Sansa View not recharge, but the battery becomes hot, no blue ring

I just bought a Sansa View, my first MP3 player. It did not really work just yet, I've had a week now. The battery life is very short.

What I can't understand is this evening when I plugged it in to recharge, it will not respond with the blue ring and the battery/back of the appliance becomes hot.

The laptop USB or the wall socket taken USB now works. He's dead and not answering anything either (but not hot to the touch).

Jiggling the plug does not help. It is a problem of dealbreaker.

I will exchange it tomorrow unless someone has a bright idea!

something is certainly wrong internally, battery and wiring autour seems likely. Get it not traded, that's exactly what you need to do and someone must relay this sandisk problem, because if it is a fault of power, then thers probably more then a player with the potential to make this happen.

  • (plugged in, load) but the battery is not charging

    Hello!

    I have a problem with my hp laptop Pavilion dv6 - 2190ev.

The laptop cannot start if the charger is connected only (and the battery). It will only start if the battery is on. Also, the led and the laptop displays: (plugged in, load) but the battery won't charge!

The battery and charger are ok, because I tried on another laptop and work there!

So, the problem seems to be on the laptop. I also update the BIOS and the problem persists.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Looks like you did a few good troubleshooting at this point.  One thing which is ofter overlooked in these questions is the motherboard.  Here is an article by HP, battery not power Notebook or hold a Charge.

Please take a look.  There are suggestions for troubleshooting for the power supply, motherboard and battery, as well as links to other useful information. I'm sorry this isn't a simple solution, but you could just find very useful information in the article.

    Good luck with it,

  • My laptop is plugged in, but the battery is not charging

My system is win7 Ultimate, 32-bit operating system. My laptop is Toshiba Satellite - C600 - 02L, processor: Intel (r) Pentium (R) CPU, P600 1.87 GHz, 1.87 GHz... I bought it about a year and eight months ago.

I noticed that the battery light is off. I checked the battery meter icon & he said the PC was plugged, but the battery was not in charge. In the Device Manager window, I found that a device was not working properly. The details of this device are:

    Device type: drivers Non Plug-and-Play

    Service name: MpKsl45a6e13d

This device is not present, is not working properly or is not all its drivers installed. (Code 24).

I don't know if this has nothing to do with the problem, but if so, what is the solution to this problem? Please help me solve this problem.

    Hi Mustafa

This information shows that your battery has 62% of the original capacity left. Even if it's a little weak, it is not at a critical point where the battery should be the cause of all the problems. The typical Li-ion battery will last for 1 to 3 years.

I would recommend that you go to Toshiba Support forums and check to see if there is a utility to check the status of the material of the AC/charge circuit on this laptop. Here are a few links for your convenience.

  • Satellite A100 PSAA9C does not work without the battery inside

    I'm having a strange problem with a laptop Satellite A100 (PSAA9C-SK900E).

The machine will not work without the battery in it. If the power supply is connected in the machine and the wall, it will power without the battery installed. If I install the battery, let it load completely (battery LED goes from orange to blue and the plug LED is blue) then start the machine it will work for a period of time (more than an hour depending on what I'm doing) then suddenly turns off.

If I restart the machine, it will work for a very short period (sometimes only for a few minutes) just before going off.

If I do this a couple times, the machine will be not even by post before turning off.
If I let the machine to recharge, it runs for a while and then do the same thing after using it for a while.
If the battery is pooched, which is fine with me. How to operate with only the power supply of the machine?

As I type this I'm suspecting that the adapter cannot be taken out the required voltage/amperage. (adapter is not still hot when charging, are my other laptops) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hello

If I understand your assignment, the laptop does not power up without the battery
But it will light if the battery is connected.

The question is; Is the power led on if the AC adapter is plugged?
If this isn't the case, then it means that the power adapter is faulty and so the laptop cannot be turned on by using only the AC adapter.

I think you should test a new adapter. Maybe it helps!

  • Battery plugged in but no load and battery life which is at 0%, but the battery is 89-90% charged.

I have a laptop gateway that I bought last year.  It runs Windows Vista Premium (64-bit), and recently it has been send me load/battery indication problems.  The battery becomes a burden, but the battery monitor does not indicate correctly.  I watched it one day and it loaded up to 89-90% and then the battery monitor indicated 0% and not charging.  When I restart the laptop the charge indicates correctly around 89-90% and will show correctly when it is plugged in.  Once he reached 89-90% charge once again it comes back to life 0% battery and plugged in and not charging.  I tried the battery re - learn and when it reaches the level of 89% it stops and shows a surge of battery, but if you restart the pc it will state the cost of 89% and act normal.   I tried the procedure that I saw on this site earlier with the functioning of the battery all the way down and let the pc "die" on its own, but that still does not work.  Is there a problem with the software in the package of windows vista power control?  I saw at least another person having the same problem but have seen no response or resolution for this.  It is not the connection motherboard problem because the thing is load and works normally except when, if you try to load up once he reached that magic level, it indicates a 0% charge and plugged in and not charging.  I have signed up for a profile on this site and have been typing this message with remaining 0% battery Xantrex battery life reading.

  • C50-A-19 t satellite does not start with the battery mounted

    OK, first post here.

I see similar questions coming, but as they are never QUITE the same, I am that posing in a new thread.

I left my Satellite from one day to the next (do not remember if I had put off, or he simply had 'gone to sleep', but it has been connected to the grid).

When I got to reboot, I got a power light on, but screen blank (black). After reading a few similar complaints on the internet (via another laptop!), I tried to remove the battery and power from the grid.
This worked well (I write him in this state right now).

But whenever I put the battery and try again, it will fail in the same way.
I tried this company "press and hold power for 30 seconds" without success (but I'm not 100% sure of the EXACT procedure actions sequence).

    I have a few questions:

    (1) I take the laptop away from my office - is there a problem with everything just works like this (i.e. of the grid, with no battery inserted) indefinitely?

    (2) in any case, I want to solve the problem.
If the battery has run COMPLETELY flat, and that the laptop can not it lights but also operate normally?

Alternatively, is probably that the battery has not experienced a catastrophic failure and simply needs to replace?
If so, I'll just buy a. BUT...

What I don't want to do, is to pay for a costly spare battery, to find that it was actually another factor at the origin of the problem, and I'm back to square one and out of Pocket!

    Any advice would be welcome.

    Thank you

    Mike

    Hello

According to your assignment, in most cases, you use the laptop connected to the power adapter but no battery. Is this correct?

First we need to know that if the AC adapter is plugged in, the laptop should work correctly with - and without inserting the battery.
If you unplug the AC adapter, the laptop should automatically switch to battery power. In this case, it is important that the battery is pretty cool power to provide the power for the laptop.
In case the battery is empty, the laptop will not light.

I recommend to insert the battery plug the power adapter and charge the battery for a longer period of time.

You should also check if the battery is recognized by the Windows system and the battery charge indicator (battery in the taskbar icon) shows the State of battery charge.

In case the battery is fully charged and the laptop does not work using the battery power only, you should test the new battery.
If new battery does not solve the problem, s for laptop hardware needs an audit.

  • AC adapter does not work if the battery is not removed on my Satellite?

A few days as my Satellite does not use electricity from the adapter: he wants to only use the battery (so after a few hours, it stops).

Connect and disconnect the power supply when the notebook is on or before restarting, it doesn't change anything (if the battery is always in its place). The power adapter, cable spines,... seems in good conditions and I don't think they have problems because when I remove the battery and restart the laptop, the Satellite finally understands that he must use the power supply and not the battery. Then I can put the battery back in its place and load it... But if I unplug the AC adapter, the circus re - start.

Is power off somewhere? Is there a place where you can choose: "always use the battery and not the power?

    I don't think so, it's a motherboard problem?

    Hello

It is not easy to say why it happens. For me, this looks like an electronic malfunction of power supply.
But it's only my suggestion to be 100% sure that some diagnostic tests are necessary.
But the battery is ok and AC adapter works as well as you suggested.
What you can do is to check your BIOS version and compare it with the BIOS that is available on the page. Is there a newer version, so you can try to update.
Note: Be careful! Bad BIOS and update wrong procedure can damage the laptop.

But if you use the latest BIOS, so I think it must be a hardware malfunction. In this case, the only way to find the bug is to ask the AEP from Toshiba in your country for help.

  • Laptop will not start without the battery attached

    Hello

I have a Hp pavilion dv6700 series (dv6840el) and just, it will not start without the battery attached.

If I plug in the AC adapter, I get some computer activity (fan, noise of the dvd player and HD drive spins) for about 5 seconds, then shuts down.

Once I plug the battery (which is dying, who need a replacement), the laptop starts fine.

So my question is: what is a motherboard or a problem with the AC adapter?

The AC adapter looks ok, however. But if I am considering buying a spare battery, I assure you that I have a new adapter as well.

    Thanks in advance.

View not strong in the "print size", but ok to any other magnification. Photoshop on PC cc

You have to realize what you watching a smarting down image is not your pixels of images.  Your screen most likely also has a low resolution the you must print you print different pixels there are more pixels, and they will be a higher resolution than the screen pixels. You need to do a test print to see how well sharpened, the image printed on the print size.  View all print's size display am image the size of the printing will be.  If you have set your preferences Photoshop display to the screen resolution resolution has. If you have several screens and they have a different resolution that you must have the image on the screen that matches the resolution of the screen, you set in your Photoshop preferences for the display resolution. If you do not set the correct resolution that post you a Photoshop will scale your image to a different size than the print size.

  • RH9: graphics are not displayed, but the fact of the anchored frame

    TCS3/FM10/RH9

I'm a link FM books to my HR project.  With the help of FrameSLT, conditionalized my graphics (contained in an anchored frame) on FM so that they are not displayed.  It works very well on FM: there is no image and no image is anchored.

However, in the draft HR charts are displayed with sharps; they appear also with sharps in the preview.  It's the way that it used to be in RH7. In FlashHelp, the graphics do not appear but the anchored frame is left behind, so I have a large white space where the graphic should be.

I thought that there was a way that you don't have graphics in the project in the first place.  View the graphics in the project really slows down the update and generate processes. Why is HR still collect them if the graphic and anchored framework do not appear in the book of FM?

    Hi MICHAELRIVERA,

    ·         Who is the manufacturer of the laptop?

    ·         What operating system do you use?

If your laptop does not charge:

    a. This may be caused by a faulty adapter (the part that you plug into the wall socket)

    (b) a component on the motherboard defective charger.

    Try the following.

I suggest checking the connections, connect it properly, or contact the manufacturer. If you have a spare power adapter only to login and check. (Of the same brand and model)

    a. Click Start and type device in the search for field, and then select Device Manager.

    b. expand the batteries category.

    c. under the batteries category, right-click in the list of Microsoft ACPI compatible with battery control method and choose uninstall.

WARNING: Do not remove the Microsoft AC adapter driver or any other compatible ACPI driver.

    d. on the Device Manager, select Action, and then search for the hardware changes.
