I know that mandatory flag in OT. It's ok.

    The HP scanning application is not compatible with Sierra, so you may experience problems.
    Remove the HP scanning by moving it to the trash, then empty the trash.

    Instead install HP Easy Scan below, it will be installed in the Applications folder:

    If you experience additional problems, ensure that the latest version of the software is installed by following HP Easy Start below:

    If the problem no longer appears on your Windows 7 machine, but it still exists on the Windows XP computer, clear cache in Firefox on the Windows XP-based computer, and then try again. See How to clear Firefox cache.

    If the problem persists you might close Firefox and then rename the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox profile folder XmimeTypes.rdf
    This will generate a new mimeTypes.rdf when you reopen Firefox and that reset all Firefox download actions. Make sure that you rename the mimeTypes.rdf in the Firefox profile folder and not in the Firefox program folder.     Just finished the upgarde 10.12 Sierra OS on my mac. When you use the software to SCAN HP with my Officejet Pro8600 more I can no longer save the scanned document. Scanning works fine, I can click on save in the file menu, but in the record window after entering a file name, I can't click on save button. Its a dull grey color.

    HP Scan is incomaptible with Sierra.

    Go to the Applications folder move the HP Scan application to the trash and empty the trash.

    I have an ongoing problem with the button 'save' in Dreamweaver CS6 (new v12.0 build 5861) are still grayed out after a file has been modified.     I use 6 Captivate.  I want to change the audio on a couple of slides at once.  My approach has been to select the first slide, I want to change and then press CTRL + click on the second slide.  Then I go to the top of the screen and click on Audio > slide.  The edit box appears and I can edit, but I can't save.  I can't click anything else in the program selection until I record, so I have to stop the whole program, which makes me lose the work.  Is there a better process for editing a few slides at once?  Why did the "Save" button missing?

    For Captivate 6 64 bit - go to the C drive > Program Files > Adobe > Adobe Captivate 6 x 64 > utils > run the CleanPreferencesWin.bat file by double-clicking it.
