  Are you logged on as administrator?

  If this isn't the case, I would recommend what to do once. If Yes, try to run the organizer directly from his exe in Program Files by right click > run as administrator. Now try to send a picture message.

• When I want to send an e-mail from my MAC or even just retrieve one of 'drafts' ony very often (but not always) the topic is displayed and the message body is empty, both for me and for the recipient.

  I would use a shortcut like Cmd E taking several selected images from LR to PS for further editing.  I use a Mac OS X El Capitan.  This use of the function to work on my computer but recently stopped working.  I went into System Preferences, then created the shortcut on the keyboard-> shortcut-> App shortcuts and added the shortcut.  However, it sends only the first selected image in the images selected in PS group if I have 20 selected images I want to send to the PS, I want them to go, not only the first of them all.  You can send multiple images in PS from LR by using the menus, but I'd like to be able to do it again using a shortcut.  Thanks in advance.

  I still waiting for instructions on how to send pictures in chronological order by e-mail from lightroom?  Lightroom has mysteriously reorganizes the images in an inappropriate way.  I tried to put the pictures in the right order in a collection, but once again the images become screwed up in the email.

  I don't know if this happens with all email clients, or some as it does with Apple Mail. What client do you use?  It might be just the way certain mail clients handle export and are NOT a bug.  I know that this has been discussed for several years on the forum and I believe has been reported on forum feedback as a bug, but I don't know if Adobe believes that it is a bug.  The solution is simple, so I do not consider this problem.  I know that the chances of solving it, if it is considered to be a bug in Adobe are on ZERO when they set very few bugs, even important.
