I bought a Satellite L50-B-1F6 (Corei7, 4 GB of RAM, 1 TB, IPS FullHD screen).
The first scratches on the screen near the time of the taskbar.

As the subject says, I have white approximately 12 to 20 pixels wide on the right side of the screen up and down the Strip.
I have a Tecra M1. I have a feeling that maybe some connections can loosen, but not knowing what I would find, I can't open it. It's a former demonstration model of the company my mom works, so I'm not sure of the status of the guarantee. Thanks for your reply. It turned out that I had a (generic) Trojan horse that caused one of my mentioned troubles. I was able to get rid of it with an anti-malware program. But thanks for showing me how to make a screen that I could often needed shot. Now, I know! Have a great Sunday.
