  You might have accidentally pinned the Action tab of the script of the previous frame Panel.

  (1) open the Script Panel

  (2) look under the script box, you should see 2 tablets and between them an icon of pine (pine active script / close pin script)

  I am very disappointed by the fact that, in the new first CC key "Enlarge image" ' "" ' or ' ~ ' (under ESC), also moves the selection from the last Panel (sequence) to the real FRAMEWORK you want to maximize (Program Committee).   In vast majority of the time, after reading in mode zoom (to better inspect the filming), the cursor is not displayed and you want to zoom-out... It is a very big setback in the workflow, what can we do to recover the old style, only to optimize the framework under the mouse, but the selection remains on the real/last Panel it was!

  If I understand the complaint, CS6 behaves exactly like CC (7.2.2). In what version you get different behavior, Gun89?

  I don't know how it will help your workflow, but you can set the focus to the Panel by keyboard shortcut. The timeline by default shortcut is Shift + 3. (Note that if you have several chronologies open, press SHIFT + 3 cycles repeatedly through them).

  Not in preferences, in itself, on the Mac. Go to the extras View menu and select hide content Grabber.

• Selection of the tabs and the arrow keys Tab Switching

  Older versions of Firefox had this feature. Before 3.0, Firefox allow you to select the text around a tab by clicking through, allowing you to scroll the tabs using the arrow keys. After 3.0, you could do this by clicking on the left and then immediately right clicking. I have since past 12 Firefox, and I can't seem to find this feature, even if it is useful for me. Is there a solution or a way to do this in Firefox 12 I don't know? Addons which adds this functionality or a parameter, would be greatly appreciated.

  EDIT: I know there are other ways of the tabs, but the arrows were particular dresser.

  In fact, I found a good work-around (which was rather hidden) which is exactly the same functionality as before, but in several stages.

  If you're like me and you wanted it, do the following:

  -Press Control-K-
  -Press tab-
  -Take advantage of arrow tab switching!

  I don't know why it happened progressively more difficult over the years, but at least I can still do it.

  I want to create a montage of images using the rectangular frame tool

  As expected, I remove the Rectangle to cover the area where all the small boxes of the IRA.

  While always selecting the rectangle, I hit the arrow on the right to start to divide the box vertically and the up arrow to split horizontally.

  It is very good.

• My Apple Smart Keyboard (Azerty) switches to Qwerty when I select the UK English keyboard

  I bought an iPad Pro 9'7 and until yesterday, I have not used the Smart Apple, that the native Apple keyboard keyboard in IOS. I'm leaving in a country speaking French, so I'm used to the QWERTY keyboard, and the Smart QWERTY keyboard did not yet, until recently. I just bought my Smart Keyboard QWERTY, which is now available. I run immediately in the keyboard configuration problems.

  With the native IOS software keyboard, I installed 3 keyboards: French, Dutch and English British and I've set up Dutch and British English for QWERTY. It has worked well. I was able to take advantage of the spell checking in all languages, while keeping the AZERTY keyboard layout. I am constantly moving between these languages, while it was important for me to be able to switch between languages, while keeping the Azerty layout

  On my new Smart Azerty keyboard, I can easily switch between languages using the button 'globe' on the left side of the keyboard, but as soon as I switch to British English or Dutch, the keyboard will automatically switch to the Qwerty. I checked my settings of the iPad has not changed: Dutch and English British are always set to Azerty. If I'm getting confused now.

  Of course, I could stick the french language as a framework for my keyboard, the smart keyboard would retain its built in QWERTY layout, but I would miss the spell check option.

  Any suspicion, the solution or work around it?

  Simply set French as the physical keyboard for English and Dutch in settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboards.

• Pe10: How to turn off the display of the frame on the timeline?

  Hi - I've just upgraded to Premiere Elements version 10, and I see an improvement in reliability.  PE8 broke with regularity for me, but PE10 crashed yet.  It is a huge improvement fo rme.

  One thing that slows down my low editing much expected PE10 to redraw only the video on the timeline when I zoom in and out, scroll, etc.  I do it a lot when I change a video multi-track project and I get on with spending a lot of time waiting for PE10 to select and reder to images in the scenario.  I looked through the preferences, search fo a way to disable the display of video images on the timeline, but the only setting that I can find is the one that allows to set how scrolls the timeline panel, but nothing on how to control the display of video images on the timeline.  I think it has a setting somewhere given the duration of the UI has endured (maybe since version 4), and the amount of testing that Adobe has obviously made on version 10.

  I guess that I don't have to turn off the display of the frame on the timeline.  I'd be happy with any technical that allows me to edit interactively and not spend hours waiting for the timeline to complete images.  My computer has a lot of horses (quad core i7 to 3.3 GHz, 12 GB of RAM ant compatibility), so it's at the upper end of the material that first Elements users should be running.

  Looks like you are using the 64 bit version of Windows 7. You ensure that you have installed the 64 bit version of the program? That alone should make a huge difference in performance.

  Then go to the track header (name of the track, to the left of the timeline). If you click on the little icon of film on the track header, you will be able to switch between the different ways the clips appear on your timeline. If you see a period of time that you expect of your video display refresh, try to set the view so that only the first and last frame of the clip is displayed.

  You can also go to Edition/Preferences/general and set the timeline playback scroll Scroll of the Page rather than smooth scroll.

• Select the arrow confusing in ID5

  What do you call this arrow? And why is it so different? I don't understand how it works. I select a photo and drag and a time it was fine on the other, it drags the picture out of its frame. Not even sure why I never want to do that! Ads with several type of locking and art: a moment I can move it, then then I'm pulling on one of the items out of it? What gives? If I wanted to get something out, get out of it. Help! It's what makes my job impossible.

  This can be quite confusing.

  There are two tools which resemble arrows, tool selection black solid and hollow or white, direct selection tool. Until CS5 differences were pretty cut and dried - Selection tool to select and move the frame, direct slect would selct and move the image within the frame (and you're just moving around, even to the point of being outside, don't not dragging on the statement).

  Introduced in CS5 are some new selection behaviors, that are designed to increase productivity, and they do, once you get used to them. When you place an image, you will see a kind of doughnut shaped task in the Center, called the grabber of content (which can be disabled in the View Menu). Click on this tool tehselction, and you can reposition the image without having to switch tools. The problem is that it is not always obvious that it is there, and many users are used to draggin gle Center a framework to move the frame, so we tend to move the image accidentally sometimes. You should see the cursor changes to a hand grabber, however, if you are about to move the image.

Recently, rather than posting the photos on a photos storage provider and publish them to facebook, I've published on facebook and then related site (select the link to photos). When I click on a link, I get a blank page in the framework. When I click with the right button on the link and select open a new tab, or open a new fenΩtre happens. I do not think that I screwed up to the top of the html... in fact, I think I just change the links to previous entries that were in fact related to PhotoBucket or similar. What is the problem and how can I solve this problem? Thanx.

  What is Adobe pictures? It's the Photos from Apple for Mac forum.  On Photos for Mac you can't adjust quantities or dimensions of the box text in photo books as far as I know - you could in iPHoto that undocumented procedure does not work on the Photos and I'm not aware that anyone has found a way

• Replacement of the frame and hinges - HP Pavilion dm4 laptop

  I have a HP Pavilion dm4 laptop of 2.5 years. The first hinged on both sides broke that makes it harder for the laptop to close properly and now the frame is breaking apart. Is there a way I can get/buy replacements before other parts are screwed up.

  Yes, I also have this problem (dm4-1050ea).

  It all started on February 2015, when my aunt noticedv that my laptop was nt close properly.  It could be be made to do by pressing half upper (screen cut) to the front to the rear of the closure.

  The hinges then becomes deective that the screen don't would not SOUPLESE nd would not sit just to the place (angle) you open to.

  Following the hinges too stiff beame to exploit, came shortly after the left of the screen/lid and the window broke near the LH hinge (rather than though the bezel as shown in the image above). Then the right hinge broke off, then the screen become deective (mainly a band along the LHS - worked with detached hinges OK))

  So, I find myself with computer work, not 100% functional & broken and needs special care to use. the screen does not work in all areas (a replacement looks like £30-$50), with the virtually hanging screen, need to rplace lying hinges (£10-$15) and also nees any other bits (?) and the knowledge to fix it.  HP say they can't stand any more of this model and have no theparts (from end of 2015).

  It may be beyond the capacity of an almighty ccompany such as HP to find parts, but it does not seem beyond the my ability to get parts of - maybe-2nd hand - other HP broke! - But what I lak is kno detailed ho a skill to perform any repair.

• Select the label with VI Server/scripts

  I am trying to flush out my script code - and one of the functions I did auto pulls the focus of controls recently interrupted/indicators LABEL on the FP - I want to be able to select the text of the label - and I thought it was possible with VI Server Label.Selection.  I use another VI to take Ref VI of VI I am tracking to get the last control on the PC using the script to browse function - that part works fine.

  Label.Selection does not work, even when I set immediately KeyFocus = TRUE before the Label.Selection property.  I even inserted a frame VIFrontPanel.IsForemost is TRUE for the target VI before asking the KeyFocus for control...

  I checked that the target VI is slowed DOWN by reading the State of the VI.

  OBJECTIVE: I try to imitate the selection of the entire label that happens when you drop a new control.

  Any idea would be appreciated.  I've posted on the Board of Scripting - but do not get any response.

  On my Windows machine I would probably use a little trick of mouse function using user32.dll.

  Here, I simply select the first control, place the cursor in the center of the label and the false double click.  Then I move the cursor to the lower right.
