Satellite A300 - can't go back to factory settings

I've denied privileges for users not identified in my PC, so I can't fix it or do anything.
If I go back to the factory settings, this permission denied disappears?

Hello!

How do you restore factory settings?

Normally, you can restore the factory using Toshiba Recovery disk settings. You must boot from it and follow the instructions on the screen everything that s!
After that, get back you to factory settings.

The Toshiba Recovery disk still works, indifferent, what Windows (settings) you.

Good bye

  • Satellite A500 - how to get back to factory settings?

    Hello

I just bought a new laptop Satllite A500-1GL (like 3 weeks ago)
It came with Windows 7 Home Premium.

I have installed many programs/apps/games... and it became too slow,
I tried to use defragging, scandisk, I uninstalled software millions... but it is still very slow, screen sometimes flashes, just a format, but I can't do it! : s

    Anywayz!

Now I want marker it and return to the default state of factury.

I found this link somewhere in the forum
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/HTD9102IR0000R01.htm
I tried to follow the steps, and here is what happened:

I tried to restart the laptop, press F8, enter the option "Repair Windows",
I chose the language, came to the Passover of the administrator,
Now, when I reached step 4, I did not have the "Toshiba HDD Recovery" option.. ! ?

So, what should I do now? :/ :s
My laptop gets slower and slower,

PS: I have a (13 GB) drive labeled as data recovery, and there "HDD Recovery" folder...!
P.s2: I tried Option 3 (Windows complete PC Restore) and tried to browse blade H (the one that includes HARD drive recovery files), but it did not work too...

    > I tried to restart the laptop, press F8, enter the option "Repair Windows".
You must press F8 and choose repair MY computer!
    You have chosen repair Windows

The repair station is the first option in the list!

However, you must create the recovery disk Toshiba using the tool preinstalled called creator of Toshiba Recovery disk!
This should be done at first before doing anything else on this laptop!

  • How can I put Satellite A300 - 29U back to factory settings?

I don't know how to put my Toshiba Satellite A300 29U back to factory settings. I tried everything, but I have no idea how to do that? I have no CD or whatever.

    Thank you.

If your laptop has the factory settings you can do it as described on http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD1303440001R02.htm

Please note: this drive HARD recovery option works with the factory only settings.

  • Satellite A300-15 has back to factory settings

    Hello!

I have an old Satellite A300-15 and I want to go back to factory settings after almost seven years of never format the hard drive.

I did a little research on this 'how... "but I still don't know if the laptop comes with a windows recovery or not.

I have another laptop with a score of "windows recovery", but in my toshiba, the only thing I see is a recovery of HARD drive file in my E: partition. I don't really know if that helps the reinstallation of windows.

So if I reset the laptop with the method 'laptop computer Tower, hold the blah blah 0 button"it completely format my C: and need to reinstall windows or not?

    (Running Windows Vista)

How it works with the recovery image installation, you can read on http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/HTD1303440001R02.htm

Start your laptop with F8 and choose the option to repair your computer. Follow the instructions on the screen and you will be able to install the original recovery image.

Installation of recovery described called the installation of HARD drive recovery. With other words, saved on the HARD disk in the folder HDDRecovery recovery image will be reinstalled on the C partition only and the second partition of HARD drive will not be deleted or formatted.

In my opinion, that you create the recovery using disc (DVD) preinstalled creator Toshiba recovery disc. You can use created bootable disks to install original Vista. When you use discs, the whole HARD disk will be deleted, formatted, new partitions created and installed Vista end.

If you have any other questions you are welcome.

On Acer computers, it is [alt] + [F11] or something and HP computers, it is integrated in the system - so it's really easy. Toshiba have a 'key' like that?

I'm really sick of my 2008 Dell Inspiron being so slow, whenever I play minecraft... It is not intended to be a portable game, but that's all I have. In addition, I did not drive when I bought over 5 years ago, do not judge me. Help please!

    Hello Andy.L.C

    No one will judge you.

Your PC must have a hidden partition which contains an image of the Windows operating system.

Take a look at this link (especially step 3 "restore the software from the computer to the original state")

I hope this will help you restore your PC to factory conditions.

  • How can I get my computer back to factory settings?

my computer is slow and I want to restore it back to factory settings, so this has nothing about it except the important things, like when you get everything first... does anyone know how to do this?

Note that if you save all the important things, it will be lost after the reset.

After the reset, you should get all the updates from Windows Update EXCEPT for hardware devices. Then, you install a good antivirus. ONLY AFTER you have done this, if you replace the stuff of backups or install anything else.

Your laptop is equipped with a recovery instead of disk partition

    .

This is how the recovery partition is available for the most popular brands

For Dell, press CTRL + F11 directly after switching on the device

For HP, press F11 directly after switching on the device

For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward

For Acer, press and hold ALT + F10, as soon as you see the logo

For Asus, press F9, as soon as you see the Asus logo.

You may need to try several times to get everything above to work. If after several attempts, you have no chance, or the machine indicates that there is no recovery partition, your only option is to contact the computer manufacturer and ask for the model recovery discs...

I found in the operative setting a dubious wifi adapter, I rolled it back to the previous version, I can now see some possible wifi options, but still if I now add cable icant get all internet.

I totally want to reset the settings to factory, but unable to do?

You said this system Win 8 lance on this laptop.
As far as I know this laptop Satellite L750D-14R was pre-installed with Win 7 64 bit OS.
This means that the HARD drive recovery process does not work because the contents of the HARD drive and partitions have been changed!

To retrieve the computer laptop back to factory settings, you should the Toshiba Recovery disk/medium. If you have not created this disk then you can order it here:
    http://backupmedia.Toshiba.EU/

In any case, I guess that the connection to the LAN does not work due to driver LAN problem.
I recommend you to uninstall the network driver (in Device Manager) and download the latest driver LAN available from the Toshiba UE driver page.

After installation of the driver LAN restart the laptop.

You can order a replacement set of the recovery media in the HP partner on the link below (I assumed the model No., you live in the United Kingdom).  These drives/flash player will automatically read the windows product key embedded in the bios.

  • Yoga 11 s - back to factory settings

    Hello

This is my first post and I hope that you can help us?

I need to get the recovery CD for my yoga 11s to put it back to factory settings?

    How can I achieve this?

    Please can someone help?

    Thank you

You don't mention that you have created a recovery machine USB flash disk before the original failure to SSD, so I would say that you should contact the technical support number in my post above. They should be able to explain what options you need to recover your factory licensed operating system / configuration of the machine.

    Kind regards.
