  Hello, I installed my old version of Adobe Acrobat7 on my new computer (Windows7) and tried to register, but telephone recording is not supported and more for this product and online registration is not provided, either. • HELP HELP: Saving Adobe Reader installed in Nov-2014

  
  I have a guy from the computer that has installed the versin free Adobe Reader (10.1.13) last November 2014.  I did have the opportunity to use this software a lot, but 2 days ago, I needed to.  I finished a MS Publisher document and needed a PDF version.  I hit print, selected PDF in the print dialog box and click on go.  Adobe Reader loaded and made the PDF unless he had a large diagonal watermark across the document saying "Not REGISTERED".

  Clearly my computer guy didn't create an Adobe account and save the use of the software.  During the last 24 hours, I've been trying to register this product and does not.  I've set up an Adobe account, but there is no where I can see to get the registration number of the installed product.  I tried to install Adobe XI but I use Vista on a 32-bit PC and as far as I can check XI will not install on Vista.  I tried to re - install Reader X but just, he stops and tells me that the software is already installed.

  How can I register my Adobe Reader X, which was installed in November last year and so remove the watermark of the "UNREGISTERED" diagonal of grand than apperas in the whole of my PDF files?

  I tried to save a poster that I do for centuries in Illustrator to PDF on my PC. I have my preferences on the Illustrator as a CMYK plate and the appearance of Black's 'Rich Black' and it looks like on illustrator but the minute I save it to PDF and open it, the black appears gray. At this point, I'm desperate because my deadline is tomorrow. I don't know why this does not work, because I have not had this problem before with Adobe. It is a particular problem because my border black (appearing gray) is in conflict with the rich black of a jpeg image that I want to merge with the border. I do not understand the question, after trying several different parameters.

  If it is a subscription please activate the software by typing in you saved Adobe credentials and if it's a perpetual license you must type the serial number to license it.

  I just transferred all my files to a MacBook Pro. When I try to open a PDF file in Acrobat XI, I get a prompt to buy or try Acrobat DC. When I close the box, I get an another command prompt. Acrobat XI files are on my computer. They are also on my other computer, but I don't use Acrobat on 1 computer at a time, which I understand is allowed. According to sales, Acrobat XI should work on my new computer and suggested that asking for help on the form.

  If you build the website on your macbook at home:

  1. If you have not yet done so, create a folder on your computer "Mywebsite" (or another name).
  2. Copy to this folder the .muse file you saved Adobe Muse.
  3. Also in this folder, copy all images that you referenced when you developed your web site. (note: Dmuse ear development team: would be great to have a 'package' of Muse, similar to InDesign function that collects all the assets in a single folder ;-)) )

  Once you have all the required files in a spot, you can:

  • Copy the USB folder as a way to transfer on your work computer, OR
  • Copy the folder to your folder of creative cloud on your laptop at home, and then once the folder is synchronized (green check mark):
    1. Right click on the file in the folder of creative cloud and choose CC > collaborate. Enter the e-mail address associated with your job ID Adobe and send invitation
    2. The next time you connect to your work computer, open the desktop application Cloud creative (menu bar on Mac), or the taskbar on the victory. The upper part of the application displays a marker with "Requests", click on "applications" and you will be able to see all applications for collaboration and can then click on "accept". This will start a synchronization with the file that you placed in the folder of creative cloud at home and download all the files, so you can continue working on it.

• Control Activex Adobe could not be saved

  The problem is with Internet Explorer 8 and Adobe Flash Player 10.1 recent updated.  Recently received popup from Adobe to upgrade to Flash Player.  Since the Flash Player won't install and I get a message that Activex control could not be saved.  Uninstalling Flash Player from Adobe "cleaner", but nothing does not allow installation.  Even tried to remove and install an older version of Flash Player.  Internet Explorer displays most all websites with Flash Video, while Google Chrome and Firefox work fine.  Adobe is aware of the problems with 10.1 and have posted several fixes.  One who takes care of my problem does not work, and they say it has to do with permissions.  They have a mammoth of the registry edit they say will fix, and I refuse to do that my registry of tampering.  With this problem, IE8 is totally dead as my default browser.  Thank you for your help.

  While each of you, the volunteers were gloating about the popularity of your son and serving as shills for the blood sucking Web anti-malware sites, I found the solution for all those who cannot get the Explorer 8 to run Flash Player 10.1 when Chrome and Firefox will be.  Mine and any software like Frontpage all work fine now.  So there!
