Satellite A100-405: [Pickup and return] what information is required?

I bought a Satellite A100-405 today and I have a problem with my screen (it produces sounds iritating). I phoned the Dutch Toshiba helpline and they said they will pick up tomorrow. I needed to write the number of application Service and address according to the guy on the phone.

    I think that you should also check your RAM upgrades for user manuals. As far as I know that you can upgrade your laptop with 4 GB of RAM. Therefore, you can use DDR2-533 modules. You buy from an authorized service provider or Kingston modules also recommendable.

    Upgrading the CPU is not supported. BIOS and motherboard are tested only with the preinstalled CPU.

    I've got a 2.5 years old Satellite A100. He was going well until recently, when I found that the pc freezes completely - this looks only happen when I move the cursor on the screen. The only thing I can do, it's a hard re-boot.
    The problem has become more common, and I had to reinstall the operating system (using the disc that came with the laptop). After you have reinstalled everything worked well. But all of a sudden the same problem reappeared. I thought maybe it was different software clash between them and so I once again re-formatted the hard drive and reinstalled the operating system.
    This time it froze once more as I move the mouse around the screen. But it's happened before that I had installed anything on the PC. It is an entirely new installation.

It was after this the problem started again. The rest of the story is as above.

    My 9 month a100-192 * is overheating. specifically my cpu (processor intel centrino duo).
    In normal operation (runing nothing too 'heavy', only for things like Opera, foobar, thunderbird and others) the temperature is around the 50-60 degrees celsius * and that it itself is too.
