Hi John,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you receive this error message, and I'll be happy to answer your query. Let me ask you;

  • Remember to make any particular changes in the computer before receiving this error?
  • What security software is installed on the computer?
  • What is the brand and model of the computer?

A dynamic library (DLL) is a collection of small programs, which can appeal when required by the executable (EXE) program that is running. The DLL allows the executable to communicate with a specific device such as a printer or may contain the source code for doing specific functions.

An example would be if the program (exe) needs to get the free hard disk space. He can call the DLL that contains the function with parameters and calling a function. The DLL will then tell the executable space free. This allows the executable smaller in size and do not have to write the function that already exists.

We will try the following methods and check.

Method 1: Start the computer Safe Mode and check if the problem persists. If the problem does not persist in safemode, turn on your computer in a clean boot state and check.

Step 1: Start the computer in Mode safe

Safe mode is an option of troubleshooting for Windows that starts your computer in a limited State. Only basic files and drivers needed to run Windows are started. The words Safe Mode appear in the corners of your monitor to identify which Windows mode you are using.

Please refer to: , start your computer in safe mode

Step 2: Put the computer in a clean boot state in order to avoid any conflict of third party software.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Place your system in the clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must follow the steps in the article mentioned below to perform a clean boot.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Note: see 'How do I reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting' to reset the computer starts normally after troubleshooting.

Method 2: Run the System File Checker tool

System File Checker is a Windows utility that allows users to find corruptions in Windows system files and restore the damaged files.

To do this, click Start, type command or cmd prompt in the Search box, right click invite, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.

At the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

sfc/scannow

Note: Do not close the command prompt window until the audit is completed 100%. The results of the analysis will be posted when this process is complete.

Method 3: The issue may be due to corruption in both drive where Windows is installed. Therefore, I suggest you try the steps outlined in the article below and run a check.

Please refer to: check a drive for errors

Important: When running chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area so all available data on this risk be lost.

Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

    Hey Amer,

You can ignore this error message. You would usually encounter this problem if the Windows Backup tries to back up files in folders LocalLow, Contacts and research and these files are not present on your computer.

Well, you also have an option to create or exclude files missing, listed in the error message.

If you want to exclude this folder then please refer to the following steps.

    (a) in the backup section, click on "change settings".

    (b) in the dialog box Configure the backup , click Next.

    (c) in the 'you want to save ' dialog box, click on 'Let me choose ', then click on 'Next '.

    (d) navigate to the user profile folder displayed in the error message and clear the check box next to the folders.

    (e) save and exit.

    Hope the helps of information.

How do I solve this problem

The tools are not compatible with JDK7. You need to install JDK6 and it must be the 32-bit version.

If you have several versions of the JDK, you can modify bbwp.properties in the subfolder bin of your SDK WebWorks to include the following text:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_31

You would update the JDK version to match your own, but note that this is the SEO Program Files (x 86); the path 32-bit installations. This way you can have several JDK if you need, but the command bbwp must reference the appropriate JDK.

In short, he must be JDK6 and it must be 32-bit.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community Forums.

You get an error at startup.  It can be difficult when something that is important to you does not work as expected. It's pretty simple and we're here to help you solve the problem. We work as a team and get this sorted out.

    Please answer these questions-

    (1) that you get an error code?

    (2) did you do changes on the computer before the show?

I would like more information about the issue.

    Method 1-

    Step 1-

You should check if the problem occurs in Mode without failure.

    See the article-

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Note: Make sure you connect in Normal Mode after all the troubleshooting steps.

Proceed to step 2, if the problem does not occur in Mode without failure.

    Step 2-

I recommend you to perform a clean boot.

Placing the computer in a boot minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must perform the steps in the article-

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: You must follow the step 3 of the article to return the computer to a Normal startup after you perform all the troubleshooting steps.

    Check if the problem persists.

    Method 2-

I would have you scan a System File Checker to verify violations of integrity.

Cannot find this file on Google so you probably dodged some software malware and you should do a

    After the audits of malware.

If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be more difficult to detect as the
    cause.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often
easy to detect malicious software often comes with a much harder to detect and remove the
payload. So its best to be now too thorough than paying the high price later. Check

DLL errors appear when the DLL is damaged, and it gets damaged due to the registry database. When the registry keys concerned is corrupt then it affects the DLL file and so that the error message appears. So to fix this error, you must set the registry key corruption. Apply any registry repair tool and fix DLL errors directly.
