  Battery working time depends on the use of the laptop computer if the CD/DVD and HARD disk then runs the battery icon will automatically show a short time working.

  Hey there! So the problem with the sudden closing of my laptop has bothered me for the last 6 months. I did not understand why it happened. But now, I think I can.

  I have Satellite A300-1LI and I installed clean Win7 32-bit using the Microsoft installation disc and all devices are working properly including the keyboard and the touchpad.

  Have you installed Win7 upgrade or clean the Win7 version?
  Have you used Microsoft installation CD?
  In General, keyboard and touchpad must work without any additional driver.
