• Using Windows Live Movie Maker with Windows 7. Lack of good features.

  I'm angry. I am trying to set up a family video Christmas and notice the limited amount of manipulation that has Windows Live Movie Maker. I think remember me the XP version allowing the video to be accelerated or slowed down. I tried to change it on my old computer, XP version cannot open. MOV files, so I downloaded a video converter, now I get an error message indicating that the codec is missing.   OK, so I know that the real answer is get the functionality added to the demand but is not our application and we must use it.  Accordingly, I adapt the requirements in a complete application.

  The database (and thus the data entry form) do not collect data that we need (and as above I can't do nothing about it!).  It is not as bad as it sounds as it collects tha virtually all we want, but I'm missing a few columns

  It is not clear if yes or no, the model that I bought it. I have an of CD/DVD "button that I use to run my built-in dvd player (WinDVD for example), but it does not work as it appears as 'a disc standalone player' who plays a dvd (movie) without the need of Windows startup.

  To watch the movie on dvd, after using the CD/DVD button, I start in Windows, the connection in Windows XP, and the office at startup, the WinDVD screen presents the film.

  This isn't what I expect from a stand-alone dvd player. My old laptop has a 'dj function' with which you can play a cd without booting in Windows (or turning on the laptop), simply by pressing a special button on the front. What about the promised feature of the Toshiba Satellite Pro?

  Is there a feature "Express Media Player" at all? How can I check if the function is provided? I used the provided configuration, the first time I used my laptop. I don't want to use the recovery CD provided unless it would be absolutely necessary to install this missing functionality.

  Yes. Some Toshiba models use a player Qosmio (Qosmio units) and some computers laptop Toshiba supports also the Media Express Player.

  I downloaded the user manual of the Satellite Pro M70 and it seems that some laptop computers in this series come with the express media player. But unfortunately the Media Express drive was not installed and delivered with this laptop.

  Any rejection of Pages v5 (including 5.6.2) is based on the Pages ' 09 v4.3. They are quite different applications and v5 lacks about 100 features that did not exist in the Pages ' 09. Even the architecture of document is not backward compatible. Your upgrade to the last Pages is a downgrade in functionality, and Pages ' 09 likely lies in Applications: iWork ' 09 file. Use and treat yourself to a true upgrade.

  That said, I've selected a line in a new table of Pages v5. Changed the border line and color to 2 pt and blue respectively. Then I option-click on this line several times, and the added lines were identical on the border style has changed from the original line. I can't reproduce your problem described here.

  In iBooks, the situation is completely reversed by the lack of a feature allowing me to display only books written in my native language: they are literally hidden in the middle of hundreds of other books in English, french and German (I'm Switzerland, so you can imagine what I mean). The only thing I can do is to look for a specific word or words and then choose a language... But if I want to take a look at all THE Italian books in the store or in a specific category (that's what I really need), I simply can't.

  It's very frustrating and I always leave the store after a few minutes without having to buy anything...

  If I'm missing something, thanks for any help!

• Version of app store not the developer of functioning entirely version?

  I downloaded a program of conversion of graphics widely used and much appreciated in the App Store ($39.99) only to find out after that I recorded and tried to use it it lacks all the features and does not the a specific task (read and convert Kodak PCD files) I bought it for. There was no warning or other indication on the Apple App Store was selling a version modified and disabled. I've never met this before.  What should I do?

• The songs that have had their metadata changed in iTunes have disappeared from my iPhone

  I'm a music Apple and iTunes game iCloud user of the music library. Suffice it to say that aloud, it occurs to me that this stuff is a mess and may expect that this works correctly are just wishful thinking.

  I use Apple's music since the day wherever she launched. Recently, as in the last two weeks, I noticed that some albums on my iPhone was missing songs. In any case, I think that the missing songs are the ones where I edited the title of the song and possibly other metadata in iTunes. It is difficult for me to check if ALL the Apple music songs where I edited the title are messed up now, but it goes back far enough, certainly before I began to experience songs that disappears.

  To give you a concrete example, some time ago, I added the 2pac album "2pacalypse Now." In the Apple's music, this album lacks all the features of the song of songs, so I added back in. For a while things were fine, but recently the songs where I added the functionality for the title of the song disappeared from my iPhone. Now, all I see are five titles that do not have features and a link to "Show full Album" down.

  I spoke with @applemusichelp on Twitter last night and they asked me to turn off music Apple and iCloud music library on my iPhone, reboot the phone, identify new in music Apple and reactivate iCloud music library. Did not work. Their recommendation then was, "Don't change the metadata for the Apple music titles in iTunes." To which my answer was: "so why iTunes allows you to edit metadata for pieces of Apple's music in the first place?"

  Anyone else having this problem? Someone at - it a solution?
