extremely complex and advanced. This message is obviously from one long discussion somewhere else. In any case, I believe at the time, I tried to browse my 3 PCs via the network icon in Windows Explorer and saw [the PC name] is currently unavailable.   Try going into settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime. Then go to Messages and turn off iMessage.

  Turn off your phone and then new.
