Scratchy Audio only when you use Windows media player
For more than a month now, when I use Windows Media Player 11 to play any audio file, the music sounds saturated and rough. The volume is louder than normal. It is on a 5 year old XP PC, and I haven't added new software or hardware lately. I can play the same files on the same PC with other readers multimedia (VLC Media Player or Quicktime) and I don't have this problem, and it's okay if I use headphones or speakers. I tried to uninstall WMP11, but WMP10 has the same problem, and when her reinstalled WMP11 still sounds bad. I have also reinstalled the codecs windows audio. Any ideas?
Check the audio improvements and put them all turned off:
Begin playing a file and then click the arrow below the now playing tab, point to enhancements, click show improvements and then go through each of the options.
You can also check and disable plug-ins:

I keep getting out of memory errors when you use Windows Media Player.
original title: of memory error
Hi, I have a Windows 7 PC brand new with 12 GB of RAM, but I get low on errors of memory, especially when you use Windows Media Player. I tried:
-Execution of the antivirus scans
-Cleaning things out of the startup folder
-Increase in the size of paging file
I can't understand what the devil is the cause of this error - as I said, it's a new machine, and is not practically nothing on it yet.
Any help is appreciated.

Original title: WMP has encountered an error when burning. Check that the burner is connected properly and that the disc is clean and not damaged.
I'm getting the above error message. I tried at least 4 different drives and they are not the first discs I used this pack. also, I burned 30 + drives prior to receiving this message. When I click on the button "help", he says "you have encountered an error message when you use Windows Media Player. Additional information is not currently available for this error. »
Hello
Have you made changes on the computer before this problem?
I suggest you try these methods and check the status of the issue.
Method 1:
Keep the computer in a clean boot and check the status of the issue. If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem. Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service. After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Note: Please go up to step 7 of the Kb to maintain the computer to a normal startup after you fix the problem

any Suggestions?Relevant convenience stores are available to-control panel, troubleshooting services, see everything [on the left], settings of WMP. Unless you run a K, N or KN Windows version [see Panel, System], then there is no download WMP.
Regular updates of Windows include all updates for WMP [for example, the included updated Dec KB2847077 and that was a WMP update]. Ce KB is supposed to be a specific patch for WMP freezing, but some other recent messages indicate it fixed other issues while at least another post said that he created problems [problem WMP] and had to be uninstalled.

If you get completely fed up trying to fix WMP, then you can try these two steps [they are the closest thing possible to uninstall then reinstall WMP & will actually provide a new installation of WMP]
14.1 discharge WMP - Panel, programs and features, Windows features turn on [left] on or off, multimedia functions, clear box Windows Media Player, Yes, OK, restart the PC.
14.2 recharge WMP - control panel, programs and features, [left] turn features on or off, Windows multimedia functions, set the Player Windows Media box, Yes, OK, restart the PC.

Full screen is black when you use windows media player series Equium
Hello.
When I watch TV on the windows media player so I have the problem. If I go to full screen, it's all black screen but I can hear sounds.
Watch DVD is OK.I have my laptop for 4 months, but everything was ok.
This problem started 2 days ago maybe earlier. I think I did something but I don't know what and I can't fix it.I did restore the BONE, but it did not help.
Could you help me please?
Thank you
Hello
I know this problem, it s just a bug with media player and the graphics drivers (mainly the media player causes the error it s). Please, if you want to watch something on TV and then playback must be STOPPED BEFORE you from the screen. Once you have changed the screen, enable playback and it should work.
Otherwise, go on www.videolan.org website, download the latest version of VLC Player and do it with him, it should work for sure. I never start playback of a movie or something when the screen not changed front on television that the screen alone.
Welcome them

I tried mp4 videos with no no not all success.have tried quick time, VLC, divx with no luck.movie readers has been downloaded on the internet, no picture or sound
Hello
· Were you able to play videos mp4 on the system before with no problems?
· Where did you download videos (site)?
· You are able to play the other format of file on the system without any problems?
· You are able to play these video files on another computer?
· Have you installed the third-party codecs on the system?
I suggest to play another mp4 on the system and check if you're able to play the movie or not.
If you do not have to install codecs on the system, then I suggest you to install the codecs on the system and check if the problem is resolved. To learn more about codecs, see the article mentioned below.
I suggest you return the item mentioned below.
Thanks and regards.

When you use the media player, it is possible to take a song that's already torn in our library and announced another song or part of the same song at the end? kinda like a mix.
Windows Media Player is not a Publisher.
You can use Windows Movie Maker to split
and combine audio files, but it works better
If they are in the. WMA format. Also the free Audacity software may be worth a try:

When you use Windows Media Center on the Xbox 360 DVD have not given chapter.
After finally finding many questions I have my Xbox Media Extender and running upward and only this question left.
I'm ripping my DVD to single file .vob she seems to like and plays very well, but it is only with the file movie and nothing else in the record. How the XBOX sees it, the bed and he plays very well. However I have no control outside the break and if I restart it takes over the job.
Now if I rip my DVD with the .bup .ifo files in this folder the XBOX instantly he shoots in the list of the DVD and it will not play.
When I use Windows Media Center on my PC it preforms even when the film is in the folder. Then when I add bup and ifo data I can still play, but he has all data in the chapter that I need. Shows all the chapters, allows me to jump as I please.
How can I get my XBOX to behave like my PC? I have to remove these 4 files in/out of the folder to see pop in and out of my list of XBOX. How can I get the XBOX to validate data, so my movies actually have chapters and ignore the controls?
Thank you
Chris
Hello, wilsman00
As mentioned, by changing the VOB files, the data in the chapter are probably damaged. This can be confirmed by putting in a retail DVD in the drive and play directly from the DVD.

When you start Windows Media Player I get error: "Server execution failed".
Hello
When I try to start Windows Media Player by double-clicking an audio or video file, I get the error "Server execution failed" for this file. Can someone tell me what this means and what I can do about it?
Thank you
Christi
Hi Christi,
You may receive this error if you try to open a file media shortly after the closing of Windows Media Player (WMP). When you close WMP, the user interface is closed immediately, but WMP continues to be in a State of "shutting down" for a few seconds, and the process is still in activity during this period.
To avoid this problem it should be enough to wait a few seconds before Windows Media Player opens, 2 seconds at least.

Cannot burn Audio or data on Media Player get an ERROR!
Very well, I was burning cd I burned a couple and a third, I put the disc in and it showed that it is in their. I did my burn list and clicked on start to burn. He acted as if she was going to burn. It is on the first track for a minute or two then came red of lil DEPISTENT what ERROR which track this continues through all the tracks. I've ruined several discs. I tried to reduce the speed of combustion and that did not help at all. I also have problems with getting the DVD to read. Read some DVD movies and some will not. I did Diagnostics on the burner itself and it keeps coming back that it works correctly and everything goes well with the material itself. Please someone help me.
Hi Leynak,1. What is the exact error message you get?
2. don't you make changes before the show?
