I have membership creative cloud through my work on a mac. I'm trying to set up a pc for rendering after effects projects but when I try to updat the creative application cloud I get an error that says that we met a the following questions, there seems to be a problem with the installation process (error code: A12E1)

    Please perform the following steps:

    (1) restart the computer.

    (2) if the error persists, rename the OOBE in OLD OOBE folder of

    Mac: MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    Windows: C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe and

    C:\Users\ (UserName) \AppData\Local\Adobe

    3) download Creative cloud once more and try to run.

    (4) if it you is still facing a problem then Quit/end the notifier AAM address

    Windows:

    Press Ctrl Alt Del

    Start the Task Manager

    Click on the "processes" tab and check if you have AAMNotifier running

    If Yes, click end task

    Mac:

    Go to Spotlight (magnifying glass at the top right on your screen)

    Type activity monitor

    Press ENTER to open the activity monitor

    Check in activity for AAMNotifier monitor

    Leave this process if you find

    Intel Core i7 2.66 GHz

    8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

    No external hard drive

    Please follow these steps to resolve this problem.

    Download and run Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. You can download it from this website

    http://www.Adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

    Once if you please and rename it OOBE OOBE.old folder from the location mentioned.

    / Library/Application Support/Adobe /.

    Download and install Creative Cloud Desktop App from this location

    https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    If none of the above steps work then please create another Admin user account and try to install Creative Cloud Desktop app it.

    I can't complete installation of adobe application manager - code A12E1 - to download the creative cloud applications.

    MacPro, OS X 10.8.2

    I cleaned all the former facilities of CS (3, 4, 5, 5.5) with the cleaning tool Adobe CS and no process running, Manager application MAA downloaded via CC and directly from the Adobe website.

    No hint what to do?

    Adobe offers a cleaning tool, which removes the entries in the database but not the physical files associated with the installation.  Run the programs uninstall program to remove all components.

    Remove the creative cloud on Mac OS

    1. double-click on your hard disk.

    2. go in Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers.

    3 run all the Adobe uninstaller programs to remove all Adobe Creative Suite products.

I did method 1 with the Indian tech guy last night. had to take down my avg, repeat 2-3 times and still did not get the updates!  WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T HAVE THE DVD OF INSTIALLAITON?  I have something Dell (laptorp) for backup, but don't know that it's a windows install disc!   is there an easier way?

    Please try the steps below.

    (1) rename the folder OOBE to OOBE OLD from MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    (2) download and install the update of http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774 MAA

    (3) then try to launch MAA.
