  I have a Toshiba Satellite A100, model PSAANA-04E005 under Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 1, 32-bit. Memory (purchased January 2007) gave me a Toshiba Recovery with this power drive do something if I needed it's of course is not the case to be foundI.

  By the way: If the operating system preinstalled by Toshiba is still installed you can also use HARD drive recovery option. So go to the advanced boot menu and select Repair my computer. After that, you have factory again and you can create a new recovery disk.
