I have a problem. A company has a MAK key for a large number of computers. They have somehow lost their CD with ISO. I have the MAK and KMS license key but can't seem to find a site to download the iso file from without a product key for sale at retail. I don't know that they related to a diferent for their software microsoft account. Please help me as soon as possible. Iso I used is not theirs and their grace period is about to expire.

No, Windows 7 recovery options are just for diagnosis and repair of the system. You can use the option of Ghosting a computer can change the product key.

    Click Start, type: CMD

    Right-click on CMD

    Click on run as administrator

At the command prompt, type the following commands:

slmgr.vbs - ipk xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (to replace the specified in the current product key)

xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx - represents your product key

    Press enter on your keyboard

    Leave the command prompt

    Restart your computer

Please note that if the MAK license is discharged beyond its threshold, which could be as little as 25 to 100, you must contact Microsoft Volume License Center to reactivate or increase the threshold.

You could simply stop the Microsoft Essentials if it's getting in the way.

Prevent the Microsoft Antimalware Service starts automatically

If you cannot find the software under the name mentioned in the article, locate the service called Windows Defender.

The same rule applies: set the service to manual start or disable the service.

  • Microsoft have all Windows 7 OEM ISO downloads and buy an a microsoft certified provider ok OEM key?

Microsoft have all Windows 7 OEM ISO downloads and buy an OEM key provider Microsoft Certified OK?

What I hear for question 1 is it a new Digital River (Microsoft ISO download service) since you can now no longer download the Iso of Windows 7 from Microsoft unless you have a retail key.  Question 2 is explicit thanks.

No, there is no key only option sanctioned by Microsoft, so be prepared to find the rejected key if you try to download the ISO. The PID is actually built into the authorization key, all other sent by e-mail is meaningless

Microsoft are selling more than Windows 7, all real dealers withdrew the product.

  • Re-installing windows 7 Professional without a cd/dvd on computer.

I had bought and installed (someone else did it for me) windows 7 Professional on my laptop about 2 years ago. In October or so I downloaded windows 10 but now have to uninstall it because my company has problems with compatibility with their system. Now, I have to re - install Windows 7 Professional but by laptop doesn't have a cd/dvd.  Way, using my key number of access, download Windows 7 from microsoft.

Step 1: Get a USB, 4 GB in size.

Step 2: Download Windows 7 Professional ISO media:

For 5 years, Microsoft made it fairly easy for users of the Windows 7 operating system to get reinstall media. If you have lost your support disc or installation retail collection; either it has been damaged or defective; You can download a copy of the edition that you have licensed from a membership site called Digital River. More recently, Microsoft ended the availability to reinstall media that you can download as a. File ISO in Digital River, which is a digital reproduction of an optical disc.

It was particularly convenient for people who could not easily get the manufacturer's recovery media, did not want to pay the fees required to get or preferred a clean configuration without the software packaged manufacturers or even a recovery partition does not work. It's easy to use, all you had to do was reinstall and reactivate using the product key located on the certificate of authenticity and download all the drivers on the manufacturers website.

Given that this option is no longer available, what are your options? See the article for more details:

How to: What are my options for Windows 7 reinstall media?

Make sure you scroll down and read the section:

What to do if you cannot get your manufacturer recovery media, refuse to use or to buy it or the Microsoft Software Recovery Website does not work?

Step 3: Create a copy on a USB pendrive bootable:

After graduating the .iso file, you can use the built-in Image disc burning tool or Microsoft .iso to USB/DVD tool to create a bootable DVD or USB (requires a blank DVD or USB flash to at least 4 GB key).

Then follow the instructions to start from the installation media, then perform a custom installation:

How to: perform a customized Windows installation

See the section of the article for Windows 7.

I would like to recommend you backup your 10 Windows Installer before doing this:

It will make it easier if you decide to go back to Windows 10.

  • Genuine Windows 7 Professional, but will not turn on

    Good day to you all.

I recently bought a desktop PC (HP Prodesk 490 G2 Mt. I say this in case someone else has a similar problem. Reinstall operating system is after all something not so rare and I think it's something I should easily be able to do.) and the first thing I decided to do was to get rid of all the HP software with which it is preinstalled. It comes with windows 7 Professional (64) already on the machine without any found sticker. After cleaning a product key by using a Produkey and ISO burning OK from Digital River, I did a clean reinstall, deleted all the data of origin and partitioned the drive differently depending on my needs. I stupidly is no recovery disc, because I thought what I'm doing is good - I have already experience with reinstalling windows on another computer after all. Needless to say that the installation went well, but now I see a message "2 days before automatic activation. Activate windows now"in the system. When I try to do, window saying: "the Windows 7 Professional product key you typed is invalid for activation" appears, still give me 3 options: buy a new product key online, type a different product key, Contact Microsoft to resolve this issue.

Go try to retype the key until the 'Type a different product key' gives me the error 0xc004e003

It is not also give me the option to activate by phone. Even when I type "slui 4" in the start menu, just the 3 options pop up...

Now I've been googling and browsing on several forums, need help for two days, but so far nothing... Indeed, I met several interesting information. As the company BIOS, OEM SLP and buch of shady approaches including get the OEM HP certificate and using the command prompt to apply it.

So now I am trying to activate Windows 7 Professional on the same machine, it is preinstalled on (I've only upgraded the RAM, did not touch any other material), but I'll have the problems mentioned above. The office also comes with installation disk Windows 8.1 I would avoid having to use and a driver of HP recovery DVDs (Contains software and drivers are already installed. To reinstall the software and repair only. Drivers are included for Windows 8.1)

I googled the product key. I know a million other people have the same one, I get this. I get that Windows wants to just check with the BIOS to see if it is supposed to be on this machine, and should be. But why it does not work?

    Please... Can someone help me?

Good all that, I fixed it. After some research, I came miraculously on a thread here someone having to recommend this in one of the answers: http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/download-microsoft-windows-and-office/download-microsoft-windows/windows-7-sp1-iso-download/

    And it worked!

In the end, I suppose that my quest was going to learn what type of license that I have in my computer and knowing what to look for some more luck. So if anyone is looking for answers for days and cleaning keeps more data, but the real answer guard doesn't slip them, don't worry. You have found here.

EDIT: So bad I can not mark my post as an answer, now, no one will find it...

I am the author of this Web site; I have been handling sections of Windows Setup on the Dell Community for some time. My guide that I know is one of the only guides who ask for any new installation of Windows 7 Professional with downgrade to Windows 8.1 Professional OEM license rights. Not having not a Windows 7 Professional COA has baffled some users when you try to reinstall.

We asked a long time ago (2009) on the community of Dell for the reinstallation of Windows Dell .isos DVD unfortunately Dell not allow these sub OEM license... Only Microsoft or Digital River could provide a download link to a .iso for Windows 7 and Windows 7 is to reach the end of mainstream support I doubt there will be more updated .isos to update now.

Using the file cert Dell or HP with the retail (provided by Microsoft) media gives a Setup identical to the OEM installation (with the exception of superficial logos in system properties). Unfortunately my guides only completely covers the systems Dell and HP completely (for other OEMs, it must acquire the files cert in advance because I do not have).

  • What should I do with the ISO of Windows 7 Professional file that I downloaded. How can I install this?

original title: WHAT KIND OF FILE IS EN_WINDOWS_7_PROFESSIONAL_X64_dvd_x15 - 65805.iso

WHAT TYPE OF FILE IS: EN_WINDOWS_7_PROFESSIONAL_X64_dvd_x15 - 65805.iso

    Hello

Through my college, Microsoft had a complementary offer for students of computer class download software among several offered on the site: MSDN Academic Alliance Software Center Microsoft.

I tried to download Windows 7 Professional. But I don't know how to download correctly. We offer time-limited from Microsoft. Now, I'm not going to school, so my school can not help me with the download of related issues.

I have this file-(EN_WINDOWS_7_PROFESSIONAL_X64_dvd_x15 - 65805.iso) recorded on in the Temp folder on the C drive of my computer. But I don't know what the right file? Should I burn to DVD? File size is 41.4 MB.

Can someone help me with this? If this is the right file? If so, then can I've burn it to DVD and save it for later installation on my computer?

    Prompt response will be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    YM

By its name, it is the image ISO of the DVD Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (English language).

Depending on the size, (41.4 MB according to you), it is incomplete by many and of no use.

  • Where can I download a Windows 7 Professional. ISO?

    Hi guys.

My University distributed Windows 7 Professional for students on computerized courses.

I want to format my hard drive and reinstall it. I have the product key (job properties window) but I don't have the disc until the University asked for it, after that I used it and I didn't get me a copy.

I would like to know, is it an official microsoft site and trust, where I can download my version of W7 Pro for burning a disc to re - install after I have format my hard drive?

Also, my "computer course" is actually in the music and video production, so I don't consider myself a computer wiz. I've never formatted my laptop in 3 years, I got it and have installed any version of windows on a formatted hard drive. I would be grateful for any advice you can give me for my planned format and reinstallation.

    Thanks in advance,

    James.

    Hello

This is an option that you can use.

Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the activation code on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

First, click on the Start Menu, open computer and double-click Local C drive - you should see a folder called swsetup.  This will contain all the driver installers and almost every program to install the software for your laptop - support this until an external support/device.

You can create an installation disk yourself using another PC - just download the good Disk Image ( it must be the OS exactly the same as originally supplied with your laptop, but the 32-bit version ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here.  These Images are clean and a well respected source, however there are only limited versions available.

    Windows 7 sp1-iso-official-32-bit-and-64-bit

Use the disk to perform the installation, enter the activation key of Windows on the label of the COA at the request and once the installation is complete, use ' 'phone Method' described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system -this made method supported by Microsoft and is popular with people who want to just have a new installation of Windows 7 without additional software load normally comes with OEM installations.
