screenshot resolution

Is there a way to reduce the compression of a screenshot?  no compression at all maybe?

I have expanded this for clarity:

If you use the capture tool, there is a screenshot in TIFF format is a lossless format. It will be a replica 100% of the screen.

What should be the size and resolution of the screenshots of the application to submit on BB App World?

They can be any size.  But since you would probably take them to simulators, I guess they will be in the dimensions of the blackberry model you support.  For example, if your phone works on the storm or the new 8900 Curve, it will be 480 x 360, if it works on the "BOLD", it will be 480 x 320, old curves, 320 x 240, etc..  If your application works with more than one model, simply choose the best resolution.

  • Image resolution screenshot

    Hey people...

When I do a screenshot, the image dimesnions are 1366 x 768. When I paste such an image in the time line, it looks blurry. Any idea?

    Gary,

I guess the 1366 x 768 is your screen resolution. Is this correct?

What is the setting of the project, to which you add this screen-cap? The image size will be probably the most important.

You have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements available? If you do, I would recommend using either people and then by a Save_As to PSD (Photoshop native format), instead of introducing any compression JPEG. If you don't have this ability, I would explore a TIFF Save_As (do not use any compression, such as LZW), or even Windows BMP. While many do not see the artefacts and loosening in JPEG compression, many do, and if you then are Scaling up, which is 1920 x 1080, imperfections will be more obvious.

    Good luck

  • NEITHER 9213 changing high resolution at high speed. Screenshots included.

    Hello

I have a card 9213 in a CRIO-9074. My sampling rate is exactly 1 s/s, which means that it is running in mode high resolution. However when I go in the project window and change it to high speed (as indicated below)...

nothing happens. Remainders of 1 s sampling rate / s. below you can see my labview vi, which is a timed loop. The period can be changed in the loop is only how many samples I trace on the graph. And as you can see on the graph to 100ms graphic flatlines as the 9213 is not updated of its value.

Below you can see the record of the following data and it shows that the sample time is exactly 1 s/s.

So, how can I actually get my 9213 OR change of 1 s/s mode high resolution at the 75 s/s, that it is rated for mode high speed. For this initial Setup, I use only 1 thermocouple, but once I get the included sample rate I'll add more. It should also be noted that I rebooted the computer and the Committee for the acquisition of data several times.

    Thank you.

I noticed that in your project beside the cRIO, he says "in time real features not available."  According to another thread, I found, it was because the module time real wan not properly installed:

    http://forums.NI.com/T5/FieldPoint-family/real-time-features-not-available/m-p/954231

Also, when I recreate your project settings, if I right click on the 9213 module I the ability to "Deploy" or "deploy all.  Deployment is expected to update the settings.

  • How can I change screenshot image resolution?

If I want to take the image on the screen in Encore CS5 and save it as a photoshop image resolution is 70 DPI.  Is it possible to change the resolution?  I would like images plus net if possible, 100 DPI to 200 DPI if possible.

    Yet CS5

    Processor 2.4 ghz Core 4

    6 GB of Ram

700 GB of free hard disk

    Windows 7 64 bit

except why photoshop would still show as 72 pixels/inch and Womble as 100 pixels/inch, shouldn't they show the same thing?

If you look back to the top the dimensional differences between the images of these two programs, you will see the difference. Do not have these exact dimensions at hand. If you change the size of the Image of the PrPro version to 100 PPI, with her resample UNCHECKED, the inches x inches dimensions should be very, very close. In addition, in the press, the difference between a 72 vs 100 PPI, although inches x inches dimensions were identical, would be almost impossible to see.

Good luck and we hope this helps,

  • Hi, how can I change the screen resolution?

I keep saying to change the resolution of the screen but don't know how to proceed and would appreciate some advice before doing the wrong thing.

    Hello

I don't think there is a problem with Firefox, but I got a peek inside and I think I'm able to help.

The screen resolution is a Windows 8 setting you need to change. I found this walk through (with screenshots) that should help you.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look at another solution for you.

  • How my resolution email settings can be restored?

When the mail is opened, the resolution is gigantic. My e-mail address has been created that way. However the message of the screen resolution is too small and click on "try again". This step does not resolve the problem and also contradictory to the problem.

I can't restore the e-mail settings, so the resolution is normal. Help!

You have a problem with a Web e-mail site in Firefox (web browser)? If so, which? Or you have a problem with Thunderbird (email app)?

If the problem is a text that is too large on an e-mail, Web site, simply, hold CTRL and press 0 (which is zero) to reset the zoom level.

I don't know what to do with it. You can post a screenshot of the message?

The screen resolution is something you control in your operating system. To change it, right-click on an empty area of the desktop and choose screen resolution.

  • How to create a character bar header that is displayed correctly in all resolutions - Firefox Linux 20

I am trying to learn how to create Personas for Firefox and already have one that I use locally, but I came across some unexpected behavior: if I create a header bar that is 3000 X 200 pixels, as specified in the guidelines, only the right third or greater displays in my browser when the theme is applied. To get this header to display 'properly' (which I find cosmetic) I have to resize the header to 1280 X 85 pixels.

Must not the scale of the bar header automatically, or do I have to produce a header of persona to each width of possible resolution so it can display correctly?

For what it's worth, the page footer appears at the third showing the left hand, but it's not so reprehensible in this case.

A screenshot of the character is available at http://www2.netdoor.com/~horus/Persona_2013-04.png.

Thanks for the ideas. I feel that I must be misunderstanding something here.

(I tried to send troubleshooting information the first time, but it overflowed the limit of characters...)

Persona pictures 'adapt', only as a large part of the image is displayed as you have resolution for. IOW, 1280px wide only about 1/3 of the image appears, as you discovered. This is the way in which Personas were designed to work.

I tried all the usual settings on the screen, but cannot get the background to fit inside the screen.

His problem a simple solution, but I'm kinda stuck so any ideas would be welcome.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

Have you tried to change the resolution of the screen?
To do this. usually, this occurs if the resolution of the screen too high has been chosen.

I put t know what OS you have, but here are a nice video of Microsoft:

  • zBook 14 - cannot change the resolution of the screen after update

After I installed software updates the portable suggested to me, my screen resolution went suddenly from 1900 x 1200 at 1200 x 720 after reboot and it won't let me change it, not even to a lower resolution. I'm very frustrated, because I need the computer week next for visualization work and I really need the screen works well.

It doesn't let me change the resolution. Graphics and display drivers are up-to-date and functioning according to Device Manager. I did a system restore, but that just do everything worse although the resolution worked once again thing, I had to run a repair of the start several times before that my laptop would be starting another property again. This does not resolve the issue, given that the display drivers are not working properly (videos have been viewed very badly) and even after updating the computer won't start again, so I had made another system of recovery and now I'm to the point where I can not change the resolution and starting to be really frustrating. Also, (if it even starts) Windows is constantly freezing, forcing me to hard reboot.

Thanks for any help, that all the world can offer.

This looks like a lot of problems, you have there.

First thing I would say is to do a check of the basic material. Your laptop will be built Diagnostics the F2 button on the HP logo. The hard drive on a test extended (approximately 45 minutes - 2 hours) and the memory test. If these two go, consider downloading of UEFI diagnoses from the above drivers download section. In all honestly, I think this unnecessary step for most, it tells not usually defects that are already not obvious. But he should have a graphics test, if it will throw a failure even if it is faulty is another matter but when even, of a value of a test.
If all else fails, download on the phone for the HP warranty.

If anything fails, run the memory on memtest86 + for about 12 to 24 hours. Download you, it's free, burn it to a cd and the start of it. And it works simply, in case of error, you have a fault memory.

If anything fails on any diags, then nothing is most likely false, cool reimageries windows probably will solve the problem and its probably just a form of spyware or corruption of driver or something. Backup your data, reinstall a new copy of windows.

But in my experience, from doubtful, repairs etc... freezing randomly and other problems are often a sign of a failing hard drive. And diagnostic tests are not always 100% to pick up a failing drive. For the most part, but not always. So, if its still high reading after a reimage, review the reader always a potential source of the problem.

To the extent where it won't let you change the resolution? What you mean? As for the option is grayed out? Can you maybe post a screenshot and a screenshot of your device with the extended graphics card Manager.

  • How can I increase the resolution of a screen shot?

    I use Yosemite 10.10.5

I understand perfectly how to take screenshots and for the most part, the objectives of the default resolution of 72 dpi (?) is sufficient. However, I must now take screenshots of topographic maps which have many very fine details. Many details even printed at 100%, is blurred.

There is an interesting link here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fUrltPgMPM that describes how to proceed on 10.7 and 10.8, but it does not seem quite right for 10.10.x

An attempt to follow the instructions in the link above, I downloaded the first Xcode 7.1 and 7.2 Xcode, but I can't find the Performance tools. And I don't know where I could download them.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

  • Qosmio G40-108: problem with the highest starange display resolution

I just had mine but on its highest resolution all Web pages have these 11 blocks rectangular semi, barely visible, only the bottom, each about an inch long, is this normal and should I send it to the object of an investigation?

    Hello

It is very nice to hear that you already have the new Qosmio notebook. I can't say much about your problem because without a screenshot, it is not easy to understand what you mean exactly. On my Qosmio G30 (with the same HD resolution) I have no problem at all. Because of this I can't really understand what the problem is here.

If possible send a link where we can see what it looks like. Your description is not enough.
BTW: have you noticed that on web pages only?

Well well after literally hours of Googling being impossible to find anything at all on this unit or any other site, a friend suggested that I open the area to set up scanner on Mac itself... and to my amazement after a little digging here, I was able to find the settings for the CIO and the file type save high-resolution BMP images.
Why hell HP do not display anything in their pages help or on the LCD of the printer to indicate how do, I'm not sure. I'll be happy to send a screenshot to anyone who needs this info.

Have you tried to change the resolution and scaling, log out, then edit (after again a disconnection). ? I got the update and it works fine for me at 3200 x 1800 @ 200% (I was running to 2048/1152 @ 128% before the update).
