  In any case, you need laptop with factory settings, preinstalled original Win7 64 bit? What graphics card has your laptop? ATI or Intel? What version is older than the version preinstalled on your laptop via Satellite?
  Your model of laptop is more recent and all the drivers, that you got in the recovery image are essentially the same as drivers on the Toshiba download page. So I think t is old version proposed by Toshiba.
  For example, if you have the graphics card Intel initially we version 8.15.10.2086, the same as on the download page.
  Can you confirm this?

  The Intel driver depends on the Intel CPU.
  So I wonder what Satellite C660-xxx you exactly and what CPU was installed in the laptop.

  I have the same problem with the same computer. I can't use XP, because I can't find the right for my HD2600 graphics card display driver.

  I have already downloaded the driver couple for my graphics card, but everyone working. When I run the Setup, it further warning with this text window "Installer not found driver compatible with your current hardware or your oparating system." I installed Windows XP Professional SP2.

  I would like to move from Vista to XP, because Vista is real bulls... t (sorry for that Word, but I really don't OS like that stupid).

  One of my notebooks is an A210 with ATI graphics card and I was able to install XP.
  I found the graphics driver on the European driver Toshiba page.
  The fact is that many models different notebooks use the same graphics chip and if you're looking for a little then you would know that the driver ATI for other laptops would work on your A210 too.

  As far as I know this laptop supports the same GPU as your A210 models:
  Satellite A200 PSAE6E
  PSPB6E SAT P200
  Satellite P200D PSPBQE

  Check the drivers released for these machines.

  I have:

  HP pavilion dv6 7010tx

  Windows 8 pro 64-bit

  I found the update to windows 8.1 pro by Windows store, so I downloaded it but not able to install it due to the limitation of graphics drivers [I get the CODE of ERROR 0XC1900101-40019]

  * Clean install of windows 8 pro 64-bit

  * only install the update that shows the Windows store 8.1 update

  * Keep my NVidia driver update which is 332.21-notebook-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql. It is 64-bit capable of windows 8 and 8.1 64 bit.

  * updated day to day my driver intel graphics is Intel (r) graphics 4000 v10.18.10.3379 HD

  * check the latest updates for my model of hp driver download wesite [it doesnot provide me with graphics driver for windows 8.1]

  V15.33.5.64.3316 [doesnot allow installation limitations requirements]

  * A tried to upgrade to 8.1 windows 8 times intant (8x3.6 GB )

  * Called Microsoft technical support [I was told that my model does not support windows 8.1] I think he was referring to the lack of drivers.

  * Called hp support [he said no available driver CURRENTLY] not clear if she can come out in the future or not.

  Nevermind, I found the solution... It applies to these two errors 40019-0xc1900101 and 0xc1900101-4000 D (something like that)
  I installed all the updates from Microsoft, including graphics drivers... then, went to the Manager of devices and uninstalled (and deleted) two display drivers and has not yet manually installed all the drivers... you hear just the default for both drivers.
  It worked for me...

  I have a Satellite P20. The graphics card is a nvidia fx go 5200. I am now runnig Vista full Edition and you want to install the Vista nvidia driver. When I try it says I must go to Toshiba that their driver controls shortcut keys. There is no Vista driver for my card on the Web from Toshiba website. Is it possible that I can get the driver to install. I'm not bothered about shortcut keys that I never use.

  because Vista is not supported on this machine you won´t get the official drivers for it. The only possibility would be to try the drivers from [Laptopvideo2Go | http://www.laptopvideo2go.com] and check if they are.
  The graphics card is old, the machine is old and you need of enough RAM for Vista smoothly.

  But I ask you: why Don t you stay with Windows XP? It s more reliable, it s faster and you have same official drivers for it...

  Just think about some short on this subject, otherwise visit the suggested site and try your luck. :)

  On the European driver Toshiba page, you can find the new Toshiba nVidia graphics drivers that are available right now!

  The same graphics card was also installed in the Satellite X 200 PSPB9E series.
  You can check the drivers also designed for this series.

  Usually only the Toshiba graphics drivers should be used because of the overheating protection that is available in the graphics drivers Toshiba and which is not supported by the graphics drivers from manufacturer of graphics cards drivers.

  But if you want, you can try to install the drivers GPU NVIDIA page, BUT ONLY at YOUR OWN RISK!
  To install this driver, you need to go to Device Manager and update the driver by using the Advanced installation. Then you choose the last option don't search. I will install the driver and must point to the downloaded nVidia Driver.

  But once again; This can be done at your own risk.

  I have a Satellite 1000-Zx which I recently rebuilt since the original CD (for various reasons...). I'm now getting occasional graphic problems which points me Intel of the site to get the latest pilot chart of Microsoft error report.

  However, as I recall I did it before and had problems with the driver advised by Intel, but was eventually done in the right direction by someone here, however I cannot now find the post or even remember my login ID (this is probably a couple of years).

  I have a M 82830 Chipset and am running driver version 6.13.1.2004 dated 02/15/02, can someone tell me what is the correct version for this machine?

  You will be very happy if someone can give you some good information on this good old classic. I think you don't have a lot of choices there. Either you can use driver Toshiba designed, or search on the net for the latest.

  Video card on your laptop must be Intel 830 MG. Intel download page check and maybe you will find latest driver. Google around a bit and I am sure that you will find enough pages to download the latest version of the driver for this card for Windows XP Home edition.

  Have given to my children my old Satellite 5200 802, they bought a game called "Need for Speed Carbon.
  Unfortunately, all cars are black and support of EA-Games inform, I should get a new driver.

  The problem is that for most other display drivers cannot be installed on laptops, because the drivers are not designed for the use of the laptop.

  But if you want, you can try the graphics drivers from omega. Sometimes it is possible to install it.   It is recommended to use the Toshiba driver designed because of the material.
