  Don't forget to check all of your connections, power cord, power adapter, and maybe try another outlet and a direct connection to wall.  If there is no change then the following test: desktop HP - computer starts not (Windows 10.8)

• Apple Watch scratched screen

  I got my Apple Watch since Christmas and I love it.  Recently, I noticed a scratch on the screen.  Not sure how it happened.  It does not interfere with something else and shows only when light hits a certain way, but it's boring.  I kept thinking this is a task, but when it doesn't come off, I saw that it was a scratch.  I have a first generation 38mm sports watch rose gold.  Is there a way to replace the screen?

  Recently, I replaced my iPhone with the iPhone 5 SE. I have my baby equipment, but on my 5 I've ever had a screen protector and never had any scratches. Not at all. I pre-ordered the SE, and it was to be alone in my jacket pocket (same place I kept my 5S for two years) or the face up on my desk. At this point, there are several scratches on the screen of my SE, and I don't know how it happened, that this phone has only been subjected to light use. Is it because of haste in production, or a cost-saving measure? Also, if I bring it in as AppleCare, it will be replaced and not with a refurb, but a new phone? This screen problem was addressed, or even recognized by Apple? To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I spent money on a superior product which, from this point of view is worse than that I replaced. I'm afraid to use the phone now, because I'm worried it will just worsen over time.

  Only Apple could answer your original questions, but I doubt it has anything to do with rush or savings. However, speculation about how and why Apple does things are banned on the forum.

  With respect to the replacement, they generally do not replace phones for aesthetic problems as long as the unit still works normally. However, you have the opportunity to make an appointment at the Genius Bar and have Apple look at the device and an opinion. Don't be surprised if they do not replace it. And if the device is replaced, Apple can replace with refurb or news, depending on the stock. They replace not again due to a customer request.

  This has been acknowledged? I didn't know anything saying that he had a problem with the iPhone screen SE.

  I read your messages carefully and I'm really a bit confused. As far as I know all the tools pre-installed on each unit of Toshiba are tested. Sleep mode and standby extended too and I can't really understand what is happening in your case.

  The problem may be caused by the use of some third-party software of the part. In my opinion, do not do some experiments with non-Toshiba (driver chipset or display) software, because the software is adapted to the architecture of the unit and equipment.

• Bike Z Force scratched screens

  Picked up 2 bike Z Force for my wife and me and after a few weeks, the two have scratches on the screen. I have always used Motorola phones and never with any type of screen protection without scratches.

  The "unbreakable" on the Z force screen made a top layer of plastic that is replaceable. It won't break if you drop, but it can be removed - which is shattershield.

  The Holy Grail is unbreakable and intachable - but it has not been found.

• Satellite A100 - screen power button stays black!

  Hi all

  I have a Satellite A100 (PSAANA-04E005) than just doesn t power up. The power button lights up, but the screen remains black, and you can hear things from fan.

  I tried to remove the battery and running only one AC, tried the recovery disk and everything I could find on troubleshooting, but it s just not work.
  More disappointing is I JUST realized out of warranty - timing is far from perfect...

  Can someone please help with some info so I can get my system back up and running?
  Not too concerned about what was on the hard drive - just that it works again!

  Any help would be greatly appreciated...

  I put t know if this will help, but in my case it worked in the past.
  -Remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter
  -wait for about 30-40 min, also try a longer period
  -then reconnect the two parts to the laptop and try to turn on the machine

  If it helps then you are already lucky, if not well: (.) You will need to contact the ASP guy in your country for assistance

  I have a HP 2009 Mr. Windows Vista 64-bit. 4 years.

  I can turn my computer on fine, check e-mail, watch videos, etc. but then the screen will be black. The blue button lights. If I turn off and on. It will work for like 5-10 min or more, then it will be a black screen.  If I watch a video when it goes to a black screen, I can still hear play.  I hear a slight hum coming from the screen that I never heard before that happened.  Is it my desktop computer or do I need a new monitor?

  The fastest way to isolate the problem to the screen would be, if possible, be: try the monitor on another PC or another monitor to the computer.

  Check your graphics card and the power of the connections on the PC and the monitor also.

  Your graphics card may also cause this problem.

• flashing screen, power button fails (error of hard disk startup, seen many posts have this)

  I thought it would be the best forum page to post, but in any case I had trouble with these two things. The first is this random/flicker flashing, screen tapping the top of the screen could delay, but this is very random and makes sometimes standby extended or even restart more rare. I don't think overheatiing is because it looks cool enough. Very random though sometimes it happens not every day or a few days.

  The power button is very recent, it turns that if I do something such as unplug it or open/close the screen as I've seen, really don't know where these two could come, but this laptop is second-hand on ebay with a new OS installed.

  The HARD drive error is common so I saw, so I can deal with it. The usual startup error, a reboot solves this problem and it starts to load normally, have not seen all the patches, in addition to a clean wipe I don't want nessiserally to do.

  A few things you might want to know:

  OS: Windows 7 Edition home premium

  Quad core i5

  graphics card intel integrated (use an ATI mobility Radeon HD 5650)

  Just ask if something else should be, thank you.

  I suggest to retrieve what you saved on your laptop and replace the HARD drive, you now have. It seems that the HARD drive, you may be out of any day. Make sure the replacement HARD drive is not too big.

  Try a reset of the power.

  Unplug the adapter (power cord) turned off the phone, if you have connected.
  On the underside of the laptop, you will see a hole small reset with a battery symbol.

  Please insert a thin object like a paper clip into this hole and hold for 5 seconds.

  Then plug the adapter.

  Turn on checking of the laptop in question.

  I'm a student in computer engineering at the University of Waterloo 1A, and I run a very serious problem with my HP Envy 15 "TouchSmart laptop computer running Windows 8.1. It is a problem that just started today, and I'd rather have a first support here before going to see the technical support Office sometimes tomorrow. It has to do with the screen and the fans where the Power LED lights in white, just as when the laptop works properly.

  (I have warranty on the laptop when it was purchased last June, except that if I find that I need to get a replacement, I'll lose all my work, I did on that since I started my semester.) It's so silly of me not to have all my work saved on a backup, because I have an external hard drive. Problem is, I've had too many problems in getting myself organized, I'm not being open-minded as I should, and worse, I'm not a balance between life and work at home.)

  Before I had my MATH 117 conference (Calculus 1 Engineering), I was in a nearby lab where my laptop was open and turned, works correctly. I've had NetBeans IDE running since I wanted to work on the second part of my current assignment of CS 137 (principles of programming). Because it was almost time for my presentation, I closed the laptop by simply moving the screen down on the keyboard, where it goes into mode 'sleep'. (Whenever I flip to the top of the screen, the laptop is supposed to return, and the sliding screen of Windows 8.1 connection will appear.)

  When I took my seat for reading, I wanted to spend a little time to work on my programming assignment. However, after the reversal of the screen to the top, instead of having the login screen appears, I encountered the problem: the power supply light is showing a white light, but I don't hear the fans between the ventilation openings on the left side of the laptop and the screen does not light. I tried to take the power for several seconds and once button at least 10 seconds, except that the power light continues to display on a white light. • FN + F3 no longer shows screen Power

  I had a problem with the dial-up connections and had to reinstall.  He's back, but all of my plugins disappeared.

  However, the biggest problem is that Fn + F3 does nothing.  How to make up the power screen when I logged on and empty the screen if plugged and that nobody logged in?

  I reinstalled the power monitor and it fixed the problem.
