  First Watch that most of the people are going to say that I have a screen resolution problem, I can tell you that it is not the case. The problem, for some reason any the top of my screen is off; but not in the usual way. Its as there is a buffer as if Explorer thinks it can go as high as she can (rephrasing Windows Explorer solves the problem for a little bit, but then it goes back to be cut.) I have a dual monitor set up, with a monitor 20' via vga and a 22' tv via hdmi, regardless of which I display main happens and only on the primary display.   Well I just inadvertently solved the problem... it turns out that it had nothing to do with the resolution of the screen, but it was the fault of dell all! Reference Dell defined the default theme to one that changed the log on the bottom, until I restarted, I changed the theme to the theme of landscape. When I logged in and the screen did not get pushed down, I changed the theme of dell and of course, everything has been cut. So I just stay away from this theme dell then.

  One of the characteristics of Safe Mode is that it disables use of Firefox hardware acceleration of graphics. This method works around incompatibilities with some graphics driver software.

  It takes effect after you quit and then restart Firefox.
