Non-persistent related clones (updated on logoff)

I have 3 sites, are all identical to the following configuration above.  All are independent of each other so that they do not share a vCenter or composer.

I came this morning and concluded that all the 3 sites had jobs that were still blocked at the "start".  I could do a ping, \\UNC and able to view positions of work inside the Console of vCenter.

I had to recompose these desktop computers to market this morning.  Currently on the phone with VMware support, but they are not finding anything in the newspapers.

Someone at - he seen this before?

Yes, so here is what I found.

Our snapshot was taken before the DST change, and therefore it was an hour ahead of our current time.  Since our linked clones refreshed on logoff, he returned to the snapshot with the old days.  So when the linked clones get powered on, they still have the old time, and the view on the virtual desktop Agent checks with the login server from view with the old adage of time (one hour ahead of our current time), it starts up.  Once it is I guess that the Agent is indicative of the connection to the server view is 'Available', but her view server connection the new (correct) time, which is an hour late when he recorded the time of "start".  An hour wait caused these machines 'Start-up' show 'available. '

I attached a screenshot of the event log view which shows the Agent was starting at 14:51 (while it was really 13:51), and after waiting an hour the office changed from 'Start-up' to 'available. '

I lit my model last night, give time to update and creates a new snapshot.  All my offices work without problem this morning.

  • Desktop freezes at startup

After I start up my laptop and my password, will freeze the Office as soon as I put the cursor over any icon and tap it.  I tried to start in safe mode, what works, and I have access to the internet through that.  I tried to remove programs from the start menu, try a startup repair and tried a system recovery.  None of these 3 things have worked.   I received a message about a "security failure" twice, but the message does not always come to the top. I have not added any new program or used new devices for more than a month. Any suggestions?

Yes try those to a Vista startup disk to see if they can break the cycle as often happens.
Try the SFC, the restoration of the system from a Vista disk and CheckDisk (Chkdsk).

  • Is there a way in which I can see if Apple firewall blocks the traffic to a certain IP address?

I can connect to this fine through my mobile operator, but not from my home network. This leads me to believe it may have something to do with the Apple firewall, blocking traffic to. • Regedit.exe is blocked at startup

    Dear Forum guys,

Whenever I start my computer regedit.exe is stuck at the start even if it is enabled at startup in windows defender. Therefore, it is very annoying when I have to enable it manually whenever I log on windows. Any help would be appreciated. It started happening when I installed a norton internet security and the computer went through the Startup Repair and now it is doing it since then.

Rather than a problem running regedit, I guess that there are permissions that lack in the exact registry key you are trying to write with a reg file at startup.

For example, the startup command might look like this:

    Regedit /s "C:\myfolder\myreg.reg".

Myreg.reg, there would be some key location:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version / Council

Open this key in regedit, you could go to the Edit menu and see the entry permissions, add your username to the list.

If, on the other hand, it opens only regedit you want without the UAC prompt, create a new shortcut in the startup folder and right click for the properties and put a check the box for "run as Administrator" (shortcut tab, Advanced button)

  • Firewall logging - how to see which links are blocked?

Hi, I am trying to display connections blocked in the event log. Currently, all I see is: 'Security' and 'ConnectionsSecurtyVerbose', both are empty and 'Firewall' / 'Detailsparefeu', which shows only changes made to the rules of firewall and other events related to the firewall.

I'm looking to see a newspaper itself that shows "blocked firewall XYZ the x.x.x.x address access program . Point bonus if I can get the same for incoming connections.

Is this possible in Windows 7 Ultimate?

  • Satellite A100-920 - blocked at startup

    Hello
After a recent BIOS upgrade, reboot the laptop, I'm stuck at the start with F2 or F12 options page.

But I can't go any further, the 'blue' bar showing that the reading of the boot is still in a third and stopped.

I tried removing the battery and wainting an hour, but ineffective.

Thank you very much for answering.
