Search App Store not available?

Everything seems to work in the App Store, except the search option.  When I try to look for an app, I get the "App Store not available" message.  It happens on my iPhone and iPad.  Any suggestions on how to fix the error?  I tried the option hard/soft reset already.

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you are having problems connecting to the App Store. I know how it is important to be able to connect to the App Store to make purchases on your devices. Reset is a great place to start. Read this article with the steps for If you cannot connect to the iTunes Store. This will give you a few extra steps, you can try and be able to get the issues resolved to connect to the App Store.

    How is it ePrint apps are not available in the Canada, some of the applications are really good but a lot of things I love does not exist in my country, I have a 7510 e printer.

    I want to assure you that I understand completely.  Birthday cards that you are wanting are likely coming from the Hallmark greeting cards app available to some printers depending on your region.  It is a 3rd party application that is controlled by this Distributor.  Regions and the printer availability is defined by this 3rd party company.

    On the sheets to cover Fax, I checked on the availability in your area and you are right in saying that it is not available. I wasn't able to get a definitive reason behind why, but my best speculation would have to be some differences in the structure of the composition according to your region.

    I was able to confirm through workers in your area, however, that these 2 apps are not available in the region of the Canada well and you are not somehow overlooking them.

    I bought Photoshop CC annual access through creative cloud, but the app is not available. I can only download a demo. Support is not available, so I'm stuck with back option fresh with the Bank, but open to all ideas.

    My iMac years ten is eventually died a few months ago, and last weekend I finally got a new iMAC. The main things I used my iMAC and use the other for, are photos, movies and DVDs of trips I make. I didn't keep up with iLife, but it seems like iDVD is not available, even with iPhoto. Of course, I could use an update on what are my options.

    iDVD has never been available since the Mac App Store (but can be gotten from iLife DVDs) and iPhoto has been replaced by pictures, which is bundled with 10.10.3 and newer.

  • While the MBP for repair, I downloaded FCP 10.2.3 to a computer lent. Back on my own machine, FCPro borrowed machine library will not be opened because it was created with a newer version of the CPF App Store not 10.2.3 full download

    While my MacBook Pro for the repair, I downloaded FCPX to a computer lent 10.2.3. Back on my own machine, library of FCPX of the borrowed machine will not open because it was created with a newer version of FCPX. And the App Store won't let me finish a 10.2.3 download because the FCC is already on my computer - and he says that no update is available.

  • Badge of the App Store display available updates after updating all

    With the help of iPhone 4 with iOS 9.2.1

    After Update 9.2, then 9.2.1 I update applications download in iTunes and sync then peripheral.  9 app and iTunes updates show that they are copied and synchronized.  But the insignia of the App Store on iPhone still shows 9 available updates.  In the App Store, the 9 apps show as 'open', but 'install all' is grayed out.  I opened a few apps in the App Store or on the usual icon, and they seem to work ok.  I tried to restart and reset, but badge always shows a number.

    BTW, have also an old iPad and iPad Air now with 9.2.1 and this issue is not present.

    Hide the problem is to disable the badge icons in Notifications

    I've updated worm 10.11.2. in the last 24 hours is then went to the App Store and update all applications.

    My Alerts always show an available update and when I go to the store it shows 'Apple Configurator'. Now when I try to update I get the message "we could complete your update. This update requires OS X version 10.10. »

    How to clear is that both my alerts and the store?

  • Why is my multi folio app now not available?

    We are a small company that intends to publish 4 times a year through our application of folio multi (Challenger times).

    As we must publish on more than apple devices, and we wanted to create a folio multi app, on the advice of Adobe, bought professional edition on a monthly basis.  He advised us that once our app was in the store and we were not to publish new versions we could return to the creative cloud version and the app would stay live, the upgrade to professional whenever we wanted to create and publish a new folio and on payment for additional download packages where necessary.

    HOWEVER - now our professional edition has lapsed we were informed that the new folio downloads are not available for new users. This means that we are unable to make any new promotion of it.

    For a small business pay for full access for the whole year is not financially viable, especially when it is a free application that expect only download a number around 500 per folio.

    Now that we have created and promoted, the application that's in store we are essentially now required payment of business tax each month, which is a total nightmare for us.

    Is it possible that we can do the multi app folio and folio available for new users with a different subscription current?

    I don't think that you have a full understanding of the difference between an application

    and a folio. The application will remain on the store and slips that everyone

    has downloaded will remain on their devices, but your folios are hosted by

    Adobe and since you finished your subscription that they put an end to their hosting of

    the content.

    In short, if you want your problems available to new subscribers you

    pay $500 / month.

  • Why is the app store not update/download apps

    It has been more than a week.  I have 35 applications that need to be updates and new applications I want to achieve... downloaded and the app store is dead... just dead and useless.  I did research on the issue and none of the solutions I've scratched the work.  How Apple let this just drag?

    In addition, I feel like that has happened, my battery seems to be draining much faster than usual.  I can't help but speculate that something is happening in the background of this phone and it's associated software.

    If my version 9.2 is not the most recent, then my phone is not letting me check for later version software (an error pops up when checking for software updates in the settings... this small wheel just guard spinning that appears an error message).

    If this continues, I'll have to bring my phone and I am seriously considering to return to Android.  I'm frustrated to say the least... and is preparing to launch this gigantic brick of a phone off the Bay Bridge.  Help!

    I understand perfectly that you think your iPhone does not like you would expect! Don't worry, I'd be more that happy to help you troubleshoot I hope that your problems you're having with your iPhone. We follow these steps to see if they will help you with problems you encounter. After each step, try to see if they fix your problems.

    • Update to the latest version of your iOS device.
    • Troubleshooting steps to try to solve the problems of updating and installation of applications.
      • Make sure you run the latest version of iOS.
        • To determine if you are running the latest version of iOS please open settings > tap general > press "Software Update."
          • If your iOS device is up-to-date, you will get a message saying "your software is up-to-date."
      • Then reset your network settings
        • Open settings > tap general > press Reset > tap reset network settings
          • If you are prompted to enter a password, enter it now, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
      • Now try to connect to iTunes and App Store
      • Then disconnect to iCloud
    • Troubleshooting steps to help you with the battery on your iPhone.
      • Try restarting your iOS device
        • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
        • Drag the slider to turn off your device completely.
        • Once the unit is off, press and hold the sleep/wake button until you see the Apple logo.

      • If you want anyway, you can configure a Genius Bar appointment for them to check the status of your iPhone's battery.

  • Version of app store not the developer of functioning entirely version?

    I downloaded a program of conversion of graphics widely used and much appreciated in the App Store ($39.99) only to find out after that I recorded and tried to use it it lacks all the features and does not the a specific task (read and convert Kodak PCD files) I bought it for. There was no warning or other indication on the Apple App Store was selling a version modified and disabled. I've never met this before.  What should I do?

    I have a 6 IPhone I bought in Liberia and I opened an identifier apple with Liberia is my country. Surprisingly, I couldn't do purchase in the ITunes store with my visa card because, as I later learned, it is not available in my country. What makes things more discouraging it is that I also have a US store Apple ID but when I want to buy to store my visa will be denied. Its really frustrating. Can someone tell me when the iTunes store will be available in my country Liberia? I'm a big fan of Apple products, but I can't manage restrictions to make purchases.

    I have a macbook mid 2012 Pro version of OS X El Capitan current 10.11.1 that the app store is showing an update is available, but I can't get the app store to open, let alone to update!  All I see is a wheel that turns in the top left corner near the red, yellow and green buttons.

    Start safe mode and try the App store.

    Follow these steps to start in safe mode.

    • Start or restart your Mac.
    • As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.
    • Release the SHIFT key when you see the logo Apple appears on the screen.
    • After the Apple logo appears, this may take longer than usual to reach the login screen or your office. This is because your Mac performs a check of directory of your drive to boot in safe mode.

    To leave safe mode, restart your computer without pressing any keys during startup.
