  I'm trying to access my account hotmail (not that I use to ask this question). Until recently, I was able to connect without a problem. Now, when I try to connect, I get a message saying that I entered the wrong password.

  I then try to reset my password. I gives me 3 options: -.

  Send me a link to reset - with this option, the displayed e-mail address is similar to my other address, but not the right. Whatever it is, I don't get a link for reset.

  Use my trusted PC - I have tried this on 2 computers I use most often. Neither work

  Customer service - I've tried this 3 days ago. I entered all the information I have, but have not heard anything yet return.

  I don't know what are my options here. I would be glad of any help.

  Hello, I got an email from BusinessCatalyst saying that I need to change my password by e-mail before October 31. He said that all passwords will be reset on 31 October.  Is this other thing than the update of Email accounts I have to do by March 31, 2016?   There are several types of types of files PDF ExportPDF impossible to convert into Word, and those who are protected by password are a (see Adobe ExportPDF FAQ).

  You should never reply to a message to call a specific number or install the cleaning/repair software.
  That will probably get you in trouble (not sure where you are) and Mozilla will never use this method.

• Try to reset the password but it says that my ID Windows Live ID is incorrect. I'm sure that's not!

  You can enter the wrong email address. I tested 2 fake emails in the password reset page and received the green check mark telling me that the password reset emails have been sent. It is not a real confirmation that your e-mail address is used by Firefox accounts.

  This is done this way so that hackers and spammers can not cheat the system by typing many kinds of emails at random and wait to see if they get a confirmation 'this e-mail address is. So for security reasons, all the entered addresses electronic are treated as real even if there is no account that corresponds to this e-mail.

  Please try some of your other email addresses here and see if you receive a password reset email in these accounts.
