• Color scheme changing based whenever I plug in the power cable

  Hi, recently I have a very annoying problem.

  Whenever I plug or on the power cable the entire screen "blinks" a few times, shows a ToolTip really fast (I caught with a print screen and it says: "the color scheme was changed to Windows 7 Basic.) A running program is not compatible with certain Visual elements of Windows. Click here for more information. ("I can't click as it closes quickly) and then the screen is back to normal.

  Well, it's kind of normal. Open windows are becoming fully optimized not and if I'm on youtube then the video becomes really small, but if I reduce the window and open it again then it's good.

  It wasn't really a problem for me until yesterday when it happens again and became a black chrome, which has been opened until I plugged in the cable, and it took a few minutes before it returned to normal (unless I closed and opened again).

  I tried already in the system-> performance options properties to select the 'Adjust to improve the appearance"and it did not work.

  Unfortunately, I see no option here to post a screenshot of that.

  In any case, I have HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC with Windows 7 Home Premium.

  I have enough disk space in my computer and the programs that are open, when I do this are usually office (word or excel for most) and chrome.

  What can I do to fix this annoying problem?

  Try these:

  1 make sure that your graphics driver is up to date. Check the HP website for the latest drivers.

  2. make sure that the power plan that you use is not set to Power Saver. To check, go to Control Panel > system and security > Power Options.

  3. make sure that your computer has enough memory when you unplug the power cable. To check, do a right-click the taskbar, click Task Manager, and under the performance tab, verify the amount of memory is used. If it is more than 70%, you are running low on memory. Try closing some programs and then see if the problem persists.

  4. run the Aero troubleshooter. See this link for instructions: Open the Aero Troubleshooter.

• How to find the last schema change hour?

  DML changes is not something Oracle titles unless explicitly, you're doing something like enable auditing.

  There should be that all the tables in the full schema of analysis, but you could do

  select max(ora_rowscn )
    from schema_name.table_name
  

  and choose the largest value. Assuming that you care cuts, that would give you the SCN for the last INSERT or UPDATE on a table in the schema. If the last such change was relatively recent, you can convert it into a timestamp by calling SCN_TO_TIMESTAMP. But this mapping is only kept for a few days. If "long" means more than a week, and then you try to extrapolate a SNA in time which is likely to be very error-prone.

  I do the same thing on my Mac.

• My color scheme changes in black and white, but preferences continue to it's normal color.

  On computer start everything seems fine and in color until the login screen. Often there's color for a few moments, but before I'm even able to enter my password of connection the regime change in black and white and stays that way. Sometimes in re-opening a session, it goes through the same process, but the computer remains very rarely in color.

  Nothing specific seems to have changed this problem started by chance and it worsened slowly more often remain black and white.

  I suggest that you go to your computer manufactuers website and download the latest drivers for your video card.

  If nothing works, try to uninstall and reinstall the graphics card.

  3. click on the "Driver" tab, click "Uninstall".
  4. click on start. In the start search box type "appwiz.cpl", and then press ENTER.
  5 remove the related entries the display device.

  Reinstall the driver with your driver CD.

  Alternatively, you can try to uninstall the driver from Device Manager, then go to the computer or the device factory site download the latest driver for your network card and install it.

  You have granted the ACL to the RMSR of your database schema, so it is necessary for the APEX_050000 scheme when you use the APEX_MAIL package.

• Color scheme is white, will not change to Vista Basic plan.

  I recently downloaded an update for windows and restart my color scheme changed to white and I can't change it back to the vista basic color palette.  The complete layout is too similar to classic windows.  Help, please?

• Strategy to make changes to Application user on recommended production schema

  What is the high availability strategy recommended when editing a schema of database application on a production using Data Guard Server? I have the following interpretation of how this would work and I don't know if a) it is correct and/or b) this is the best strategy?

  1. transition to standby mode - semi manual Data Guard; the spplication is configured to use now the day before.

  2. apply schema changes on the Production Server database (e.g., update of pl/sql procedures, tables the application, etc.) and the event

  3 reload the data from the day before when it was used as the master (or also set the database to the standby read-only during this period to prevent any DDL transaction)

  4. stop the day before

  5. apply the schema on Standby changes

  6 resume operations of Data Guard

  Once you do a failover to the standby becomes the principal.  If all changes made after a transition to primary school (previously the day before) will be replicated to the standby (which was previously the main).

  I hope that makes sense?

  In this case a better way to test so to activate the sleep mode, test your changes against the day before, then restore the previous day in a dataguard configuration using flashback.  You can use this method on 10 g or 11 g databases.

  Or maybe a simpler method would be to use a snapshot standby (as long as you do not use maximum protection).  It is a feature of only 11g.  You can convert your watch to a watch of the snapshot.  Apply and test all the changes and then return it to a physical standby.

  With active dataguard database pending would still be read-only if you are not able to apply changes to the current database.  You'll also need an additional license for dataguard active.

  Usually all changes must be tested in an environment of 'proper' and not test the day before.  Once again in general, the only time standby is enabled or converted on the eve of the snapshot is in a trial of DR.

  I use ODI 11.1.1.7.0 and transfer data to an Oracle database. So far, everything is OK, but...

  I want to reuse my current interfaces for import into different schemas in the same database.

  At the moment all the table data were imported into a single scheme under topology/Physical Architecture / Oracle / Data Server / physical schema I chose the pattern and check the "default."

  If I import now to other patterns (300 different ones), how should I configure the physical schema values for:

  Schema (schema)

  Scheme (scheme of work)

  Default checkbox? (I assume must be deselected)

  On a quick test, I left schema & schema of blank and disabled by default check box. Two interfaces work (one per table), but the third failed (my guess is the way in which the model was reverse engineering has to do with it, but don't know how to fight against it) I know how to debone a model, but if I use a pattern to do the other schemes do not work because ODI will give me a table not found. How do I work around this problem. Here is an example of the error I get after removing the default schema of the physical schema definition.

  ODI-1226: step CON_TY fails after 1 attempt.

  ODI-1240: Flow CON_TY fails during an operation of integration. This flow of charge table target CON_TY.

  ODI-1228: task failed CON_TY (integration) on the ORACLE connection signal target.

  Here's how, to work around the problem of schema change the mask object Local of the physical schema on the server target %SCHEMA.%O OBJECT to % OBJECT in this way the schema is not part of the SQL at all.

  DDL options to replicate scott schema changes to the schema configured scott1

  DDL statements work correctly. such as create, edit, rename.

  Same DML statement with sequence also works very well.

  But the sequence next value is not updated in the schema scott scott1. (No errors in the log files)

  I ran sequence.sql on the two schemas from database (for Golden Gate scheme).

  Please help me to solve the above problem
