  This is where memory questions come into it. According to your previous message in which issues of memory during installation, you may have them again. I suggest that you stop your application server. Then in the /xellerate/OIMApplications directory, delete the 2 folders that represent the ear files. IOM startup and it will give an error on the deployment. Then run the script of your patch. In the folder/xellerate/ logs, there is a file patch_weblogic.log that you can tail to monitor the progress. It will give you the output of the patch and then there is also the log of the server itself in the /servers/ /logs and there is a .out file I think that will give you any other information. Just watch and see what file's modification timestamp and tail that one it is too.

  What version of java are you using?

  You must make sure you only have the good installed j2se and properly configure the JAVA_HOME

  You will probably need to install the version of the j2se, I use: j2sdk-1_4_2_18-linux-i586 - rpm.bin

• Newbie question - tide may run a remote PowerShell script or BAT file?

  My first post.  I am new to raz, but I've had experience with other planners.

  I have a PowerShell script that must be run on a remote computer.  All the script needs software is installed on this computer.

  In addition, I need the script runs under a service account.  Is it possible and if yes, how can I go about it?

  Sure. There are some screenshots. A variable one, I used for the location of the folder on the server of tide (not required but I use a lot of scripts). One for the command of tide itself. The last one is the script runs remotely on windows work. Let me know if they don't make sense.

  Scripts call another script, setEssbaseEnv.sh. When you run the script 'setEssbaseEnv.sh' it gives the error below:

  $ sh setEssbaseEnv.sh

  setEssbaseEnv.sh: line 4: close syntax error unexpected token ' (')

  setEssbaseEnv.sh: line 4: "cd $J (EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE) / bin /".

  Why use only the location of the templates? There should be a bin folder.

  I am inclined to ask 'why', but I refrain...

  The problem you'll have is that 'telnet' (really inetd) will be started by SMF and your app startup is a legacy script. I don't know of anyway to you allows to map addictive SMF one departure inherited. The only solution is to write a start of SMF for your application and do inetd:default require your application to be online before you start.

  I'm trying to run a script from the command line AfterFX.exe and I get the message: "unable to run the script at line 1. Syntax error.

  If I run the same Script AE editor script file, it works perfectly

  Here is the command line that I use:

  Have you tried using "-r" instead of "-s"?

  ("-s" argument is a script; and to "-r" argument is a path to the script)

  You need to activate the "DBMS output.

  One way to do, is "View/DBMS Output" and add new Dbms output tab by clicking on "+" more singing.

  You don't need quotation marks in your CREATE DATABASE LINK statement. Just leave and forget any of this escape.

  Are you sure you must export all these variables, i.e. will they be mentioned in sublayers without be passed as parameters?

  Yes, if you mean creating a query string, and then using them in a cfquery. Usually, you will need to place the text of the query in a PreserveSingleQuotes() function if you have settings that are placed in single quotes, something like this

  I'm new on using Powershell and I have a fundamental question regarding running a powershell script. Basically, I wrote a file of commands as shown below.

  C:\WINDOWS\system32\windowspowershell\v1.0\powershell.exe - PSConsoleFile "C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VIToolkitForWindows\vim.psc1" - NoExit-command "C:\MyScripts\RunSpanshot.ps1".

  I run the batch file and nothing seems to happen. What is the problem with trying to run the RunSpanshot.ps1 script as shown above? -any help is appreciated.

  In the Oracle database Linux 5.10 Server machine, what instance HRCS90 configuration, select Demo or system, the next step "select PeopleSoft Applications" has only a single element:

  (1) PeopleSoft HRCS Demo Database - US English.

  I select this option to run the Wizard "setup.sh" that alters the scripts 'createdb10.sql, utlspace.sql, hrcddl.sql, dbowner.sql, psroles.sql, psadmin.sql and connect.sql. Then I executed 7 SQL scripts > one by one in Linux. Then need to load Windows XP data in the Oracle Linux 5.10 DB HRCS90 instance.

  
  After you have installed the Windows of HCM and Campus Solution 9.0 version in Windows XP with PT8.53 and log in Data Mover, I create the hrcs90ora.dms script, there's a step like below:

  My questions are:

  First of all, means "PeopleSoft HRCS Demo Database" in Linux and "PeopleSoft HRCS database" in Windows causes the error above? How to solve the error above?

  Secondly, when I created PeopleTools 8,53 Database Instance PT853, I'm not running the 'ptddl.sql' script, which creates many storage areas. It causes the error above? I need to run "ptddl.sql" for example PT853?

  Probably, you set the init parameter db_files too low. As I remember, it is recommended and default to 1024 1021 on the Peoplesoft database. This is a static setting, change the value and it will restart the database.

  I wanted to use Oracle 11 GR 2 Semantic Technologies to store the RDF files in the database.
  I read on the forum to activate the Sematic Technologies, I need to run the catsem11i.sql script.
  For some reason I'm not able to run the script.

  Should I copy all the unziped on DVD files and run above mentions the script to create the staging area?
