  Toshiba Recovery disk creator tool usually needs the HARD drive partition to create the recovery disk. But I doubt it will be functions if you've already deleted this partition.

  I have a Satellite Pro A300 PSAGDA 2000R

  It had Windows Vista installed when I got it, but after a while, had to reformat, so I did, (I want to reformat my computer every 6-12 months on average), it came only with XP disks even if he got a serial number for Vista on the underside of the laptop so I installed XP.   I have European A300 and I believe that the principle on the rest of the same models.
  A300 was offered with Vista preinstalled but without recovery disc Vista. Image that contains the operating system, drivers, tools and utilities for recovery has been saved on the HARD drive and with book factory owner was able to begin the installation of HARD drive recovery.   I know that I can recover from the hidden partition, but where this is not possible, I wish I could get CD or DVD.

  If you cannot use created recovery disc either s order Toshiba Vista recovery disk or (perhaps the best solution) install the clean version of Win7. A300 is fully supported for Win7 and you can download all the necessary drivers and tools specific to Toshiba and utilities.

  The European driver Toshiba page contains only the BIOS Win-based that can be updated when the windows operating system. The traditional BIOS is not available for download.
