  Have you created a Toshiba recovery disc at the beginning?

  I have been using the Satellite M70 for 2 years now. My OS is XP SP2. The laptop comes with preinstalled express media player. And I still have the Express Media Player recovery CD.

  For the reasons that I just formatted the C drive. This is not the first time that I did. But the last time after reformatting drive C Media buttons are still working fine. This time beside the reformatting, I have updated BIOS (from site Web from Toshiba) to version 1.50.

  Now media buttons do not work. And not more than (browser and CD/DVD buttons) shortcut keys. I tried to reinstall the express media player by booting from the recovery CD and reinstall chose. But the problem persists.

  Are there ways to get the media buttons still work?

  Help would be very appreciated.

  P/S: in case it is because of the update of the BIOS, is there way I can flash back to its original version?

  I have the Satellite M70-159 with BIOS V 1.3. I'll try to update BIOS to version 1.5 to see if the same happen on my M70 laptop. I did not Express Media Player, but I will test it with running Windows XP Home edition.

  So. Windows XP Home edition, I can use all the keys with Windows media player. Browser and all media buttons work well. With WinDVD too much work.

  I don't really know why this does not work on your M70. Maybe you should remove all the stuff your laptop and do a clean install EMC and operating system itself.

  My iPhone 5 works well until a few days ago. Rear camera on my phone does not seem to open or to recognize because when I open it, it stays black and never focuses or turns on. The front facing camera works fine but when I turn it on in the back, it goes back to black. This happens to all my apps from third-party camera as well and freezes even these applications. I had to closed enforcement camera, hard reset the phone using the "home" button and the power button / stop, reset all settings, cleared and everything from the telephony from new wiped and updated the iPhone to the latest iOS and I still encounter this problem. I did pretty much all types of fitness to zero and erasing of the phone that can be done and it still has this issue so if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

  the built-in on my Satellite T130 webcam does not work.

  I use Windows 7 Home Premium and already reinstalled the drivers of webcam 64-bit through this Web site. However, when I click on the webcam application, simply, nothing happens - program doesn't open at all or turn off instantly. Skype is not also acknowledge a cam.   I did a new install of Win 7 pro 64-bit, and after it does not my fan, not at the start or in Windows. To check if it the fan itself was broken I re-installed Vista instead and the fan worked again!
  Installed new Win 7 but now it's silent :( I checked in the BIOS (latest version 1.80) but I couldn't find any option here. Am I missing a driver or something?

  My Satellite canned extinguishing because of this, so I would really appreciate help :)

  Hmmmm... really strange. I use Win7 32 bit on my Satellite A300-1LI and it works perfectly.
  Maybe a stupid question now, but have you tried to use the 32 bit version?

  You have also installed all the Toshiba drivers Toshiba value added package (includes the Toshiba power saver tool)?
