Search redirects me to an advertising site

help plez

Maybe it's that your browser has been hijacked, in which case look here:

http://www.Microsoft.com/security/PC-security/browser-hijacking.aspx

It can also be just a virus, in which case I advise to use Malwarebytes, which gets rid of malware

www.Malwarebytes.org

Or Microsoft Security Essentials, which is a great anti-virus program all around in real-time.

Then, you are clearly infected by malicious software.

Download, install and run both of these freeware programs:
    MalwareBytes AntiMalware and SuperAntiSpyware

  • When I enter a website known, I redirected to another completely different site. Why?

I saved a site Web from AT & T about the situation at wide band. For some reason, it is now completely associated to Linked In. When I click on anything that is supposed to take me to LI, it redirects me to the AT & T broadband status page. Even when I write in the url to www.linkedin.com, I'm redirected to the AT & T site. I don't know how this association was made and don't know how to fix so I can access my Linked In page. Everyone knows this redirect automatic and dominant?

Hello, please try to reset firefox and see if that can solve the problem...

also run a scan complete of your different system with security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner.

You should be able to create and upload a new file robtos.txt. Create a txt file and call robots. Put the content in the robots.txt file:

    User-agent: *.

    Allow: /.

    Site map: http://www.your-domian-goes-here.com/sitemap.xml

Once created, download the robots.txt file in the root of your site.

  • What script use to redirect to the new mobile site muse uploaded to an existing site?

I create a mobile site that I will upload to an existing outside the BC site. Should what script I use to detect the mobile device and redirect to the new mobile site?

    Thank you

If you use Muse 3.0 or later version, should not have to do anything - Muse will automatically handle redirection logic.

  • Search for a product on the site of Muse-BC will not redirect to the page of results of product - return an error.

I built a site of e-commerce in Muse and linked with BC. The site works fine, but it needs a search function.

I added the "Site Search" form successfully and it was working fine, but the results page does appear as a list. After some research, I found that the 'Search' module product is what I need. I've added to the site, and I see that I have followed each step of the tutorial correctly, but the results page (which is a redirect in the code) will not work. He brings just the error message:

    Page not found

We could not find the requested Web Page. This is either because:

    • There is an error in the address or link.
    • You have entered the address or link incorrectly.

Click here to return to our Home Page.

The search code is added to the header of a page in Muse, and module results {module_productresults} is added to the page of redirection in Muse.

The site is www.thecookshopross.com, and the search box is currently in the header of the 'Sale' page while I'm working on it.

Can need a very urgent correction - anyone help?

    Thank you

  • Redirects of Safari and ransom sites

Within the last few days my iMac was prey to redirects and popups of websites of ransom.  Redirects are all trying to read stories of legitimate websites like CNN.com, etc..  When I click on a link to read a story, I see the random URL displayed in the address line of safari and I'm taken to various random websites that is loaded with advertising and other nonsense.  I also have more than my share of 'popups ransom' as well as the Truvi homepage set as my default home page in safari.  I tried to address this problem by using the techniques described in the messages of support, but nothing seems to work.

I also downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and followed the instructions to scan my system, remove malware that we found, restart, but the problems remain.

I am running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 and Safari 9.1.1, which I've updated to the last level yesterday.

I read articles saying me to search the LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons folders and remove suspicious files, but I'm not sure what are these files and if I delete them.

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents/ [email protected]- SharedServices.Agent.plist

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com. Spotify.webhelper.plist

I'm at a loss as to what to do next and what to do to prevent this problem from occurring in the future.  If there is more information I can provide, please let me know.  Some suggestions on best practices for the Safari preferences would be also useful.

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • How can I prevent the redirect Firefox to my ISP site when I get my own website URL?

On the new computer with Windows 8 Firefox works fine for all URLs except when I walk into one of my own sites - "www.komokaweather.com" which is redirectsed on my ISP site 'http://www.rogers.com/web/Rogers.portal'. It's ok when I get home in the 'www.komokaweather.com/index' 'www.komokaweather.ca' as well as all other addresses, but not as just "www.komokaweather.com". I tried to make 'www.komokaweather.com' like Home Page but that does not work either.

I've also upgraded to v.19.0.2 but no change.

You can delete all stored data with a specific area through "Forget this Site" from the context menu of the history entry (see the history or the history sidebar) or via the subject: permissions page.

With the help of "Forget this Site" will delete everything as bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions in this area, so be careful and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose so take note of these passwords and bookmarks.
You can't recover from which "forget" unless you have a backup of the affected files.

It has no lasting effect, so if come back you on such a 'forgotten' site, then the data of this Web site will be saved once more.

You can have an ISP that automatically redirects you to a search page if a DNS search fails.

Who takes control of Firefox to search with the normal keyword like a Google, I'm lucky search.

In this case, you will need to contact your ISP and ask for a DNS to opt-out of this feature.

You can also check if there is a link on the search results page to go to your ISP and opt-out.

  • How can I delete the redirect "go to a Web site?

Hello. I would like to know how to remove the redirection to the navigation bar when I open a new tab. everytime I open a new tab, that I put it so I come to my home page, google. But instead of heading to the search bar in the center of the site, as it usually does when you type in the address and press ENTER, it redirects me to the navigation bar, whatever it takes and makes the text "go to a Web site. I don't want this, I want so it puts me in the search bar as if I would have typed the address in the navigation bar. Thanks in advance.

This is how works the new tab page.

It works with the build-in on: home page, but not with web pages as Google search page (www.google.com)

In my google for a topic search results, links to many of the results (not wikipedia, but most of the other sites 'reliable') lead to the same redirect URL: Search - milk .net, which then redirects to all kinds of content, random and other unwanted web pages. It's like having a pop up ad to support the browser. Should what settings I use to control these redirects in google? It doesn't looking for yahoo, BTW.

  • using Windows8 and when you perform a search I get about 6 selectable sites and then the following seems to be as written in the program data!

When I use the search engine some sites appear on the screen OK, but then the rest appear as programming information. That is to say, it is not possible to read what the sites are.

I tried to take a screenshot, and although this seems to have been succesfull it will not download. Download images show that it is to continue to load "screenshot. PNG', but it will not download.

I hope someone can help my description above problem!

  • How to see the real does not treat the google search redirects

During the visit of the rigorous of google search entries, actually visit you a google page that redirects you to the desired address, causing firefox save the google page in the history instead of the real redirection address you visited.

This clutters the story with google links that are not legible if you return to a page in the history.

Is there a way or an add-on than the forces of history to write the addresses of end instead of redirects to google?

    Hello

Please check if this happens in a new profile. If it's good, you can later copy the necessary personal data of the old profile. Firefox stores your personal data and settings to another separate location of the files/folder. A new profile would default Firefox settings (Tools (Alt + T) > Options, and topic: config ) and usually also would be vacuum of Extensions and themes (appearance) in tools > Add-ons) and their parameters. In addition, a new profile would have no previous website stored data/settings etc, (Tools > clear recent history).
