  I found the questions like that too when I put in the word "encrypt", but he found nothing.

• Search function works only not on the forums

  I came here to find help on how the error messages I see on my screen of output in the IDE to a text box, so I can see if these errors are happening in the production of output.  What I've found, is that the search function of the forum does not at all.  I have not received any results for the words 'error', 'film', 'flash' and 'text' elements that are obviously those who must return results.

  I couldn't find any way to contact Adobe about this, so I hope that someone who works for Adobe and show that the forums are going to pass this along.

  It is mainly the user forums to and Adobe is anything to watch... volunteers employees act as moderators.   There is a forum where you can report problems you are having with the forum feature if your question is probably a known problem...

• Search function of this forum

  Anyone else noticed how very bad "search" the function of this forum, it is? I type in one or two word phrases (for example cfdocument align) and it returns almost always zero results (probably 95% of the time, the remaining 5% are usually nothing useful or associated with distance either). If no one has ever typed the word cfdocument or align in this forum or simply the search function sucks.

  I thank you for the answer (although I'm sorry that my answer is a bit late).

  Yet, how useful is this search feature? Think about it, we are not looking for single products or things (like dogs and cats), we are looking for natural man complex, written explanations to the problems generated by computer against nature. I guess I'm spoiled with the most other forums out there (usually of phpbb, vbulletin).

  If someone has problems with the search feature (which may or may not be the case), it's the best way to search the Adobe forums:

• The 'Search' function on the start menu does not work. It seems to freeze and will not even close until I have shut down the computer. What can I do to correct this situation?

  I tried to use the "Search" function to locate a specific file.  The computer froze... not allow me to cancel when I realized that it wasn't working.  The only way I could get the closing of the window had to shut down the computer.

• Windows Live Photo Gallery - how to increase the limit of tag 1010 people on the search function

  The search function in Windows Live Photo Gallery people tags seems to be an arbitrary limit of 1010 different tags (1000 in the alphabetical list + the 'Top 10'). Is there a way to get around this?

  When I used the Vista Photo Gallery and my tags 'people' were just a subset of 'descriptive' tags that I created, I could find just a name on the left panel. Not sure why it isn't a section he tags in the version of Windows Live people. If you put arbitrary limitations on the functionality of Visual search 'whizz bang', it would be nice if there was a relief when it does not work.

  You need not repeat dozens of times or use profanity to get help.

  (1) disable all non-essential or unrecognized extensions on this tab. Don't know what it does? When in doubt, turn off:

  Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Extensions category

  Use the links above a disabled extension to restart Firefox if some seem to.

  (2) restore your Google search engine:

  (3) check a user.js file (before the release of Firefox, otherwise the parameters in this file can cancel your cleaning) as described in this article: How to fix preferences that will not save.

  (4) If AVG search took over your page to the new tab (Ctrl + t), which changes as follows:

  Photoshop CS5 create stretch 1-2 thick lines of pixel through images in PDF files when I rip them open. You got be kidding me.

  Photoshop CS3 does not with pdfs of exact same.

  Photoshop CS5 does not allow me to view changes in the image layer settings before committing to adjustments, forces me to use the 'story' to work backward I am changes to all 4 colors in a CMYK image. You've REALLY got to be kidding me.

  Photoshop CS3 allows me to see the changes and look at what I had before the changes, simply by clicking on the 'Preview' button on and outside, before committing to the changes. A nice feature for anyone who adjust the color of an image, which, I think, is the reason number 1 using Photoshop in the first place.

  Here are the 2 MAJOR DEFECTS after using the product for a few days only. It isn't surprising that I waited for more than a year before the upgrade.

  On a PDF file: you might want to try with Acrobat Distiller. Print a .ps file from your InDesign documents, then get her in distilling with desired parameters.   I need make the SEARCH function in another SPREADSHEET which LEAF-NAME is in another CELL.   The INDIRECT function does not work, so I have to manually enter the SHEET NAME.

  In the picture below - I currently have to enter the name of the journal '' 2016-04 in Fx LOOKUP, but I prefer variable names of the cells B20 C20, D20 etc, reference sheet instead of having to change Fx LOOKUP for each sheet.

  Hi, this is probably because something on your system has crushed all providers default search in firefox. to recover it please download and reinstall firefox to https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ on top of your existing version.

  Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

  Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Siri, I don't want to bother with earlier, continues to display everytime I try to go back to the home page of apps/programs, is driving me crazy.  Except for limited iPad usage (mail, Safari for the links from emails, play music, some reading books mainly) mainly am only moderately competent Windows PC user, so am frustrated at best. Any ideas on how to restore or add this feature to return search (and get Siri shut up!)?

  You can disable Siri in settings/general if you want to completely disable the function.  I suppose that you use the Home button to return to the home screen.  If you press the button too long, Siri is enabled.  Too long is not very long, so you must quickly press and release the Home button.

  If I click search on the start menu, it opens with a small dog who sits down and nothing else. If I click on help and Support, I see the hour glass for a nano second and then nothing happens.

  My search function is back (with my dog).  Seems to have come back after re-installation of XP Pro.  However I have other problems re: my post today.
