  I understand that shift key of your MacBook Pro does not respond as before. Fortunately the steps below can help to restore the functionality of the SHIFT key on your Mac.

  1. In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
  2. On the view menu, choose the speech.
  3. Click on the text to Speech tab.
  4. If "Text Speak selected when you press the button" is enabled, the key or combination of keys set to read the text cannot be used for other purposes, or used for typing text - click on set the key and replace it with a less commonly used key combination (try using the modifier such as SHIFT keys, command) Option and control). Or disable the option "Read the selected text when the key is pressed".
  5. Click the accessibility pane or universal access in system preferences, and then click the keyboard tab.

     2. Click on the tab Input Sources (or tab Menu entry under Mac OS X 10.5.8 or earlier version).
     3. Click on the keyboard and the characters 'On' box Viewer checkbox to select (click on the viewer of keyboard "On" checkbox under Mac OS X 10.5.8 or earlier).
     4. In the entry menu (flag), choose Show Keyboard Viewer.

  
  

• If the keyboard is connected and detected by OS X, the keys you type will highlight in the keyboard Viewer window. Open TextEdit (or any text application) and try to type something using the keys that failed before to see if they highlight in the keyboard Viewer.
• Start up from the Mac OS X installation disc, choose Terminal from the utilities menu and test buttons that did not previously.  If the keys work while started from the install disc, the keyboard works correctly.  How to solve a problem of software allows to isolate the software problem that may be causing the keys to not answer.

  I have a MacBook Pro with a German keyboard. I discovered that command + shift + D did not work in E-mail to me. In order to make this work I also had to change the language from English to German. I can reproduce the problem by switching to English. I tried also to English (United States), but it has the same problem.

  Is this a known problem or am I just wrong and it's another shortcut when using English as the main language?

  Replying to my own post - a possible workaround is to explicitly specify the order the mail application shortcut in system preferences.

  To me that sounds more like a keyboard failure, I can't imagine that it could be linked to the question of the windows operating system do you have tested an external USB keyboard.

  Please test this. In this case, you can check if it s really a software problem.
  If the USB keyboard works correctly, it means that your internal keyboard is malfunctioning.

  It's the same thing in my copy of Photoshop cc Mac and Win. For some reason strange SHIFT + F1 and SHIFT + F2 no longer works.

  Photoshop CC user guide provides shortcuts shift + 1 and shift + 2, but doesn't work on my Mac and PC versions.

  Until this is settled, preferences > Interface is the only way to change the interface.

  (1) create a backup of Office Automation in the desktop client

  (2) wipe the blackberry device

  (3) Re-install the account in the blackberry device

  (4) restore the backup of the office... but PreAttetion here! way in advance... one by one the various option in the list of control... because when I tried to do a restore complete (all at the same time) the problem were the same

  I don't know if there is a better alternative... but in this case, it was very good.

• "Save as.." (ctrl + shift + s) does NOT work.

  PC, Windows 10, the latest Acrobat Pro, updated.

  I tried to save a doc with a different name and the pop window to "save under" opened, but all I could see was the 'box' loading, without much success. Finally I gave up, copied the doc and renamed, edited and saved then on top of his former self.

  But the fact remains that the "Save as" does not work on my computer.

  I have training in CS6 Adobe® Illustrator® class in a book and in Chapter 6, it is a sectoion on creating templates.

  I use Illustrator CS6 on Windows 7 64 bit.

  The instructions are:

  Select the Selection tool and, by pressing the keys Shift + Alt (Windows) or the keys shift + Option (Mac OS), do drag the high limit point of the rectangle selected downwards until the width and height are about 30 pt.

  However, no matter what I try I can't achieve this goal.

  When I press SHIFT + alt and head upward point limit, the icon changes to an arrow plus a beautiful place but everything what is the entire model. It does not resize as ssays example.

  Anyone have any ideas why?

  I think the best option would be if you connect an external keyboard and test it. You can connect it via USB.
  If you have desktop, take the keyboard and test it on your laptop.

  If the external keyboard works, you need a new internal keyboard. New keyboards are not so expensive then contact ASP and ask for it. ;)
