I can't seem to get the scrolling to the right, it seems to descend in bits rather than scroll to the right.

Hello

1. you are using a laptop or desktop?
2. What is the brand and model of your mouse?

Configure the settings of the mouse on your computer and check if it solves the problem.

    Hello

The M325 Nano-receiver allows you to connect up to 6 devices however you
need a Logitech utility (free download) to achieve this. Check with Logitech
Their online documentation, support and drivers, utilities and ask in their forums.

I don't know if that keyboard and mouse are compatible.

  • datacad compatibility how to reverse the scrolling of the mouse

At work, we have windows 7 64-bit Professional installed on the machines. We use a software architecture called Datacad, which is 32-bit. I am trying to find a way to reverse the scrolling of the mouse. In windows xp, this was accomplished by entering the program and enter in and adding to the file .ini "reverse scroll wheel zoom = true". It will not work on windows 7 64-bit professional. The program has been installed in the "program (x 86) directory. Anyone know how I can get this to work? Can it be a compatibility problem and if so what can be done to fix it?

This site of program would have compatibility details or updates required for win7, relevant to this version of the program

  • Windows 8 - horizontal scroll on the mouse does not

    Hello, everyone,

I have a system running 64-bit Windows 8. My Gigabyte M6980 mouse has a wheel tilt with a capacity to reach not only up and down but also left and right. However, the inclination of the wheel does not record in my Win8 machine.

I plugged the mouse on a Vista laptop where initially the system has not yet recognized the mouse at all (the cursor is not mobile). After going to the Manager of devices and update the driver for the "unknown device" which was M6980, it became a "HID-compatible mouse. I could then move the cursor AND use the horizontal scrolling. On a Windows 7 computer, the mouse was recognized immediately and I could use horizontal scrolling very well.

I tried to copy mouclass.sys of my laptop Vista and mouhid.sys to C:/Windows/System32/drivers on my machine Windows 8, but then the mouse could not be recognized at all the original files should be restored. The same thing happened when I copied the same files from a Windows 7 machine.

Gigabyte support response is that the mouse does not officially support Windows 8 and all the features are not guaranteed. There are no drivers available for the device and the only software that comes with it is motor Ghost of Gigabyte for remapping keys. But given that horizontal scrolling works in Windows 7 without any additional software, I suspect driver Windows 8 HID is involved, although I could well be wrong. I couldn't Google solutions. Any help would be appreciated.

    See you soon,.

    Hi ShiuabKhan,

Thanks for a quick reply. Windows 8 is now picking up the thin horizontal scrolling messages. I tried to randomly check the software option Gigabyte 'disable horizontal scrolling' and apply changes and then uncheck the new, and, curiously, it started working. However, I install the latest version of the software from Gigabyte (which just happened to be released February 1) in compatibility mode to be on the safe side.

Although the system is now picking up messages from horizontal scrolling of the mouse, my Battlefield 3 game won't recognize them, but is not a Windows problem, so I'll find an answer elsewhere.

Thank you much for the help!

    See you soon,.

  • Cannot scroll with my mouse screens.

I just downloaded Firefox on my computer last week because we'll go to a new software and they recommended we use Firefox. I am not able to use my mouse to scroll to the top and bottom of pages. I have to use the side scroll bar which is not really effective. I just want to be able to use my mouse to get better. I use Windows 7 on an ordinary PC. I probably have a setting that should be changed, but I can't. I already went in the options and checked the AutoScroll and tried other settings as well. Help!
    Thank you!!

  • How to reverse the direction of scrolling using the mouse wheel which is simillar to 'natural' scroll of MAC

I use the latest version of Firefox (31.0) on Windows Pro 8.1. I wanted to mimic OS X way of scrolling in the window of the browser called 'natural' to scroll. I edited the registry setting for my logitech mouse and scrolling works perfectly as I wanted it to every single window on my system with only one exception, the Firefox browser.
Somehow, Firefox is configured to use the old method of scrolling and does not respect the registry settings of windows, as all other windows.
Is it possible to change or reverse the direction of scrolling?

    Thank you
    Roman

Roman Hello, try this: enter about: config in the address bar of firefox (confirmed the message information where it appears) and search for the preference named mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_y. Double-click it and change its value to -100.

  • Zoom scroll Logitech wireless mouse

I had my M750 for awhile, and until a few weeks before, hold down the command button on the keyboard of my Mac while I scrolled did nothing. Except navigate pages on Firefox. Now for some reason, since updated to update to Firefox 20, or even to the slightest touch of the control button, when I scroll with the scroll wheel to scroll to the top and to the bottom of the page on Firefox 20, it zooms in and out. Very annoying. Anyone know how to disable the zoom on the scroll wheel when you press the command key? Or is it a Firefox issue rather than a problem of software of Logitech? I use the command to automatically open links in a new tab. My finger is at hand. Just easier for me that way. But the slightest touch of the control key enables the scroll wheel zoom feature. And once again, never a problem so far. I actually knew a number of annoying problems since update to Firefox 20, which I had to find workarounds. What is one of the most annoying.

    Found my dose. https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/821743

Set the value to 0 for mousewheel.with_meta.action

Testing, this only disables the command + zoom scroll wheel in Firefox. Scroll still works with the scroll wheel. It IS therefore a matter of Firefox. And when the update to the latest version, sort of to reset my previous configuration settings. I guess I have to put in place some time ago when I first came to the wireless mouse. I hope that Firefox does not change the settings in the future updates. Maybe even do to access patches like that much simpler. As included in the preferences. That is to say. Disable/enable the Zoom with scroll wheel.

  • How can I solve very slow scrolling with the mouse when you press the command key? (MacBook Pro, Lion, no problem when using trackpad, no problem with other web browsers, other mice have the same problem)

Scrolling speed is fine, but when you press the command key and then it becomes very slow.

He does it with a mouse, but not with the trackpad.
It does when the modules are disabled.
No problem on Safari or Chrome.
    No problem on PC.

I think it all started when I went form a MacBook with Snow Leopard on a MacBook Pro with Lion.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

You use the mouse wheel to scroll?

There are some prefs mousewheel, which control the behavior when you press the modifier keys.

You can set the key to the action of each to 0 for normal scroll.
