• Satellite Pro M70: Cannot get TV OUT work

  I have connected my laptop to my TV via TV-out and a cable to S-video 4 pin. I turned on the TV as output in the advanced settings of my graphics card. I chose the TV via the Fn + F5 keys and I get nothing on my television.

  Can anyone suggest what I might have left out to make it work?

  The S-video cable is new and connect it to the TV is made by a Joytech AV Control Center 2.
  The Joytech unit is operational and the video cable seems OK as the Fn + F5 key indicates that a TV is available - this disappears as an option if I unplug the video cable from the unit of Joytech.

  I presume that the TV is turned to your Joytech AV device? I presume that it gives a kind of signal that you check that the TV can detect it in fact. I once spent a happy few hours trying to use my TV in this way only to find it was switched to composites entries not S-video a. ;-)

  Recently, I formatted the hard drive and installed Vista Home premium new because it was slow. Before formatting, I had turned off the touchpad to use because I found it very uncomfortable to use. So, instead, I used an optical mouse. Once I installed Vista the touchpad did not work and the fn did not meet the F1, F2 - F9... The strange thing is when I press the Fn key, the light comes on and shows his work and when I press Fn + F10, the NumLock Gets and when I press Fn + F11 it goes to normal qwerty keyboard.

  I have downloaded all the drivers for the laptop, including the official Web page of TOSHIBA touchpad driver and tried all the tricks known in the book, but always truggling to get this function of the keyboard work? Your help is very appreciated.

  I doubt that you have downloaded from the Toshiba site, otherwise your FN keys work correctly! ;)

  In any case, for the FN keys, you need to install Toshiba Value added Package. With this package it is also possible to enable/disable the touchpad. It brings all the FN keys to work.

  Ive just bought the PRO P300-19 q and as many other people cannot get wifi to register even less to connect to any network. I will say that I am under XP Pro. I've updated all the drivers and everything is enabled.

  I just bought a toshiba satellite a300-1mc and cannot get the bluetooth to work on it. ???

  Happy new year to you all. I have a problem with the adapter wireless following a downgrade from Vista to XP Pro home. Device Manager indicates that a network adapter, which is the LAN and it does not work properly.

  I have two points with one exception - Ethernet controller and Modem on Bus High Definition Audio device.

  I find all the major engines of the Toshiba Australia but he lists three (I think) site possible WLAN - Atheros, RealTek, and one of the other manufacturers.

  I tried all three without success but am willing to acknowledge that I can have a mistake, perhaps by installing all three drivers at the same time for example.

  Try to install a hardware diagnostic tool to know what sound chip and the graphics card supports this laptop.

  Hi, I have a Qosmio F10 but can't seem to use the bluetooth devices. When I went in the bluetooth devices Manager and tried to add a new device, said bluetooth was off and then I went in an another bluetooth application and who says it could not load the bluetooth startup file (although when I checked, it was on the computer).

  Stupidly, I then installed something called Bluetooth Monitor 2 but this actually took away all bluetooth files and I could not find the bluetooth manager plus. I uninstalled this Bluetooth Monitor 2 but still can't find the old files.

  I was wondering if someone could help? I realize it's a guy very newbie Q but I hardly ever use my laptop and can get the bluetooth works fine on my desktop.

  I do not know what F10 you have exactly, but as far as I know that some of them are without Bluetooth. Each unit with BT has a Bluetooth key in the lower corner.

  L40/L45 are equipped with a SATA HDD controller and you don't need RAID driver but driver SATA!

  I tried all the vista / win 7 drivers from the NVIDIA site, but they all create graphic errors... .This is a real pain because the 32-bit drivers from Toshiba are working and the NVIDIA 8700 GT video card is ok.
