Seems that the laptop has reset itself

My Compaq Presario Notebook just crashed and when I restarted it said 'product information' and a list of all the information that was necessary-serial code etc. Its still usable but an hour or two later, he decided that my copy of Windows 7 is not valid. I don't know that it is as it was installed on the laptop.

I am completely distraught about computers so any help would be appreciated. I got it for 11 months then have about a month left on warranty.

Oh and when I go to the HP Support Assistant it says my product name is HP Pavilion and my serial number and product number is 1234567890. They are not...

    Due to licensing restrictions, you can create one HP a computer recovery solution. This message appears when the recovery media has already been created. If you bought a previously used computer or store but the computer was already open, then recovery media has probably been created before you bought the computer and this message is normal. If the computer is less than a few years, then you will probably be able to get a HP recovery solution. There might be a fee according to the status of the security of the computer, the country / region the computer was purchased, and the condition that generated the message.   • Why do I get boxes everytime I click something telling me that the program has a bad image?

    When I click on something, I have a little box in the middle of my screen saying that the program has a bad image.

    (e.g. chrome.exe - bad Image will be at the top of the box and it comes with a notice saying:)

    Also, every time I turn on my laptop, after & his signature while in I get loads of boxes for loads of programs that got my cell phone.

    If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
    scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
    resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be harder to detect as
    the cause.

    No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
    to detect malicious software often comes with a much harder to detect and remove the payload. Then
    its best to be thorough than paying the high price later now too. Check with them to one
    extreme overkill point and then run the cleaning only when you are sure that the system is clean.

    It can be made repeatedly in Mode safe - F8 tap that you start, however, you must also run
    the regular windows when you can.

    TDSSKiller.exe. - Download the desktop - so go ahead and right-click on it - RUN AS ADMIN
    It will display all the infections in the report after you run - if it will not run changed the name of

    It seems that your version is not the latest.

    Check help / about... what version it reads.

    It should be 2015. (9.2.0 build 41)

    Otherwise, please update your version via app updates... or cloud in respect of aid.

    There are several types of types of files PDF ExportPDF impossible to convert into Word, and those who are protected by password are a (see Adobe ExportPDF FAQ).

    It seems, however, that you are the one who created this file PDF - is this the case? Can't you see it's not "SECURE" in the title bar (which would indicate that the PDF has a password).

    Unfortunately, if the file is protected by password, the ExportPDF will not be able to convert it. You need to remove this password for security.

    It has never been compatible, or Windows 7, the first was 8.1. This is not to say that you can not have been lucky before.
