  I had a few copies of Photoshop elements 13 , still sealed, a sale at auction. They probably came a store tech who went sub, given that other tech related stuff as well. The software packs have two scan codes we're for, I guess that release the license for individual software, an anti-tactical flight.

  -When I call the sale, number 0805 supposed assistance, it does not... because this number can be called from the Switzerland.

  Is it time to consider switching to something more affordable or any other software where quality really means something?

• Photoshop Elements 2 is installed on windows 7.  I get the error message.

  I installed 2 elements photoshow on my pc windows 7 and the program behaves differently than on windows XP.  The crop tool and other functions do not work very well.  I see an error message when I go to help > updates.  What is the solution, if any problems?   Thank you

  Well, PSE2 came out LONG before the existence of Win7. Microsoft has changed many things in XP, Vista, Win7, Win8 and now Win10 crossing. With each new version of PSE, we certify course against then them available versions of Windows, but we don't go back to all versions of PSE and update to try to follow. It is not surprising that PSE2 will not work on Win7.

  Sorry, but the only course of action would be to buy an upgrade to PSE14 (the current version)

  Hello.  I received an email offering Adobe photoshop elements adobe and 14 first 14 elements bundle for $89.99.  This offer expires today, Monday.  I click the bundle and see these two software for more than $1,000.   the customer service was closed at 19:00.  How can I get what is offered in the email as soon as POSSIBLE, because the offer ends today or how I send an email to customer support asking that they honor the sale tomorrow as I had problems and could not get help buying this bundle.   Am I missing something on what this bundle?  What is offered in the bundle?  My email says it's 40% off.  $ 1 139 to $ 89.99 is much greater than 40% off.   What Miss me?

  You will need to contact whoever sent you the email if the offer is still valid. Have you read the email carefully to see if you qualify for what is offered?

  I had Photoshop elements 12 and loved and it worked well on my laptop, but when my boyfriend bought 13 I wanted of course to the new version and there is a sale or anything adobe offered me by e-mail and I took, but it was in April that I bought and I still can't use it. I downloaded and put my serial number, but it just keeps telling me to connect and when I do it keeps coming back to the login page it does nowhere else. I tried to uninstall it and everything, I don't know what to do. As far as I know is I bought April 3 and it's September and I was not able to use it again.

• My last experience with Photoshop Elements has 9. Can I switch to 13 without problem?

  I widely used Photoshop Elements 9 several years ago, but have not used that or any other similar software for a long time. I'll be able to upgrade to 13 or I have to buy the full version of 13? What would be my learning on picking up 13? Also, I have 9 on my desk and want to use 13 on my laptop instead. How to achieve this? Thank you.

  Your best bet is to buy PSEv.13 and install it on your laptop. Check the system requirements for the software.

• Photoshop elements 12 frustration.  'Bar' repeated 'launch '.

  Mac version and I use it only occasionally when I want to color balance with this program.  When I tried to use it, it would have a 'bar' and say that it initiated.  Never exceeded that.  I don't have a disk for it.  Finally he dragged to the trash, hoping only to reinstall the software.  But 'no '.  I couldn't hang out outside and finally removed backwards.  Called Photoshop and was referred to 'chat '.  Went to the cat and they referred me to the forums... Pfffff.   Because it is the old version that I've updated February a year ago.  I have a disc for a version of windows, but me is not good!  Overall!  It's my purchase 2 with an upgrade of the elements!

  Amazing!  What can make a difference to a person!  Then... I CAT in cat of Adobe but this time with a person 'sale' and walla!  I am now downloading my 'lost' 12 Photoshop elements!  It's all in the way a person chooses help or not and Sander helped!  Humbly grateful!  Problem solved!

  Please try some probable solutions as mentioned below:

  Solution 1:

  1. close the elements.

  2. launch Photoshop elements welcome screen and hold the key ctrl + alt + shift when you click on the editor.

  3. continue to press the keys until you see a message box asking if you want to delete the settings for Photoshop Elements; Click Yes. Items will be open with the default preferences.

  Solution 2: in case any network printer is attached try to launch without uninstalling network or a printer or make another default printer.

  Solution 3: Try launch with anti-virus off or remove the PES of contradictory list.

  Solution 4:

  On the drive on which you installed PES, on my machine, it's on C:

  Go to C:\Program Adobe Photoshop Elements 10\Locales\\Plug-Ins\Import-Exportand you will find two plug-in. remove that plug-in from this location and copy it somewhere else.

  Now start PES and check if it works.

  I have Photoshop Elements 8 & first Elements 8 and I love them but I'm leaning towards upgrade to 10 based on the new features.  The only thing that will convince me to do will be if I'll be able to create slideshows in a true format 16 x 9 using Photoshop elements Organizer.  I called sales Adobe about it (twice!), but after being transferred in circles and put on hold for an hour, I thought I would get a better response from fellow users here.

  There may be something in FRONT (don't have it so I can't say), but the PSE Organizer 10 output options are the same as in PSE 8.
