Rooting for K1

I know that it's probably a stupid question but this is; which means the root of an application or the K1 and why would you do?

You actually root applications. You root instead of the Android OS. Rooting allows you to obtain administrative access to the operating system (like having the right admin Windows). With this right, you can do a lot of amazing things such as the removal of startup applications, ads removal, connections of system settings, etc. There are a bunch of exciting applications that require you to have a device root. Take a look at this web site.

  • connect by query, element need root for each line

    Hello

I'm working on a hierarchical query using connection by front. Each node in the tree has two properties, a type and a sequence.

The table that contains the hierarchy has 4 fields:
    element_type_from
    element_sequence_from
    element_type_to
    element_sequence_to

Each child has a parent, a parent can have several childeren. For a map, the element_type_to and element_sequence_to fields are zero.

To generate a tree, you can run:
    select element_type_to
    ,      element_sequence_to
    from   element_hierarchy
    start with element_type_from = [root_element_type]
           and element_sequence_from = [root_element_sequence]
    connect by prior element_type_to = element_type_from
           and prior element_sequence_to = element_sequence_from
That works well... but... not only don't want child elements, I would like to return the sequence of element root for each child (in our table is a type of root element is always the same). There are several root elements and I want to create a list containing all the trees and each node in the tree must have its roots as well.

There is the possibility to use sys_connect_by_path. This returns the root, but also the full path to the current child. It also returns a varchar2, requiring to be substr-ed and to_number-ed to get the sequence... not nice.

warning, extremely ugly (but functional) code:
    select element_type_to
    ,      element_sequence_to
    ,      to_number(substr(sys_connect_by_path(element_sequence_from ,','),2,instr(sys_connect_by_path(element_sequence_from ,',') ||',',',',2)-2)) root_sequence
    from   element_hierarchy
    start with element_type_from = [root_element_type]
           and element_sequence_from = ( select [root_element_sequence] from all_root_elements )
    connect by prior element_type_to = element_type_from
           and prior element_sequence_to = element_sequence_from
There must be something simple I'm missing here! Can you help me?

Edit: Oops, the database version is 10.2.0.4.0

    CONNECT_BY_ROOT maybe?

  • Use of 'root' for the system volume is 100% and/dev/md0 is full

    Hello

I recently started to receive notifications that the use of 'root' volume of my system is 100%

I went through all the files and it seems that the culprit is/dev/md0

I don't have any add-ons installed, and this NAS solution is specifically used as a backup to another NAS. It uses ReadyNAS Replicate for backups.

Here is the output of df - h and df - i

    I tried commands like this:

    du - csh/var
    du - csh/var / *.

And the problem doesn't seem to be in these directories. Very low use it.

This error started appearing on the day that I got a copy no error of ReadyNAS Replicate that gave me an Exit Code: 11 (error e/s files)

Can someone help me solve this problem?

The reason why you could not find, was that at some point, your encrypted volume was not mounted (perhaps the USB is not was connected when you start the NAS server) and a repeated backup job is filled with the partition of the OS on the NAS.

When you have looked at the system, the data volume has been mounted. There was data under/data on the partition of the OS, but could not say that.

I passed on a summary of what has happened to our engineers and am waiting for their suggestion. However as it is a long weekend in the United States I don't expect an answer at least a few days.

When a grave service down leaving a core dump. Analysis of the memory image can be useful in determining the cause of the problem. Thus, you may prefer to move those to your data volume rather than delete them.

You can delete/move a core dump. The dump for readynasd from 2014 is very old, and unless you're still having problems with the management service, you should be able to remove that.

  • Use of root for the system volume is 95%, var/ftp uses all

    Hello

I have a ReadNas 102 and lately I have these error messages using the root of the system volume is 95%. After checking the files/var, I noticed that desired used all available space. I had FTP enabled for some files and it seems that the content of these files is copied to the folder var/ftp.

Perhaps a matter of newbe 'stupid', but is - it normal that this folder/var/ftp is totally used.

Second question: How can I safely remove the content of this file/var/ftp?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jan

    Hello.
The ibdata1 still growing is not a ReadyNAS problem, but a problem of MySQL, may be triggered or worsened by track LogAnalyzer to commit requests.
There is a lot of discussion online about this. But it seems that there is no easy solution to reduce its size.
    An example of thread: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3456159/how-to-shrink-purge-ibdata1-file-in-mysql
If you don't use it, I suggest delete LogAnalyzer and mysql-server.

  • Spanning tree Distribution Switch Port is root for all the VLANS

It will cause slow for users who are connected to the network on the Distribution switch?

According to my understanding core should be Root STP for all the right of VLAN?

If necessary how can I make kernel as root port switch port?

    Thank you

    MAhesh

    Hello

a root is a designated port (if shipping port) on a non-root bridgewhich a path root the lowest cost to the root bridge. So there is nothing unusual here, and your kernel needs to be done to root bridge if you run STP between distribution and kernel as you apparently.

    Kind regards.

  • ASSOCIATION NON-ROOT FOR NON-ROOT?

    Hello

    Non-Root Bridge1 with---> 1 AIR-AP1242AG-N-K9 wireless clients

I noticed after reset root bridge or one of the non-root that fills when I type the command 'sh DOt11 associations' results show that there is a connection between the Bridge Non-Root 2. When this happened to the connection of customers related to the APs is very unstable.

as far as I know, the association is just between the bridges of root and Non-Root.

I Don t know why it happened.

To avoid this, I turn off in one of the bridge nonroot (AIR-AP1242AG-A-K9) the option 'Force Infrastructure Device to associate only... »

Cisco's docs show an example of a config when there is a root bridge and a bridge not root, but in my case, I have 2 nonroot bridge and bridge of a single root.

I would like to know if the config for my scenario must be different from the simple scenario (1 root and 1 non-root).

I hope that someone of you can help me.

    Concerning

You are right.  I'd only authentication mac on the nonroot Bridge 1.  In this way, you can prevent the roots not to associate with each other if they really are.  Then if it works, you can set the authentication mac on the bridge of root with the mac address of two nonroot bridges.

What other RAC DBA must have ROOT access to?

    AllYourDataBase wrote:

    Agree.

On all databases, that I never managed, even in the era of mainframe, was my sysadmin/root access in order to exercise my DBA functions. Often service waiting too for sysadmin is not available. Similarly, the sysadmin also often held in a DBA when I'm on vacation or unavailable.

It is a partnership - both parties have the same goals and objectives. A stable and robust and functional environment.

Set up the walls between these parties on behalf of the so-called security policy? My point is that will be invariable cause more problems than what it addresses. And I've seen it in other departments - where a minor problem takes several days to resolve due to the wall (and distrust) between sysadmin and s/n, regardless of the amount of paperwork needed to get real results as the responsibility and accountability are ignored by both parties.

  • change the suffix of root for Config store

    Hello

I have an OpenSSO installation running with the default root suffix, dc = opensso, dc = java, dc is net.

I would like to change the suffix to the root to mine. I am not able to find it online,
Anyone who has done before, or knows how to do it, can you please let me know.

    Thank you

You who has set during your first initialization/configuration of OpenSSO. If you want to change this, the easiest way would be to reset the configuration of your OpenSSO. This can be done easily by removing the .openssocfg directory in your user directory. When the application server is restarted and you go to the page of OpenSSO, you will be asked for the initial Setup again, and you can specify a different suffix

  • Context-root for Portal Administration Console

    Hello!

I am using Weblogic Server 10.3.2. I created a myApp.ear portal application that contains myApp.war.
I use eclipse to develop my application. For my ear project, I chose some aspects of the project:

    Admin Console 10.3.2
    Executive admin 10.3.2
    10.3.2 Portal Application services
    Framework of Portal customizations 10.3.2

The weblogic - application.xml myApp.ear looks like this:

    < wls:weblogic - application xmlns:wls = "http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-application" xmlns: xsi = "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi: schemaLocation = "http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/javaee_5.xsd http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-application http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-application/1.0/weblogic-application.xsd >.

    < / wls:weblogic - application >

I have not any application.xml defined in the project of my ear.
In my web project, I put the root of context: myAppWEB.

When I deploy her Eclipse myAppAdmin works very well.

(I deploy as a Run-Stand alone web module directly from the workspace or in the separate deployment folder).

But when I export an ear myApp.ear and then deploy it in admin Console tools context root management server server is not overloaded. I followed:
    myAppEAB
    Administrative Tools (FALSE!).

I can access/admin-tools. But when I try to create a binary content (not upload) I received: Page not found, because he tries to access it from /myAppAdmin. But the context is: admin-tools.

At deployment, I get the message:

Also, when I open weblogic application. XML with Weblogic App deployment descriptor editor I get the error on the library overrides context root:

"Context root 'tools' is not exported by one of the libraries referenced."

    (me: wlp-tools-admin-app is shared library).

What I am doing wrong? I want to be able to deploy my ear to Server Admin and access myAppAdmin (Portal Administration Console) to this address: myAppAdmin.

    Thank you!

    Hello

I was fighting with the same problem for several days and it was resolved by creating the application.xml in the EAR project. Resolve was really frustrating because application.xml is not added by default to the new ear portal projects, the xml is not referring to the portal admin console somehow and no documentation that I could find mentions that it is essential for the manufacture of the portal administration console to work.

    I hope that helps!

    Hello

    1. which version of the operating system is installed on the computer?

If you use Windows 7, try the methods below and check if the problem persists.

    Method 1:

Perform the disk check to check and fix bad sectors on the hard disk.

    Check a drive for errors

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/check-a-drive-for-errors

    Note:

Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

    Method 2:

Download and run a full scan of the system using Microsoft Safety Scanner to detect any problem related to the Virus/Malware.

    Microsoft safety scanner

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

    Note:

The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

Is there a way to root my phone directly without having to use new stock rom to root it because Im afraid of losing all my apps n settings in my phone currently. I want to use Titanium Backup to make a backup of them, but given that my phone is not rooted so I can't use it.
    Thank you

You can not root directly at the present time

Follow how to root 4.0.4 here

You just need to change a core root and then again back to the roigianl kernel
