  I use the model Match 4 IMAQ to detect the angle of rotation of an image of model.   The source image is a series of images of images read from an AVI video (I used a loop for to process the images frame by frame). The image of the model is an area of the first selected image.   Please make sure that there is no Proxy setting on your network and also check that you are logged into admin and not as mobile admin. You can also try to connect the MAC to a Wi - Fi network to different/open or Mobile Hotspot and disable all antivirus on MAC titles and try to check if the creative cloud app works.

(Disable the Variable engine will not affect your other programs or Measurement Studio unless you use shared Variables.)
