selection remains after the removal of the text, unexpected text now selected

DW 13.2 build 6466

Mac OS X 10.9.3

Repro: select characters or lines of text.  (JS, CSS, HTML) content type is not relevant.  Delete the text.

Expected: deleted text, without the selected text.

Real: deleted text, remains of selection, but with the new selected text (selection not deleted).

Result: Deleted unexpected text (equal to the size of the selection).

No matter if I delete the text, and then type a character or just type a character to replace the selected text.   I always lose the removed part, and character input replaces the new text (incorrectly).

This isn't the bug "my selected text was deleted.

I tried:

  • deactivation of the voice/dication
  • reset
  • rebuild the site cache
  • deletion of the user configuration files
  • hit his head on the table.

any suggestions are appreciated...

Thank you

Michael

This is me!!!  ... lazy new user trackpad!

(1) select text with lazy 3 fingers.

(2) KEEP lazy fingers on the trackpad while pasting or typing

(3) now - replaced text not desired to get selected, resulting in head banging on the table.

solved!

  • Strange question, craps remaining after the system recovery on my windows xp desktop.

Strange question, thank you for your comments!

I just reinstalled windows xp on my old HP desktop HP Pavilion Media Center TV m7334n PC computer using the recovery on D partition. I expect that the installation would be a clean install. At the beginning of the recovery, I noticed the message on the screen saying that the backup was in process. After recovery, I could start my computer and realized that used disk space C was still as the space of C drive used before the restoration. I also noticed that there was a lot of pre-installed programs appears on the list of start - all programs. I never installed them after recovery. Many of them work. I expect a CLEAN installation. It is not clean at all.

Furthur inspection on the system to reveal problems:

    1. I noticed that there are so many records under the program folder program files on the C drive (I have only one program fichiersDossier). I guess that the recovery process copied evething under my original forder of program files in this folder. I don't have anything I can use most of them because the links were scattered on a large number of them (I can't run the program of either start - all programs or folder directly). Is not at all a CLEAN installation.

    2. the recovery process also copy my document in the folder as well original user, see below to understand which is the original file of the user.

    3. originally, in my computer, I have two users (or 3 including comments), we came to HP-administrator with the computer, is another family.  On the computer I just recover, there are 3 users accompanying the recovery. They are administrator, hp-administrator and guest. I've renamed the family administrator. Now, under systems and settings, I see the user plus two records. They are administrator-YOUR-4DACD0EA75 and hp-administrator-YOUR-4DACD0EA75. YOUR 4DACD0EA75 sounds familiar. I can remember that I was lazy and that it has not changed the computer name during installation after recovery. YOUR 4DACD0EA75 is actually the default name given to me during the installation. I don't like this at all, so I changed the name of the computer and restarted the computer. The name of the computer was changed after the restartup, but ugly folder names remain the same and I can not even rename the ugly file name.

I had done some restorations system on this computer before, I never noticed a problem like this before.

1 have we seen this before?

    2 I forgot something?

    3. can I safely delete the original user profiles and records under the program folder program files?

    4. can I do a system recovery really CLEAN? I understand that the crapware will be installed during the system recovery. I'm ok with that, what I want is my pc to be recovered to the original state of the plant.

    5. I can read is no longer my 1st disc restore dvd. Is it possible to make another set of recovery disks?

Thanks for reading my long message!

1 have we seen this before? I saw something similar and other relief to be fixed.

2 I forgot something? I don't think so. Just do an another hard drive recovery. Try again is all I can think about.

    3. can I safely delete the original user profiles and records under the program folder program files? I would'nt mess with her. Just do another hard drive recovery system.

    4. can I do a system recovery really CLEAN? I understand that the crapware will be installed during the system recovery. I'm ok with that, what I want is my pc to be recovered to the original state of the plant. Yes. Used hydrogen peroxide call destructive (or full) non-destructive vs. Make a full - restoration destructive to put things o back the way you bought it.

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/bph07145

    5. I can read is no longer my 1st disc restore dvd. Is it possible to make another set of recovery disks? By all means, out juice of repair disk and try to get it back. If you can repair the disk, make a copy or 2 whole and store them in a safe place. Otherwise, you will have to order them from somewhere on the Web... as a popular auction site.

Thanks for reading my long message! You are welcome. Thanks for posting. I hope my answer helps.

  • Tips: APEX 5 r IR by a dynamic action after the text fields complete

Hello I hope I can get assistance on this matter and thank you in advance for any information.

I have an APEX 5 screen, that has 4 fields of entry of text and under this one IR that has these 4 parameters in its SQL where clauses.

Now if I create a button that submits page or redirects to this page my report can be updated with the values of user entered without problem, basic stuff.  If I create the settings section as a dialog box model once again that I can get the update report as this dialogue submits the page as well as the report can refresh according to closed dialog option.

What I struggle to reach is to allow the user to enter values in the text fields click on a button called 'submit' and there all stages of implementing dynamic action without page reloading.  I want user to P1_A, P1_B, P1_C, P1_D press on "submit" input, dynamic action that links the values entered into the fields, then fire another dynamic action that updates the State when the button is clicked / modified values what works the best.

I am struggling to get this to work and I even tried to copy these settings and do them as hidden for example bind input P1_A to P1_A_Hidden by a dynamic action and have the report where clause =: P1_A_HIDDEN, but have not managed to get this working.

It's possible?  I know its easy to simply send the page and make it work, but I want the experience to be quite uniform for the user and act as you never leave the page.

I saw on the packages of the app in the chart example.  The bubble chart has a list selector (salary) and the table updates dynamically, it seems so that the process can occur, but I need the user to enter text and not use selection lists.

My apologies if I missed any, but I can give you more if it helps.

    Concerning

The button simply trigger a unique dynamic action of refreshment on the IR region. Session state for page elements must be processed automatically by specifying them in the property Page to submit Items of the IR region.

  • DSC-WX350 shows 'unable to display' remains after the withdrawal of the card photos

I'm having a problem with the DSC-WX350 seeing "ghosts" of the pictures after having been withdrawn to a computer.

If I pop the camera card, stick it in a card reader and move photos the camera on my computer, as soon as I put the card in the WX350 seem to see fake photos files moved: it acts as if they were still there (info, date taken, keeps in the County of photo, etc.) but only shows an error "Unable to display" gray.

I then manually delete each erroneous entry manually. As you can imagine, making whenever I have move photos from your camera is a pain in the *. I've looked through all the folders on the card and see anywhere that would be markers of remains of file or something else because of this problem. Any ideas why this happens?

(FYI, the card has been formatted freshly correctly before using it in the camera.)

    Thanks advance.

    Can anyone offer help?

Per this message on the card need to be formatted, I made several times now to try to circumvent the problem: formatting through the camera, formatting through the computer, formatting the computer, then the camera... After each time the test photo, I take and then remove while the card is located on the computer returns an error "Unable to display the image" ghost once the card in the camera.

This is ridiculous. I will not be manually re-deletion of photos I moved your device every single timejust to avoid this * error. What happens here?

When I open a firefox session, it creates two images of ghost square on the screen. The images are sections of the previous view. They appear when I scroll to the top of the page. The images stay on screen after you close the window. I tried the graphics drivers and I change the resolution in the top and bottom to make them disappear. This works until I open firefox again. IE does not have these problems.

You may need to disable the use of Firefox to your graphics card, because there have been a few glitches since the release of this feature.

    2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

3 have you disabled the system restore on the computer?

    Hello

I'm having a problem with the HTTPService since re compile my Flex 3 application.  The application calls the ASPX page successfully, but an error page

    Fiddler.jpg

As you can see in this capture of screen Fiddler2, the CheckLogin.aspx page is called successfully, but it always returns an error, I have validated there is no errors in the crossdomain.xml file.  But if I run the CheckLogin.aspx page separately with the query string that the flex application sends it works as expected.

Is there something that I missed that I need to check?

No need to worry for this more, I not resolved... The response was so glaring that the HTTPService address was incorrect but only slightly.
