  After windows update did you check in Device Manager is there any yellow mark on any driver?

  Go to the device by right clicking on computer Manager and manage

  Right click on the yellow camera brand > properties > details > click on description of the device > select hardware ID

  Let windows to be opened and take note of the VEN ID and DEV ID

  Go to the browser and go to Pcidatabase and put the VEN ID and see who exactly the driver required

  Look for the driver at Google or bing or other for a good

  I use the bb Device Simulator.

  Official documentation says that with touch area to the Simulator controller I can navigate from control to control my fi application, I put political correct ficuse for her. But the touch area does not work for me. No event is occure when I do drag and hold the cursor of the mouse on the tactile area, or classic Simulator, not different mouse buttons.

  I tried this using the BlackBerry 10.3.2 Simulator and it worked.  At startup, you choose the default option no 1440 x 1440 Passport?  The Passport is the only BlackBerry 10 smartphone that supports active touch keyboard.  If you use the default startup in Simulator (Z10) the touchpad option does not work because it is not supported by this model.  To change the type, press ENTER when the Simulator starts first.

• FfilePicker does not work in the Simulator

  I use the BB10_1_X.1483 Simulator.  I save a file which was an attachment to my downloads directory.  When I run my application with FilePicket calls.  I can navigate to the file and select it, but upward on the back of the signal, it is said that the file with that name didn't exist.

  Is this a known bug, I do something wrong.

  Print file name, it is not and this is when I look at whith the FileVIew Momentics tool.

• scanner does not work with the new Maverick on Mac software

  I took my Mac for maintenance and has updated the OS to Maverick. Printing works fine but not the scanner.  Message is to make sure "scan to computer" is enabled in the printer software. I don't see all the software of the printer. Any suggestions?

  As you receive this type of error and you do not see the HP software on your Mac computer, then please follow this HP document on a message "No computer found" during scanning. The Photosmart 5514 software may have gotten deleted when you took your Mac computer for maintenance. At the end of this document provides troubleshooting steps to reinstall the software.

• Scanner does not work in a series w/All

  scanner does not work with the Deskjet F4100 series.  My printer disappeared when I tried to print a PDF file.  I had to uninstall/reinstall, but now I don't have access to Solutions HP Digital Imaging Monitor has it always says "no device found" and closes.  I have Window Vista 32. I tried to find the ".exe" file, but the errors say file is not found. The printer works, but the scanner. It shows that I have scanner Xerox Work Center but the profile shows no resolution or file name.  The properties that the scanner does not work properly, but solutions HP cannot detect a device.  Help

  I received an update from HP on sat urday and when I finished the update (took about 3 hours) the long w/reinsert the disc provided F4100 w / all in one, I could finally connect to the Solutions Center, and now I can scan. YEA! When I turned on my computer the update automatically came and the restore point during a previous installation attempt.  Thank you very much, it means the world to me.  I will also send this message to someone else who was helping me.

  HP PSC 2410 Photosmart all-in-one.  MAC OS x 10.6.8 I just install this operating system upgraded and now my scanner does not work.  The printer works fine.  But when I try to scan, I get ' HP communications application does not.   We will restore the system again:

  -Go to System Preferences > print & Scan
  -Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign more to add a printer. Select the default tab on the top of the window. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

• Scanner does not work for all users on the computer Windows 7

  Photosmart 7510 Scanner does not work.  My scanner has the habit of work.   Now it does not for one of the three users on my Windows 7 desktop.

  I spent over 3 hours on the phone with HP.   They had me restart the computer, Plug and unplug the printer, reinstall the software twice under different names. The software depending on what user id, it is installed under allows access to the scanner/printer to one or more users.  The scanner works with Windows Paint software for all three nicknames.

  HP response is that some user control prevents the scanner software, who used to work on all three nicknames on the computer, which now works on one or more of the users.  They couldn't tell me which user control need changing.

  The HP solution is to restore my system when I could scan for all users of three.   I don't want to do that.   Does anyone have a better solution?

  The real problem is HP error messages.   When I click on scan a document, there is no answer.  Nothing happened.

  Then I tried to scan using Windows Fax and Scan.   I got an error message which helped me locate the source of the error.   I was able to fix the problem without creating a new user account.  I had deleted bu error the file MY Document.   Restore this file fixes the problem.

• Shortcut Ctrl C does not work in the main window of Firefox

  I use Firefox version 38.0.5, Windows 7
  Since the update Ctrl + C shortcut does not work in the main window of Firefox. (I can't copy text from any website using Ctrl + C).

  Click right and using the copy in the menu works perfectly. CTRL V and Ctrl X work fine without problem.

  Ctrl C works fine when copying text from the address bar and search bar, I just can't copy anything from anything in the main window of firefox.
  

  I tried to run Firefox in safe mode, I have also reset firefox and a virus scanner, but nothing has solved the problem.

• Office jet 6500 a Plus: Office jet 6500 Scanner does not work on iMac

  I have a printer, scanner, fax Officejet 6500.  Before the update of my modem, printing and scanning wireless worked perfect.  After a new modem only the printer works.  Bought a USB cable to connect to iMac running OS - El Capitan.  Printer works fine but the scanner does not work.  I uninstalled HP applications, printer deleted from system preferences.  Restart the computer.  Reinstalled with the latest drivers and add printer in system preferences.  Printer works fine but still no scan.  During the call to the top of the scanner/printer in system preferences, I see two options, one for print and other to analyze.  Queue only appears.  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  I see that you are not able to scan from your Officejet 6500 a Plus e-All-In-One to your computer Mac OSX 10.11. I can help you with that.

  To resolve this issue:

  1. Unplug the USB cable from the printer.
  2. Click on your Apple icon, system preferences and printers and Scanners.
  3. Hold down the CTRL key and click on the image to your printer on the left side.
  4. Click on reset printing system.
  5. Click on the button "+" in the corner.
  6. Select your printer from the list.
  7. Click in the box next to and select your printer.
  8. Click on Add.

  At this point, you should be able to scan your printer wireless. If you are unable to do so, please let me know what happened following my directions and I should be able to help more.

The diagnosis of HP twain scanning utility, said component does not work correctly. I tried all suggestions please help...

  I don't know if your solution works.  My problem was that the drivers WIA, well installed, could not.  Once activated, everything works fine.
