scanning from photosmart d110 for ipad

When I try to scan a document to my ipad by webscan he tells me to "right click on the image to save it. You can't right click with an ipad. What should I do to save the image on my ipad so I can send it in an email?

Duuuh, I thought about it. Touch and hold the scan of a minute and a pop-up box wil that lets you record.

  • Problems with HP photosmart d110 for computer laptop windows 7 64 bit

I had problems to install my HP printer on my HP Pavilion dv6 PC laptop d110. He worked previously but stop and I was forced to try to reinstall the drivers, but it still fails to connect in the end I tried different drivers and even online and on the CD, but still not. It seems to be a problem of troubleshooting when I go to the devices, but the problem is with my computer itself. I's went further in the resolution of problems and found 3 triangle'd photosmart d110 series in the Hardware tab of the properties of my computer. I am running windows 7 64 bit and have service pack 1 installed. I am quite perplexed because my friend has no problem to set up his laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

If the programs & features still show a list of HP printer software, it seems the uninstall failed.

There is a utility on the HP site to completely remove the HP printer software/drivers

There is also an option to help/support on their site

  • Scanning from 2540 Deskjet for Windows 'paint '. Why this simple operation became difficult

I'm a grumpy old angry try hard to follow. Mice live in fields or houses, driver driving cars or tractors on the fields where the mice live? I do not understand the language you are using My URL sounds like the specimen that I give to the doctor. My IP of sounds as a result of its tests.

I used to have a deskjet I think it was a 31840. I might scan something and he asked me where I wanted to scan go.

This new 2540 thing don't ask, and I can't seem to understand I want the scan go to Windows 'paint '. I've never had this problem before it was so easy. If they employ someone to do simple tasks more difficult so that they can create a more stupid formulation? If it is not broken by the love of God don't fix.

    Hi Igivein,

    Welcome to the HP forums!

I must say, I certainly agree with you! The language that has been developed to refer to the technology has become a bit much, so I certainly understand where you are coming, and I'll try to keep my instructions in a straight line forward as I can

The scan for the Deskjet 2540 software has the ability to analysis of a file, then open it in paint for you, but you can open any file of photo that sweep you the paint. If you were to scan an image as a JPEG (an image file) and save it, you can then open Paint, go to open and then open the image that you scanned only, to modify it or do whatever you want with it.

You can also use the Paint program to scan the image into the computer. If you open Paint, click on file (or the small Menu button, depending on the version you have - I've included a screen shot below that my description of this button leaves something to be desired ) then from scanner or camera and follow along to use Paint to scan the photo instead of the HP software.

I hope this helps, please let me know how things are going for you!

Are it is expected to have a full version of first on iPad Pro, or at least a version will still allow you to see the source and windows at the same time and support multi edition project?

  • Best way to export from Indesign CS5 for Ipad presentation

Hello, I want to create a portfolio of our work to put on an Ipad, so I can show it to my clients. Would be nice if I could slip through the different screens by scrolling with my finger. Now that I read a few articles about it, but still I can't find out what is the best way... Interactive PDF is not supported on Ipad (?) so I should create an e-book, but which is the best way? Or is it better to simply add a few images in my photofolder and simply scroll through them?

Thank you very much for your answers!

There you go. You already have the opportunity to browse the images and run them in a slide show. There is no need to complicate things with PDF/ebook.

    Hello
The two-Sided feature reffer automatic two sided printing.
As the specific device provide printing manual duplex only, you can perform duplexing manual as follows:

In general, in order to perform manual duplexing, Joanie you use the Pages to the printer setting, as you can find below:
    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c01663233

You can also use the HP two-sided printing software to get a more visual experience for double-sided printing:

  • How to scan from the iPad with new ePrint software?

After having upgraded the software of the iPad to the HP Photosmart D110, I see more iPad detection option. Is there another way to scan from the iPad? I was hoping maybe you could scan from the printer directly to the cloud, but so far, it is not possible.

Try to download the HP Printer Control on the App Store app. It should support your printer and there's always the sweep feature.

  • HP photosmart D110: document where scanned

I scanned a document of D110 on my Mac, but can't find where it is, can you help?

    Hey @park3,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand that you are looking for a document you have scanned from your D110a Photosmart e-all-in-one printer to your Mac OSX 10.11 computer. I can help you with that.

By default, the scans are saved in your Documents folder or one of its subfolders. If you can't find the document in the Documents, you will need to rescan the document.

Please let me know if that solves your problems. If so, please click on accept solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. The two icons are below this post.

  • HP Photosmart D110 scan option

The printer will print, but it does not scan.  Unplugging the cord from the wall outlet; and printer reconnected; restarted computer and continue to receive this message when I try to open the scanner, "unable to log on to the device" any suggestions to solve this problem are appreciated.

    Hi @Anapp,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I see that you are not able to scan with your HP Photosmart D110 printer. I'm happy to help you in your analysis!

To verify that the hardware of the printer works, you can make a copy?

Also, just a question for you: what operating system do you use? Windows or Mac? What version? If you do not know the operating system you are using, please visit this site. Whatsmyos.

In the meantime, please consult this guide to scanning, a "an error occurred communicating with the scanning device ' or a"He has no connection to the computer"message when scanning for HP printers."

Hope this guide helps and hope to hear from you soon!

  • HP Photosmart D110 flickering light when scanning

Hello world. When I have something to scan with my HP Photosmart D110, the lamp flashes. I mean, it's, the lamp is lit at the start, as it scans it turns off, then back on and even flicker. The printer will then print a page with nothing on it. I would like to know what to do. It seems that there is a short circuit somewhere in the printer, or the bulb is burn. I tried to Google on this topic and found nothing.

Unfortunately there is no real way to solve this problem once it starts to happen. You can try to do a hard reset on the off chance that it is a bug in the firmware, but it would be a long shot. This printer needs replaced for scanning and copying. If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it and she is treated, it will give you the printers warranty information, a file number and the phone number to call.

    To do a hard reset:
    1. make sure that the printer is turned on.
    2. pull on the power cord from the printer.
    3. pull out the power cord from the wall.
    4. wait for 30 seconds.
    5. plug in the printer and turn it on.
