  Hi all

  I use OIM 11 g R2 PS2, and I see that create icon missing against the section of the form of the application instance. I am trying to create an instance of the application, and when I try to load the form, I don't see the icon 'create' at all.

  Is this a known problem. ?

  This changed in OIM 11 g R2 PS2 version. To create resources for the instance of the application, you must follow the steps below:

  1. connect the console to sysadmin

  2. create a sandbox

  3. go in Configuration--> Form Designer--> select the resource type--> click on the button create

  From there, you can create the form. Once the form is created, it will be visible in the Instance, application from which you can modify the same.

  Hey, I wonder if anyone can help me - I use the tool pen in illustrator to draw shapes. I would like to pen sections in the form that I can remove and make hollow. I can't seem to find how to help... advice appreciated.

  If you create a path at the top and inside another path, you can select both and to object > compound path > Make or Pathfinder > less before (subtract the area of the shape, in older versions, where you have to press the Alt/Option key).

  If each part of the form is in its own subform, you by targeting the subform that you want to validate. For example, e-mail insertsactuellement button would in the click event:

  I wonder why the DAL - GETFORMATTRIB() function returns nothing when used in a trigger / image of the form.

  Attribute values are defined on all forms well in advance and why they cannot be made available before Gendata()? Any reason?

  The shape attributes and metadata are part of the content of the form stored in the library resource. The trigger process is not actually load the form of the library resource and therefore doesn't have access to the content in the form. The normal procedure is that trigger decide to register the form based on your data extract and then the form is loaded in the library. After you add the form, you can then check the attributes and metadata assigned to the form.

  I guess - with a few improvements - there may be some attributes that are defined in the file list form (Group) for a given form that could be accessed during the firing process, but as a general rule, no one wants that the drop in performance of the loading of the library forms that may not become part of the transaction. Therefore, all the attributes defined in the form itself will be unavailable before the outbreak.

  I need a script, I guess that for a field text entered by the user automatically fill the area in the headers in the form of entry.  The header is identified by all that will enter the name of the user on the cover page.

  If you name the field in the header exactly as the text field, then you just need to set the binding at the global level and no script is needed. You can set the binding in the object palette in the binding tab. Then in the drop-down default choose global binding.

• Why Thunderbird 38.1 suddenly treat the addresses of the list in the form of individual addresses, & dismiss them because they are not in the form user@url?

  When you try to send a message to a group set up in my address book, I get an error message [group name < updated the group description >] is not an email address valid because it is not the form user@host. You need to correct before sending the e-mail message. Thunderbird has apparently taken the description section and tried to treat it as an email address. In doing so, it changes the description of and the original format [names, name2, name 3] (with the exception of the hooks) of [< name >, name2, "name 3" >].

Being reluctant to try to re-enter an address book with more than 1,000 entries, I saved the book and replaced by a backup copy of a computer when I heard the e-mail function worked as desired. I had the same problem.
  I tried to export the book to save what I could at least and ran into problems, I discovered since came from trying to export "all address books.
  Then, I opened a copy of AB. File MAB in Quattro Pro, where I noted PS split the description section of the list of mail problem in separate cells, from commas in this description. I went back to the address book, removed commas from the description, and my group e-mail went out as gently as might be desired.
  I would note that commas have been this likely description for 15 years or more and only now has caused a problem. I guess that's due to some changes in Thunderbird was last updated. Would be nice if we got warnings about this kind of change.
  Answer to my problem: remove the commas from the description in the properties of the list.

  I guess that you upgraded to IE9 and you want to use the AutoComplete feature.

  Press ALT + T and choose Internet Options. Box, click the content tab, and then click the settings button in the AutoComplete section. You can select the features you want to use, and then press OK.

  Hmmm. First the security field will be enigmatic all the time. However, normally the rest of the line would not when you use a real database. I'm curious to know how these records arrived this way.  This is a hold-over of CB5 (disk-based) table format. You can try the option:

  Encrypt = No

  This option would normally have no effect at all on this as a real database table, but there was maybe a bug for a while which requires encryption of old style will go, but not the other? In any case, cannot refuge, to try with this option and see what happens.

  Make sure you have the exe of planning for your version installed on your computer as offline. It can be downloaded from the workspace in the same section you have for other facilities.

  Once you have that let us know if you still have the issue.

• The replacement of the PK in the process to insert the form after this

  I'm quite new in the world of the APEX and I'm having a problem I want to please appreciate any input on... I use APEX 5.0.

  I have a form page to insert (P2) to a new section in my table of queries (with PK of 'ID' column). The billing ID (P2_ID) page is hidden (not sure if that makes a difference)... I then have a process after submit type "Send E-mail" and I want to include information about the new entry in the email.

  Each substitution that I do, as & P2_Description, & P2_Requester. etc works fine, but the replacement of the ID (PK - & P2_ID) does any work. I presume it is because at that time, the recording has not intervened in the table, and the sequence/trigger has not generated the following value?

  How can I please pass this value to the process/electronic mail? I tried to use P3_ID (P3 being the form of update page) and it works, but it always sends the previous entry.

  I'm sure that it must be simple, but as I said I'm pretty new to APEX and could not understand how! Is it possible to have this identification number to pre-fill the next value in the table field, before the present? And what happens if someone else creates a new entry at the same time?

  If you use the code, try to understand. You understand javascript? Do you know how jQuery and its selectors work? If you do not, learn about them. You can't wait for copy / paste the code on the forums and expect it to work, especially not with tabular forms.

  1 / you put the code for the function in the wrong section on your page. It should be in the section "Function and Variable overall statement" and not in the section "Header HTML".

  2 / the JS code will target specific tables in the form of tables. Your form is not the same as that where the example code has been provided for. As a result, used selectors do not target the items. Again, a minimum of understanding selectors is the key here, and you could easily solve this problem yourself by making inspections of the correct item on the page generated by running the selectors of the developer tools console.

  I say this because the code is corrected by simply adjusting the targeted berries. F06 should be F03, F05 F08 is expected. Run / check page 3 of the application.

  I have a form which is repeated twice in the same transaction to has a section where I used "IncovSym" to increment/capture the variable overflow and the same is used to display the data in the section. On the first occurrence of the form, the variable of overflow is set to for example 1 (such as initialization), based on the case. In the second instance of the form is running, the variable must begin with 1 as the initialization. Instead, it increments the variable to 2. I tried to do a reset of all the variable overflow, but it doesn't seem to work. Please let me know if you have a solution to this.

  ResetOvFlw is a level transaction set in the AFGJOB rule that works under the direction of 'post' message In other words, function after having been triggered all forms and all mapped sections. Essentially, you can think of as 'now that this transaction will occur, reset the overflow before starting the next transaction'.

  If you need to reset a particular variable debordement overflow during the process, search for the rule level section named ResetOvSym. This rule would be defined in the section properties and name the symbol of infinity special you want to reset.
