  The line you mentioned "this id already exits" appears on the screen when we try to create the new code. Better to try to connect with your ID and password rather than create a new one.

  My annual events to Outlook sync the storm through the Desktop Manager.

  However, an annual event (e.g. birthday) shows over 2 days.

  Example: Birthday of sam on Storm Watch:

  23 June:

  Sam's birthday, watch on 23 June wih alarm and repeat symbols

  Details of the opening shows: (open the occurance) "All day event" is checked

  Start June 23,

  End June 23,

  Duration 1 day.

  Time zone Eastern Time (even),

  Display as free time.

  Reminder 30 min

  24 June:

  shows all the details above with no change.

  Why does birthday again June 24 if the appointment ends on June 23?

  This behavior occurs consistently for all annual events.

  It appears that the problem was that the information of the 2 versions of the calendar stored on the BB. One of the calendar versions had the question as previously mentioned on gle all-day event is not from 12 hours.

  I had many problems to receive email on my BB 8330 since I bought it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Ive had books sent me several times, deleted on the BB (for Verizon), from battery. I think I did all that.

  My phone is brand new!, now I have to get a used just to see if the problem resolves.

  It was at the end of Verizon. They suggested having problems with a tower in my area.

• BlackBerry Smartphones auxiliary input... Help, please

  I just bought a blackberry tour and tried to connect it to the entry in my car with a cable to 3.5 mm, but for some reason, it doesn't seem to work and continues to play music on the speaker phone. Then I buy another cable from the 3.5 mm (different brand) and it works only when you move around. This could be a virus that uses your account to send spam, then I would run a virus scan, if it does not find everything what you can try to use the free version of Malwarebytes anti-malware, from www.malwarebytes.org

  Hi, can someone help me please? It seems to me losing all my bbm contacts, even though I've done quite a few backups before, even I did with Blackberry Protect. I am at a loss here.

  Well, Thx, I crossed the .bak files and found an old copy of backup who had contacts. I had to manually select the items to RESTORE well. I have verified that BBM related files. I resolved to the fact that it's the best I can do. My contacts I added said that I disappear from the list here, I guess they were not visible from my end. So I guess that the rest will be re-add me in due time.

  If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
  scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
  resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be harder to detect as
  the cause.
