  When I type in an address, the drop down menu no longer contains the same list of addresses as always. Instead, there is a list of locations (less actual addresses www.com beneath each) in bold and some places are repeated in the menu drop down but take me to a different site. Its a game guessing where Im going when I click on one. Next to each entry, there is a magnifying glass icon which was not there before. I was search playback for almost 3 hours trying to trouble shoot the issue and Ive tried to restore default with no luck. It's really annoying me... Any suggestions?

  Smart Web Print menu drop-down

  I recently installed a new AIO.  The HP Officejet 6500 E709n series. I was using IE6 in time. After I installed successfullyy software, HP SMART WEB PRINTING worked fine. I then installed IE7 and although the HP SMART SELECT button on my command bar, it does so WITHOUT the menu drop down. I can only clip & print 1 point at a time. All other options are missing, since there is no drop-down list. Help?

  It's to do with other toolbars - I read on another forum - and it worked for me - I got rid of the yahoo toolbar - which I never use anyway - via the Control Panel - Add or remove programs - then close IE 7 and restart and voila - there is the drop down arrow and now I have the options of Clipboard and it works a treat.

  Cannot find the drop down bookmarks menu?

  I've held off updating Firefox to 28 later due to several reasons, one of them being the look of Chrome-like that hurts my eyes (just don't ask). Fortunately, the CTR has been created, and I've finally updated to version 34. And I'm not happy at all. There is an icon for Favorites bar SIDE, but not the menu drop down. There are also 2 icons in the sidebar of history and from the drop-down list story, so why the drop-down list of bookmarks missing? Much, I prefer the menu drop down and want to get it back.

  I really don't understand why Mozilla is so easy to use. This is the reason why I started to use Firefox in the first place and I've been very loyal for years. I'm tempted to throw my laptop against the wall and never give up come reconnected because of this nonsense about "looks elegant.   It is possible to achieve what you want. You will need a few items:

  • drop-down list object script;
  • objects 'image', one for each image you want. It would be set to hidden.
  • object 'imageField. You should only one of them. The initial value is null. The script in the menu dropdown will fill the imageField with the object of the appropriate image.

  When you configure the drop-down list, it may be convenient to specify values in the binding tab (for example, 1, 2, 3,...). Then, in the script, you can view the numbers rather than the strings that the user sees in the drop-down list.

  The imageField1 must be set to access read only in the initialize event:
