I have an Acer Aspire M5620 running Windows Vista hope first Edition, SP1. I use the automatic updates.   On the inside of the window, you will see different installed versions of the .NET Framework.   Then, restart your computer and manually install the following updates in the order

  DLCFtime.dll file is part of the Dell printer driver software.
