  You can try to remove and replace the memory and see if it works.

  If this does not work, delete all except one module of memory (if the PC has more than one) and see if the PC works normally with the chip memory. If it beeps, remove and replace it with the memory you removed and keep doing that until you find the defective memory chip.

  Hi, every so often, I hear a notification tone on my phone and the red light blinks, I check my sms, mms, email and there is no new messages. The only way I can get the light constantly flashing is a battery pull.   Remove the battery and leave it out for about 2mins. Insert the battery and see if works. If this does not work, you can try the update of the new OS but this time with the battery. When the process gets to "Loading Applications" insert the battery and let it go through to the end.

  I hope that you have a previous backup, you won't be able to recover your data

  I couldn't find a place where I could tell the phone to remind me to audibly of missed calls, emails pending and waiting for text messages.  The red light blinks, but I was wondering if there was a way to make the beep of the machine so that I could be alerted waiting/lack points...?

  I have a Blackberry Curve 8530.  Several months earlier, during a daily use, the screen would go black all of a sudden.  A battery pull would solve this problem for a while.  Finally, it has become more common.  Symptoms have changed (it seems that if I put the phone down too quickly it would reset), the phone turn on, then immediately go to a white screen where everything was undetectable by my computer.  I contacted my service provider and they said the phone was toast and (surprisingly) gave me a free ready to use for the duration of my contract (all information transferred via an old backup, so nothing has been lost) after that my new phone work I left my curve is connected to my office.  Yesterday as I was leaving I watched again once the phone, and the screen was white and telling me to reload software 507.  I plugged my computer to start the process and to my surprise, the computer has detected all of a sudden the phone and successfully upgraded the software.  Everything was beautiful, I exceeded the password stage and he would just start to recharge my information when the screen faded empty again.  I always free loan phone, so it's not a big deal, but it's so annoying as to what could be the problem.  Now the computer can detect is more the phone again.

  Since yesterday evening, my phone vibrated randomly and flashed as if I had an e-mail / SMS, but when I go to to read anything there.   The coding strip only should be cleaned if there is a problem - it is very fragile and can be damaged, making the printer inoperable.  There is a post here that describes how do to clean the MICR band, but respect the warnings and don't do it unless necessary.  There is also a post here that shows how to solve one of the problems mishandling can cause.  Do not clean the Strip unless necessary.

  The coding is the band one located just behind the stem of transport semi-claire. It aims to help the print cartridge faithfully keep track of its position as it moves along the stem of transport. Sometimes dust, ink or oil can accumulate on this strip and cause the following problems:

  • Prints "stairs" to the bottom of the left margin of the self-test page.
  • The margins left or right of the self-test are not properly placed.
  • Ink cartridges carriage slams on the left side of the printer.
  • Automatic test double-print or obscured shows the letters.
  • Defects to flow the length of a printed page (portrait orientation), or on the whole page (landscape orientation).
  • Printing stops and the lights of the Control Panel on the printer indicate an error.
  • Gaps appear in the printed text or images.
  • Slow printing

  CAUTION:

  Do not clean the strip of coding for the following symptoms: media pick questions, paper jam tilt, ink cartridge, missing points or rejection white stripes with printing and smeared or streaked black ink.

  Well, if you haven't tried this and then create a coercive power reset:

  Do not activate the wide (although you can), remove the power cord at the back of the printer. Wait at least 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer. Turn on the printer. If that clears up the flashing light/white screen, then try printing etc...

  If this is not the case, see if something visible is originally the error state such as paper jam, odd items in the printer, nothing fancy. Also try to plug the printer directly into the wall outlet as opposed to a look/power surge Strip, or even try a Jack in another room if it is not successful.
