  I am trying to install an update to iTunes on my laptop and find the folowing part-way through the installation error:

  "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the set up did not complete as expected. Contact your provider to support personal or package. »

  I got iTunes for 3-4 years now and have always been able to install updates successfully, so don't not sure what is the problem.

  I tried msconfig and changed the boot process, so it includes all of the non-Windows elements, as suggested on the Microsoft Web site, but that has not worked.

  Can anyone help?

Stats gathering is so expensive that it takes almost 2 days to complete.  Our goal is to ensure that no SQL that runs during peak hours (15:00 to 22:00 hours) is affected by the collection of statistics. That's why we would like the stats collection to run above mode.

  Hi all

  I have a very strange (at least for me) problem with a package to run in the production environment.

  The package has been installed in the application schema and in the same schema for all tables that are in the same table.

  The customer reported a slowdown in the performance of it, but if I test it in my PR env and:

  -If I run the application outside of the package, it run very fast

  -If I install the package in my personal schema and run it, it run very fast

  -If I run the package, installed on the application's schema, is very slow!

  What is the difference between these three methods?

• I try to install Creative Cloud on Mac. I downloaded the CCPackager and created a package. When I try to run the package, it freezes on install (technically it is said he is still underway while the remaining term is increasing constantly

  OK, I solved it.

  As part of Oracle under Technologies--> Oracle in the Studio of the ODI, I gave in the uid and password for DW_STAGE and it fixed the problem!

• Must run DBMS_STATS within a program

  I use Delphi 2010, Oracle 10 g under Unix. I need to run GATHER_TABLE_STATS and modify the two indexes in a program. Before the program executes a SQLLDR module supplies a table, and if the stats and the clues are not redone the program will run for 6 to 8 hours. If they are redone it will run 10 to 15 minutes. I am wanting to create a stored procedure that can be called before any other processing in the program, but am not familiar enough with the stored procs and packages to be able to properly assemble instructions. That's what my procedure looks like this now:
