It didn't need to script in itself. Using GREP find/replace, search for this:

and replace with this:

-with your paragraph style defined in the change Format field.

In other words, say you like the change that you made to a picture by using different layers, can you somehow apply these layers to other photos? I know that you can save and apply the setting in Camera Raw, but it works the same way with layers in Photoshop?

Satellite A350: Highlight text, and then delete or BACKSPACE will not erase the text
 
			 
I have a new Satellite A350. When I surligner highlight the text, then try to remove or back up it will not delete the text. This happens in the line URL, Windows Mail and Word.
The key SUPPR and button both work individually, but I'm used to being able to select lines of text, and then type on (or pressing delelte) it to disappear.
Now I can not delete text except by backspacing of the text.
Y at - it a setting I can change or is this a problem with the laptop?

Hmm, I had the same problem in Word from MS Office.
I solved this problem by using this work around:
-In the menu bar, select Tools, Options and then on the Edit tab.
-Click the box called "Typing replaces selection" sub + mounting options + and then click OK.

Okay, so I'm sure this question has been asked and answered 100 times, but for some reason that my Googling skills are seriously miss you today...
I have a legacy application built in Visual Basic 6 that generates a special form letter PDF documents.  Each PDF contains all letters that were printed so far.  I really it work all rather decently, but something came earlier that put me on programming new obsession.  I want to activate the following features of my application:
The user provides a text string that must be unique among all pages of all PDF (customer ID).
The application then finds the PDF containing this text string that identifies which number of the page containing this text string.
Finally, send only this page to the printer.
I can now easily create, view, and print the PDF of my application.  While the creation of the document is made in a third of the reports system, display and printing functions are essentially managed using AcroPDF.dll.  Through the properties and methods available for AcroPDF object, I see that I can tell it to print only the specified pages, which gives me the last part of my needs, and I have the part of the user input down pat.  I'm just totally puzzled to find a solution to the 'step 2 '.
Suggestions, ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated.  I'm a little tired of banging my head against a wall.  Thank you for your time.

Argh it's frustrating! I never noticed that the key was not working in InDesign.
A bit of research and it turns out that the MS Office has this as an option in their software. But I can't find an option in the InDesign preferences to make it work.
However, somethings do not appear in the shortcuts and preferences and are hidden triggers in InDesign that are accessible via a script.
I'm not saying that it is possible to activate the button insert by using a script, but it is plausible that he can be activated.

Deleting a folder gives this message: check the location of the elements, and then try again
 
			 
I would like to help to get rid of a file. The folder used to hold pictures, but is now empty. I tried the normal removal methods. I also tried to remove prompt all to nothing does not. I tried to use Fileassassin, but it will not work with a folder and also Fileboss time to rename it to 8.3 and remove it but neither work. He will agree to be cut and pasted from images of office etc but will not delete in these two places. Similarly, it can be placed in another folder but still will not remove. Check if you have full permissions in the folder and also owner if necessary. Move the folder to your desktop.  Right-click on the folder, and then click Properties, click the Security tab.  Add your username in their own right.  Click Advanced and add your username in its own right to the section of special permissions.  And then click the property tab and make you the owner.  In all three cases, remember to check the box to apply it to all files and subdirectories.  That should give you the permission to delete the file.  If this is not the case, check all the tabs property, including safety to check that nothing is checked to refuse the removal.  The following should help you with this:

This problem may occur if there are handles open with all the files in the USB (Universal Serial Bus) mass storage device are in use by another program.
Method 1:
(a) Download Process Explorer from the link below

(c) type the drive letter of the USB device in the handle or DLL substring text box and press the search button.

(f) press Ctrl + H to display the handles in the view in the lower pane.

I opened Adobe Reader DC today and thought that the toolbar was different. The text replacement tool has disappeared (the one with the crossed T and bubble comment next to it)!
I think that Reader downloaded an update yesterday.
If I want to replace the text (instead of simply delete or insert, I can always do it manually (by highlighting the text I want to change by typing my changes).) However, the changes appear in red and blue, which he has not done before (text was blue just before).

There are some fonts with numbers, but they have a limit on numbers.
I would create
Paragraph with your desired font, size, and white color style.
Create an object with fill blach and in paragraph style select step 1 created a style.
Draw a circular text frame, apply the style of the object and write the number in there.
Copy the circle and then insert the tool in the desired location and paste it into the text.
Lift the text by clicking the ESC key, paste it on the image.

Captivate 7 - Windows 7
			 
I have the answer for those who are interested. Captivate (7) lets you export captions and subtitles to Word. Once in Word, simply replace the text sought by the text in the layout you want, save, and then re-import the Captivate projects. Works perfectly, with a caveat. If you use bullets (standard or numbers), the hyphen and the bullet formatting to these legends may require some manual adjustments after importation.
In any case, this process has saved me a lot, a lot, a lot of hours!
