  Diagnol lines appear, usually, if we don't have the measurement drivers installed on the computer.

  Just to make sure that it is not a problem of display driver, let's check device manager if there is a yellow question mark for display drivers.

  1. click Start and type Device Manager in the search start and press ENTER.

  2. see if there is a yellow question mark on the graphics cards. If it exists, right-click on the drive and click on Update driver software.

  3. If there is no yellow question mark, then right-click on the same driver and click Uninstall.

  4. you may be asked to remove the driver software of the computer. Press Yes to continue.

  5. once the driver is uninstalled, restart the computer. Windows will automatically try to download and install the display driver for you.

  You can also go to the computer manufacturer website and download/install the latest graphics cards and check if the diagnol lines reappear.

  Disable it in the Control Panel, here's how:
  a. Click Start, all programs, accessories, accessibility and accessibility.

  c. uncheck Turn on Magnifier and click Save.
